CONTRACTORS / JOB SEEKERS just take note about this FRAUD Company in al- ain
CONTRACTORS
1) this company doesn't have CIVIL DEFENSE LICENCE and it is already blacklisted by civil defense, adcp and everywhere
2) before giving any work check the previous work the company did, none of the contractors will even say a postive thing about this company
3) NAFFCO AND FIREX the biggest supplier of the fire fighting parts doesn't give products to this company as the found then non paying and fraud
4) doesnt have qualified engineers with civil defense license, and the technicians who are working there are bengalis who are working on daily wages and everyday new technicians as they are sourced from the market nearby
5) no one can deal with the owner his name is aniyan chandran, he is just a fraud person, so better avoid giving or dealing with this guy

1) if you have to choose between dying and working in this choose dying
2) in the past 8 years, no one has completed 2 years visa, because they wont give salary and working atmosphere is very bad
3) please check about the owner aniyan chandran and his wife lathika chandran who handles account in nearby offices and shops, im pretty much sure no one in entire al ayn will say even a good thing about them, that much crooked and cruel people they are
4) if you are joining in this company ask for offer letter mentioning your basic salary and everything in the mail with company letter head and make sure it has the company seal, because he will give sweet promises and after 1 month he will only give the basic

The owner is a fraud and cheating guy, he tried to scam my money by telling that he will give me job and made me work for 39 days without giving me any salary and his wife also handling accounts abused me, dont join in this company

The company is Fraud one and the owner Aniyan Chandran doesn't provide salary to the employees and made the life of the employee miserable there.

NO: 1 FRAUD, Owner Aniyan chandran is fraud who wont give any money to the Labours, engineers, Suppliers, and his wife Lathika chandran is also fraud who takes all the money, dont trust both of them, they always cheat people and take money from labours, suppliers and engineers, and moreover they dont have civil defense license for the companyand aniyan chandran has so many cases in the court and he cant go to his native india because of civil and labour cases in UAE, if you are supplier/contractor dont give them any projects (they dont have labours, licenses, enginners) if you are job seeker dont join in this company

Bad attitude, not trustworthy, they give fake promises, in my experience better away from this type of people.they ruin your time with fake promises.

Totally fraud company, don’t join in this company and spoil your life, no offer letter they will give, and they will keep on telling false promises, already so many cases in labour and civil court against the owner mr aniyan chandran who doesn’t even know what is work and work ethics, and in the last 8-10 years no one has ever completed working there for 2 years, and angina chandran’s wife Lathika chandran handles account, who doesn’t even know how to treat people or how to behave, and won’t give money or salary, please avoid joining in this company and save your life
