NIRVANA RETURN OUR MONEY
This is terrible experience buying a flight ticket and begging company to return money after cancellation of the ticked by all their policies!

They are not responding only after calling call center frequently and ONE AND HALF months NOT giving 3,600 AED back to us!

We purchased a flight ticket to Spain and Nirvana agent Ahmed Nagi promised us that money will be returned after 21 working day from the cancellation day. We are literally begging him to respond for us, and give us our money back. Tonight he texted at 12: 30 am!
And still saying that finance department is informed and we need to wait!

What is this SCAM? Where is our money?

Scammers. Avoid dealing with them. They will take your money and disappear. They stole my money and chasing them for 2 months.

Very unprofessional, Highly condescending and careless.they need serious restructuring and evaluation of their agents

Stay away from this company. They charged me for the booking they failed to make and stopped responding to my emails. Two months later, still waiting for the refund.

Very hard to reach, and often did not respond to me until it was days before my trip was intended. Errors were made to my reservation that they did not take responsibility and blamed me for. I paid for my initial ticket and every change I made and when they added an additional flight to my itinerary, refused to refund me for their mistake. I recommend booking with airlines directly, and avoiding this third party agency that will take your money but will not help you. Traveling during the COVID pandemic has been incredibly difficult and the lack of empathy and understanding was shocking.

I must have called 15 times with no answer. I got through once only to be put on hold indefinitely. Very poor service

شركه غير مؤهله من وجهة نظري لقد تواصلت معهم كثيراً ولم اتلقي منهم اي رد ولا تواصل وبالاخص موظفه اسمها علا تحدثت معي عبر الواتس اب وتم التواصل معها كراراً وتكراراً وللاسف لاتجيب وكمان عبر الهاتف ولا تجيب وتكنسل عليا
