It's very poor service always delayed food every time need too much wait it's not good

Bad experience, half fully dish for 39 dirhams, this meal will not acceptable even for one kid

Good customer service from the cashier Ms. Hanna she accomodate us and she is kind and always smile. The food is also delicous the and the place is clean, Highly recommonleded the chowking in mushrif mall.

Chicken bbq is not freshly cooked, siomai served cold that's why it's kinda hard.i remembered i told myself im not gonna order again this bbq chaopan but i forgotmaybe i will eat again next year or better not anymore.

Awful service and awful food. This outlet needs to be looked into for bad customer practice and hygiene. Food was cold, tray was filthy. Preparation took over 15 minutes. Not impressed

Me and my friend eat in chowking yesterday. Staff and manager are friendly and accommodating they help us to choose the best food as it was our first time to eat in like that restaurant. Thumbs up to them I will recommend hakka noodles with chicken good job for the chef.

I have always loved this cafe in Dubai. But having visited this yesterday, I was disappointed. The portions became smaller and the quality also became less appetizing. I'm afraid that I won't want to return to them soon.

The best chowking branch in the city! Food is worth every dirham spent, you could tell it was cooked with love. Excellent customer service. Lordes, Lai, Yusuf, Ar jhay and Eman were very welcoming and polite. I was greeted well with a smile. Looking forward to dine-in again, highly recommend this branch to friends and family!

Today we went for their halo halo, the staff are very sweet and accomodating.the food was good as always.today we tried the new product, taste was so delicious.

Quality gone down really bad in last one year. Portion size in delivery is 50% of what it used to be. The king chaofan very small bbq sticks and only rice without any other things like sausage or shrimp. Rice was cold. 17 AED for 4 bites of chicken and 6 bites of rice. Canton noodle they forget to put any sauce.plain boiled noodle. Very bad quality and value for money.

They not allow you to change your drink with combo meals, and add extra if you want something else.

Late service no responsibility manger crew behaving like superior thats not good next time hope it will be fine.

They have offer solo special king chaofan it cost 25 dhs. But its not worth it. The soup is salty the ice tea is tasteless too. The fried rice is 5 tablespoons only and the indian guy is very rude.

Have worst food service ever. Delivery very delayed. It took 2 hours and half my food was delivered. They dont even answer call to update my order. Never order again on this restaurant.

Beware of this branch. We Dine in at around 10: 15am and waited for our foods to be serve freshly cooked. And when they serve it, I looks like that they just re-heat it. Texture of the noodle is hard and like a rubber, the rice seems reheated also. I complained to the store manager and seems like nothing happen. So we decided to just ask a refund and walk away.

What more if your food will be delivered at your home?

Very disappointing branch of Chowking. Try also ordering the Wanton noodles, and I can say that they are only good in advertising. The photos of their foods was the only thing that will capture your attention and you will be deceive after ordering it. Foods are expensive also.

I love this restaurant, I am always craving this dish, I know it’s not healthy style one.but sometimes you need to make your self happy

First time to try Chowking on this location. Been eating to other branches both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Food is still great like usual but it's a literal "expectation vs.reality" from the menu to the actual food serving.
Also noticed that the staff there doesn't know how to smile.yes I did observe both the cashier and the guy in light pink (not sure if manager). They talk to customers, take orders and instructions but never saw them smile. It's not a busy day when we had lunch there. So why the poker face guys?
Happy with the taste, but not with the serving and service.
