Uae's number 1 worst company. Ngi's all employee's are useless, they don't know how to work with the right procedure, they haven't any idea about their work but still working in this useless company.
شركه تحتاج لك متتبعتها حين يحصلك حادث بسيط. للانهم يغفول عنك امور في المطالبه بحق تأمينات او يحملوك ٧٠٠ درهم من شروطه ذلك لزم. تخذ حق اول بالاول ولا تهملهم
أسوأ شركة تأمين على الإطلاق. تعرضت السيارة لحادث تجاوزنا الشهر ولم يتم إنجاز المعاملة مع تعمد المماطلة واستفسارات غريبة منها سبب الحادث بالرغم من وجود تقرير الشرطة وسؤال آخر عن حزام الأمان بالرغم من عدم طلب اي تعويض بسبب الاصابات. انتبهوا منها
تعامل سيء، عدم احترام الزبون بعض موظفي فرع ابو ظبي يعاملون الزبائن بتمنن ولا يعطون المتضرر حقه! صعوبة في التواصل مع الشركة لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل
I had an accident and NGI employee ask me to open file in their garage located in Mussafah Industrial area. (Tip Tronic Repairing Cars) I did the inspection there.next day I got the approval including rental car for two days. I refered to Al Majd workshop for repairing and I was very lucky because I delivered my car 7: 30 am and by 1: 30 pm it was ready.definitely I will renew my Insurance with them end of this year. Thanks a lot Mr Moayed from Motor section and Mr Nasir owner of Al Majd workshop.especial thanks to Mr Hamyoon who did the hard work.
Poor quality of staff in Musaffah, sunday 11: 00 am went to for renew the insurance, a rude customer representative were there, he refused to work, I asked to renew my policy he said it will take time i dont want to renew it, i said if it takes time you suppose to renew He replied no i dont want if you want to go head office go complaint on me.
NGI please save your company, hire good quality staff.
Very bad service lazy staff men not responsible men only talking talking (specially men staff) i have to terminate every staff when i came to boss really Next time i will never renewing my vehicle's. I will give 10 to - 0 star
As some people already mentioned you only get what you pied for cheap insurance cheap and bad service no proper communication process is unclear and non of their staff is friendly or informative my first year with them and it should be the last year
Bad service because they give us only 1 hour time daily for estimate the accident it’s not fair it’s should to be during the work hours because already all of us is working morning
I took a car insurance from NGI, and the customer executive made a mistake and same day i requested for cancelling that insurance, they took 20% of the premium which i paid.
You only get what you pay for. Not good Insurance NGI. I had an accident was not my fault, I had Full Coverage, the other guy had insurance. I ended up being out of pocket almost 900 AED. I will no better next time cheaper isn't always better. Plus terrible staff very rude.
