No staying in shop to welcome the customers… we had to wait from 8pm to 9pm to find someone

Came to the shop at 11: 50am door is closed, sign that says opening hours 10am-10pm. However, when calling the numbers we are told the customer needs to call us and ask us when they are coming and we will open. I was told to wait 40+minutes until someone can open the shop!

First I was amazed by the welcoming from Yulia at the reception. She is professional. Also Charles who is crazy and wonderful. I will recommend this fabulous hotel to my friends

Terrible. Arranged to come to get balloons for my sons birthday the next day. Lady in the shop said she will be there. When my husband goes, shop is closed and no one answers any of the phone numbers on the door. Now we have no balloons for my son to wake up to tomorrow morning. Terrible

One stop shop for whatever occasion you're celebrating!
If you are in search of throwing a party and need lots of props and balloons (helium and normal ones) this is the place u should go then. Have got a great variety of decorative stuffs and balloons.

Small shop with pleasant service but limited inventory. They need to replenish their decorations.

They have really high quality balloons. Their pricing also is decent. They also do gift wrapping.
