Hi team, celebrating my son's birthday and came to mister baker for cake and also took a hellium balloon but one of staff blew the hellium balloon small and was ready to give it off to us but Ms. Thannu made sure that we were given a properly blown balloon. The sweetest gesture from Ms Thannu after an exhausting day. Thank you and the cake was yum.

I ordered two birthday cakes on two different occasions from Hamdan Street branch. Both cakes were really tasty? (Chocolate/vanilla and red velvet), and all our requirenents were met. I really like how professional the staff are, they are very good at suggesting ideas for cake styles and they also make the cake they way it is ordered. Dhannu was a great help in organizing my orders with home delivery. All went just right.

I had the best experience ordering custom cupcakes and edible photo sugar disks at Mister Baker! Adel went above and beyond to make sure the custom design was perfect for a friends 40th birthday. He was available on What’s App for any clarifications and was lovely to work with. I will definitely be going back to this location for more orders! 10/10 recommended. Ordered a birthday cake via talabat and, 20 minutes before it was due to arrive, they cancelled the order. No call, no offer to send a different cake, no apology and too late for me to order from anywhere else. It showed they were ‘busy’ so I guess my delivery order got bumped but I just think that service is terrible and shows I could never rely on them again

It is a horrible experience we order army cake for my son, we just get shock that is not look like the army at all they charge us for 2 kg 315 AED even not near by army look and then because we complain they said will give you 60 discount for next order, and she said it is the chief mistake we will cut from his salary,! Why you told me the story I don't care from where you cut it what you want me to feel sorry for him, I pay money to receive what I want that's it.who will order from you again and they offer for us another cake free, that we will make a second birthday because of the first one and guess what we get a shocked that's make it small one one kg not like my order. Bad customer service
