Najma Stationary

As a teacher and business owner I have supported NAJMA stationery shop for over 4 years. Well after the last two days of trying to work with them on a product they have always sold to me - I will not visit this store again.

Their service has been terrible. I have bought items from this store over and over again. At times daily as the demand requires and the prices change all the time. As a bulk buyer of a certain product I’ve always been given a great rate however this time when buying more then my normal amount of stock the price has increased by almost 25% per item!

I tried to do the right thing and support these local, small businesses but it’s burnt me this time.

Goodbye Najma Stationery - you will not see me ever again - even if I was desperate!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Najma Stationary to decorate for a Mini birthday celebration, and I must say, their service and balloon decorations exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From start to finish, they showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction and their expertise in creating a visually stunning atmosphere.
Furthermore, the quality of the balloons was exceptional. They were durable, long-lasting.
The pricing for the decorations was reasonable and well worth the investment. Considering the level of service, the quality of the balloons, and the overall impact they had on the event, I was more than pleased with the value I received. Najma Stationary offers great affordability without compromising on the quality of their products or service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The guy who replies to messages is very bad. I requested certain things to be printed for an event since yesterday night and he replied back however when I called him early in the morning, he literally did not nothing with the excuse of he didn't see the message. Very unprofessional. Never ordering them from them again.

Nice stationery, everything is available in this small shop. The printing quality is so good. Even they are printing our photos in cups, t shirts etc.

The worst stationary I was very thirsty wanna water and I would pay They do have and they rejected giving me water. No humanity maybe because am Local you are treating me in such way. This is the worst treatment. I spent too much in there to finish stuff and buy. But i will tell everyone even my grandchildren when i grow up about this shocking situation happening inside the uae

Worst service. Did a lot of business with this place, but lately only empty promises. The worst quality. It is such a shame. The The UAE always have such good quality of service. Will never do business with them again.

I have very bad experience with this book shops specially the guys who do the services of scanning, emailing, etc they are very roud and does not show respect with bad service quality with expensive price

Worst service EVER! Wanted a couple of things printed out, the guy kept on talking on the phone leaving me to wait for him for 10 minutes.

I love their printing service, the have everything and anything you would look for in a stationary store

They have very long history of supplying stationery. Recently visited and found 10 year old staff still working there with smily face. They have all stationery items available everytime. Very reasonable price as well. I heard they are starting online portal soon.

I had such bad experience when the staff named Suhail told me one price and promised me to finish the work next day (to do framing of artwork). The time I came to pick my item after 3 days the job was not done, so I had to come next day and I was surprised he charged me even more than we agreed. Never recommend to go there.

This is a very small little pen store, however, they really have everything that you need. The staff is really helpful and they will easily help you find exactly what you are looking for. I like their variety of goods. The prices are priced well and I always come here when I need pens or any kind of office stuff.

Very bad experience take care of how much they charge you for photocopy cos i almost get roped the guy wants to charge me more money coz he was in rush and i took one more minute to spot the papers i want to print out from my email then when i realized that there is extra money he asked for it he dropped it to the normal amount

They have a complete products range for stationary shop, in Khalifa City area. Not yet given 5 stars, because it's a little bit crowded inside the shop, if many peoples coming at the same time. They need to pack many stationary things inside small space. Other than that, it's really fine.
