Nando's The Mall - World Trade Center

Disappointing service and not a pleasing experience. Good food but over priced. Felt we were taken for granted. Service was so bad that it created a boring ambiance. Temperature too was warm too. Improve on your service Nandos WTC please.

Food was yummy, we ordered the creamy cashew chicken and spicy rice. Only complain about the portion creamy sauce and the yogurt which is too small, we ordered extra yogurt which was AED 6 and the extra portion we ordered was also small compared to the food portion. I mean you buy a 1 kilo yogurt from supermarket for 6 AED and the restaurant give you 3 spoons worth of yogurt for 6 AED.

Service was slow, the waiters themselves are nice and friendly but the issue was that it takes too long for them to answer us and we had to raise our voices or walk to get their attention.

The atmosphere was good but their is no AC so it was a little bit stuffy

Tried many different Nando's in the middle east and the quality and service is always top draw. We had some issues finding this nandos as the WTC is huge. Nonetheless great experience.

This is the worst Nandos I've been, they didn't bring the order or didn't even come to us to take care, Maristel the manager has the worst service experience, she took 20 minutes to come to us, just to say sorry, if you really feel hungry don't go this place, this is my real time experience guys, they are like they don't even care if we give bad reviews, I hope this will reach their management and they get back to me

Food is on point as always. Impeccable service from Clarence, our food server and Ms. Mariestel the manager. Great ambience, great food! What more could we ask for. Definitely coming back!

Nando’s never dissapointed me and my boyfriend. Our favorite restaurant to visit in WTC. We loved mostly of their foods. Best customer service kudos to Lovely our very lovingly waitress always there to assist 5 star service. Thank you Nandos always in my heart.

The flavour and dishes are quite different from the Nando’s that I have had in the UK. The food is average, fries were dripping with oil. I have tried this place twice and it was disappointing both times. The quality is not consistent. The only good thing was the service.

It was very tasty! And staff did really recommend a good one. We were able to use our entertainer so we did save.

It's a bit pricey if you don't have the Entertainer, but it's a nice restaurant.
We got a Chicken Butterfly and Chicken Wings, both of them with 2 sides. Very tasty.
The staff is also very nice and the place is comfy.

The best South African style restaurant we’ve been to so far. We’ve been to a lot of branches, one is the WTC branch where all staff are helpful. I have to say that this is the best branch so far as they always serve fresh chickens compared to other branches.

I just loved their cake slice and chocolate shake that I had at Nandos. Their cake slice is one of the best. I've tried their multiple international branches and the quality is always outclass

Delicious food, one of my favourite places of all time, I used to visit this place so often when I was living in Abu Dhabi, loved the food, my favourite was the chicken espetada, and I would usually get the sides of garlic bread and peri peri fries, with a side of bottomless iced tea. The ultimate combination. Generally expect prices around 140-180 per dish, but definitely quality and definitely worth the price. Would love to visit again. The sauces are simply sublime!

Slow service (I arrived and it took them forever to take my order). When my order arrived, the chicken wasn't cooked and I didn't feel safe eating it. Took them forever to make a new order. Bad experience.

The mall was great but donot forget your pcr test. They will not let you in. The security supervisors were super rude. If you want to go to the vfs offices please get the PCR.

I have been to nandos in the UK and UAE, and I can tell you its consistently good.

I usually go for the butterfly burger, double the chicken and half a chicken. The food is always very good.

The waiters are very attentive and the overall service is great.

Pricing is OK. Could be cheaper when compared to other places.

Overall I recommend the place.

I highly recommend Nandos WTC for great food and excellent service. Espetada a Torre is our favorite, very tasty and big portion (good for 2).
Every time we go in this place, Ms. Lovely always provides excellent service. She is very nice, pleasant and attentive to our needs.

I recommend dining at Nando’s WTC Abu Dhabi. Food were always delicious and freshly cooked. Special mention to Lovely who assisted us. She’s very accommodating, cheerful and makes sure you enjoyed dining with Nando’s. Every time we eat here she never fails to amaze us with her service. Salute to you Ate Lovely!

I’m a big fun of Nando’s ; but this location it’s my ever first time ; food quality is amazing as well service ; don’t forget to pass by and order from them ; they also do deliver with different carriers; yummy time to eat

Great food, however the AC wasn't working when we were there.
Lovely was a gr8 waitress and was available all throughout our dine.

The food was very average the Chicken we ate was very dry and not cooked very well the sides were good the only decent thing we’re the sides I wish I could get a refund I’m only eating at galitos from now on

As a person who doesn't eat a lot of spicy food, I was able to enjoy 1/2 of flame-grilled chicken with 2 side dishes: grilled vegetables and sweet potato fries.

I asked for lemon and herb sauce with it, and the dish was delicious. My friend ordered Espetata with spicy rice and grilled vegetables, and she enjoyed it too.

Our server's name was Lovely, and she was attentive and really lovely!

1- Waited 30 mins to get a table
2- When we were seated, no one came to get our order, we called the waiter to get our order
3- We waited around 30 mins to get the food, they even did not tell us how much time the food needed to be ready since it will take a lot of time
4- one of the staff were not friendly

It was one of the best when tried in Malaysia, but here it was not a nice experience

Today we visit world trade centre mall in Abu Dhabi after quiet long time and after shopping we decided to have dinner in Nando’s and we order grilled peri peri chicken with side of sweet potato fries and rice. Absolutely good taste and the server Mary joy was very helpful and very friendly even she recommended that main dish which was extremely good.

Best place for all the Peri peri. Thats a Meal platter with choice of whole legs / whole chicken.two sides and two bottom less drinks.worth it.

Last Wednesday, me and one other friend were able to visit Nandos in WTC! We had a great experience, my friend getting a burger, and me getting the chicken on the skewer. They both tasted out of this world. However, I would have to credit our experience to a waitress that we had, she was female, and a little short, I can’t remember her name but she was very friendly! We were able to joke around with her and she was a very kind soul! If you guys would be able to contact me so the waitress can get the recognition she deserves. Anyways, she was a very friendly and kind person, and just makes you happy when you chat with her. All in all, thank you anonymous female waitress who made my experience amazing, me and my female companion are young in age. And thank you Nandos WTC for the amazing food!

Good looking branch. Kinda difficult to find. It's in the 3rd floor next to the cinema.
Food is good as usual. Plus they accept entertainer!

Overpriced, for absolutely no good reason! I'm comparing to the same dishes in another same level or better restaurants.

Great food. Good smiles. Only sometimes they seem a bit disorganised. Even with a small crowd at tables, they seem to be slower in attending to customers.

Simply the worst nandos I ever seen!
The chicken bone is darkblue! And smells very bad, and the flavor is strange it's not Peri Peri actually. I felt that I want to throw up.also pricy!

Finally visited @nandosuae world trade center and ordered Chicken Espetada, it's flame-grilled peri peri chicken thighs served with 2 sides of your choice. I totally feel in love with the flavors of Mediterranean chicken.

They even serve yummy meals for little ones too. You can choose 1 main course, 2 sides and a drink for kids.

Love to eat grilled chicken, NANDO'S IT IS. Also it's interesting that they have same preparation and taste maintained in different countries. The staff here is courteous. Definitely recommended.

I love nando's but the service when we visited was not up to the mark. I think this branch should work on their services. But overall, I just love nando's peri peri chicken.

I eat here for lunch at least once per week. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend half chicken hot with roasted vegetables. Very tasty and healthy too.

Delicious. Being a South African it's always great to find home grown food. It's also on the entertainer which means value for money.

Fantastic as all Nandos is. Make sure you head to the top floor of the mall. It's kind of confusing to find because at first is seems like you are going to a floor that has been closed down. Obviously Nandos is the best option up stairs.

It is just an Ultra expensive restaurant with ordinary tasted chicken and and awful tasted sauces. We decided to visit there because we were having entertainer voucher for buy one get one free. For each extra item like ketchup or cold drinks you have to ask waiter again and again.
