Just called this Phil girl, you had a stupid. Employee there! I ask politely what kind check up there are giving.and they have a camera to check our dog ear. Ohh my goodness she sounds so rude.if you had a bad day.don't share with customers.keep it in yourself! Your Lossing costumers!

The place was very good they took good care of my cat and the doctor and the staff were so helpful and the price was responsible

Best place to visit for your pet's in Abu Dhabi

Super, small and reasonably priced business. Had my puppy neutered here and they took excellent care. Will definitely visit again for injections and other services.

Very accommodating Indian doctor and even the nurses friendly. It doesn look state of art but serves the purpose.
I had gone there for my cat, and it was well diagnosed and only the required medicine was prescribed.

Don't be fooled by the way the clinic looks from outside, highly professional stuff the Dr.was very helpful and the price is highly competitive, well organised stuff, I definitely recommend this vet if your aiming to go with no prior appointment and for a quicker pet treatment

I never leave bad reviews, however, this experience was HORRIBLE.i took my cat for grooming shes usually very calm when groomed.i went to check up on her she was screaming hyperventilating and crying.i had to make them stop because they were traumatizing her.they also wanted me to pay full price even though i stopped them and they only shaved her.don’t trust them with your pets.they’re not pet friendly at all.

The vets were very incompetent.after my cat died, they told us they saw a pattern of her losing weight for over 6 months and never reported it, despite us going for a checkup regularly.the death was shocking and devastating and i can’t help but wonder what would have been different if i knew earlier on about her health.maybe her death wouldnt have been so painful and we would have had time to properly say goodbye.i trusted them for 12 years, my cat didn’t but deserve this.zero stars.

I met there Very polite and knowledgeable stuff. The clinic which is located in villa is clean and spacious, and surprisingly the prices are not high.

I needed an emergency procedure for my female cat I contacted the clinic they gave us appointment when we reached there, all the way from mbz they didn’t respond even the emergency contact responded after many calls and was highly surprised not professional at all.

So happy with their professional service and quality. I would like to thank each one of them for their cooperation and especially the man in the office who is managing the clinic.

Very good services but would not recommend grooming your birds here. Recommended for cats and other pets though, this is the best clinic for falcons in all of Abu Dhabi. You can find pet supplies, toys and selection of pet food as well. Reservations are recommended before walk-ins. Please press like if you found my review helpful. Thanks.

The cats get fungal infection from here.i took my cat here for hair cut and soon after.few days.my cat started to scratch off the skin bleeding and fur less spot all over. Had to pay for that too. This place has become a money making spot for now.they used to be good before, now its to squeeze it out of your pocket.

Worst clinic ever.very unproffessional and they charged me 100 dhs literally for no reason. They will only tell you that your pet needs a blood test, so if your pet is sick take it to a better clinic and save your money.

Absolutely the best pet clinic in Abu Dhabi! They took care of my baby parrot with such love and affection. I am so happy that I found this place. I will recommend you guys to everyone I meet. Keep up the great work!

We have used NATIONAL VETERINARY CLINIC for over 7 years and we love them. From finding feral kittens, to end of life with our poodles, we always feel very support by the professional and caring Drs and staff. They have completed surgeries, vaccines, illness and wellness check ups with NO problems or issues. We've had grooms and boardings and always felt our pets were very well taken care of.

I give them my highest recommendation and their prices are most reasonable, too.

Worst vet in Abu Dhabi.if you don’t mind having your beloved pet die, take them to this place. My handsome boy just died two days ago; late June I took him for a checkup at this place and the lady vet checked him and said she suspects a lump in his gum and said she has to give (GENERAL ANESTHESIA) to check more accurately; after the blood test (which is way overpriced compared to other BETTER places), although my cat had a bit high creatinine level (NOT deadly or critical), she ONLY gave GENERAL ANESTHESIA as an option to check his gum since this is more financially beneficial for them (more expensive) than giving him sedation; turned out he only had some fluid in the gum (no lump). My poor baby started suffering right after what she did to him; he stopped eating, even drinking water, in 2 weeks he turned into skin and bones! I had to take him to another vet (very well reputed one in Abu Dhabi), after they did a full examination and a blood test, they said his creatinine level is over the roof and he has critical kidney failure+heart problem due to the kidney failure (ALL resulted from the general anesthesia done at the National Vet). My handsome, very very strong boy passed away just a week after being admitted to the other vet all because of this unprofessional (only thinking about money) vet who does not know sedation is enough to calm a cat down for a simple gum checkup! Nothing will bring my poor cat back, I just pray we have the patience to bear this loss. I hope nobody ever thinks this place will charge them less than other vets because at the NATIONAL VETERINARY CLINIC you will lose extra money PLUS your beloved pet. I must also mention my shock at how EXTREMELY OLD this facility is, I think it didn’t get renovated since late 60s or early 70s; they also think over using Dettol (which you can smell as soon as you step into this place) makes it a decent vet! I hope this place closes down soon due to all complaints about it.

Best veterinary hospital in Abu Dhabi. I visited with my dog all staffs are very accommodating and I personally recommend this hospital to all my friends since their price is reasonable and good service.

Not qualified, shaved my cat and they injured her, they also gave her two same vaccination by mistake. They dont send vaccination reminder and when they do, its always wrong dates. Vet recommended an injection to give my cat while she is in heat. I took them twice and i was shocked to know from other vet clinic that this injection shouldnt be given to cats because it shorten their lives and causes cancer. Definitely not going there EVER AGAIN and going to share this bad experience with everyone i know
