Great service from all the staff and the all the food was on point and delicious, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very calm and pleasant.

Went for Iftar Dinner, atmosphere was better than the other branch, appetizers were good, main course and desserts were disappointing. Flavorless, I would call the experience.

This is my favorite restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient. Highly recommend it!

المكان قمة النظافه والخدمة اكثر من رائعه والمذاق ولا اروع ثلاثة اذا اجتمعوا بمطعم فلا بد ان تزوره نظافة وخدمة ولقمة طيبه يعطيك العافيه فعلا المذاق اللبناني والذوق ايضا في مطعمكم

Lentil soup was delicious as well as rice with lamb. Really liked the place. The serving staff are one of most friendly I have met in Abu Dhabi

Our 2nd visit in a week because it is just too good! Go for Quinoa salad, Fattoush with pomegrenate & mix grill, it is fresh, and well balanced taste. The overall ambience is so relaxing added to the nice experience is a lovely smile and attentive staff Jasmine and Lisa. Thanks for the lovely experience, definitely not my last. One of the most amazing restaurants we have ever visited in Abu Dhabi! The food was very delicious, the service was fast, and the prices were reasonable. The ambiance of the restaurant is calm and I highly recommend it. Special thanks to Khaled for his assistance during our dining experience there.

Very poor and tasteless food and bad service.

Why do you have three people dressed in suits to serve customers when they don’t know the very basics of how to greet customers, smile, make them feel welcome, ensure quick and efficient service, periodically check with customer on how the food is etc?

In short, very poor customer management skills that need drastic improvement. The older server curtly asks for al hosn when my family entered and then upon showing, he says it’s ok and did not check. Either you follow the rules or don’t follow rules (like many small restaurants) but please don’t pretend to follow them haphazardly. Please learn how to say ‘ahlan’ or hello to the customers when they enter rather than shout on their face ‘ al hosn’.

You don’t need to be dressed up in suits to ensure basic customer service - all you need is the genuine attitude to serve, make the customer feel welcome and ensure good service.

Talking about the food, it was mediocre and overpriced. The hummus was average (I have had much better hummus at many other places). The Muhammara was very poor - devoid of taste and flavor. The falafel was over-fried excessively - did not like the taste. The manakeesh was average.

These four items costed 124 aed.
They don’t accept Zomato pro.
I can have much better quality food and outstanding service for a fraction of that price elsewhere.

Management needs to re- assess customer management and train staff on basic customer relationship etiquette. Management needs to re-evaluate prices of food items and taken measures to improve food quality.

Food is ok type. Service is pathetic, waiters do not understand English properly. Not good experience. No discount on ADCB signature card payment.

I have been to many restaurants but have never experienced such behavior. I wanted to order a Kilo of grilled chicken and meat but they said I could only order this for take away. When I asked them to change some contents on the platter he said it was standard platter. I told him it was my first time in the restaurant and that I have never experienced this before he said that is the rule in their restaurant. So I got up to leave he opened the door for me to go and the manager just watched. The only good thing about the restaurant is the decorations I am really disappointed even five star buffet restaurants like to please their customers. Will never go again

The restaurant has original decoration and excellent service with friendly hostesses. Very tasty authentic Lebanese fresh food. Innovative food decoration and presentation.

Shawrma’s main ingredient is Garlic sauce, most shawrma restaurants recently doesnt know this, everytime i order a shawrma there’s barely garlic sauce, the saj shawrma I ordered yesterday has NO Garlic sauce at all. Other than that food is great the serving is creative. One of the best Lebanese restaurants in Abu Dhabi

Best food and best customer service. One of the best restaurants in Abu Dhabi. One should come here once a week. The manager is also such a humble and nice guy he always comes by atleast twice to make sure everything is okay.

Standard interior with good Shavarma options. And try their sheeh Tawook. They will consider you better if you are wearing kandoora:)

Superb Fatoush with Fried/Baked Bread Roll Crumbs. The Hot Bread (Kaboos) served was Amazing Taste.

Love that shawarma… It’s almost the same as FnB or maybe better, which is what i’ve missed in AUH.

The lamb with rice is absolutly delicious, the bread also, the sald, all very fresh and tasty. An authentic Libanease food.

The only restaurant in Abu Dhabi that I can really call Lebanese. The best I have had so far. Excellent hygiene, and quality of ingredients.

What a sandwich! Their Shawerma is really tasty. Overall this place is one of the best Lebanese cuisine in Abu Dhabi.

Packaging is an environmental nightmare! Food arrived in double styrofoam packaging, which in this day and age is totally unacceptable. So much non-recycable waste for just one meal that we felt guilty. This alone was enough never to give our business again upon a first impression, but the food was half cold and seriously very average quality.

The best authentic Lebanese food. Home cooking style. Tasty and delicious grills using fresh meats. If you looking for arabic breakfast they have family breakfast for two, four its enough for 6 as they serve variety of breakfast dishes with mixed manaeish and refillable tea. You got to try it.
This branch serves shawarma exclusively from other branch in danat abu dhabi

Ive been a regular in Al Aman branch, but the food in najdah branch is average. The owner in al najdah, is not professional and has no experience in dealing with customers. I will definitely not come back again, as other options has better food quality and value for money.

Mosaic a new venture that opened today in Abu Dhabi does have the potential to be a good eatry. If they treat all customers alike. As a food enthusiasts, I was keen to try out on the opening day. I went with a friend, another food enthusiasts, we were happy to see the place is busy. Beautiful interior and nicely done seating arrangements.

But our main agenda in getting to a restaurant is to have a seat, try the food, satisfy our hunger and share our experience. We were heading to other place and came back seeing the restaurant operational. On getting in, a gentleman came to us within 5 sec, appreciating that. He had a quick chat with us and said to come back later. There were couple tables free with no reservation board. He said to wait 30 - 40 mins. Same time another customer came and he said 15 mins. We went out and came bk in 5 mins to have take away and saw the other customer who came after us was offered one of the vacant table and was served.

This was really hurting the sentiments to go bk. My request, please don't carry this concept for a successful venture

Already reviewed their main branch, positively as i enjoyed very much over and over again, and was excited when the new branch opened up, as they were serving Shawarma and different grilled sandwiches, and as usual i was not dissapointed at all, the shawarma, is very good, same as you would get in Lebanon, the grills are amazing, and definitely better than any other place around.for Lebanese food i would highly recommend you can not go wrong.
