NMC medical center

I love going to NMC Al Falah because their transactions is fast and they are very accommodating, especially Joanne. I brought my mom for a monthly check up and she made things easy for us, now even my sister and cousins are going to this hospital because their service is really nice and so helpful and accommodating.

Excellent service, it was my first time to visit NMC. Thank you to Ms.shafna, the receptionist on duty for accomodating me, and to Dr.who checked my condition and gave me the proper treatment.

I am visiting this clinic from last 15 years and I have no complaints with the services rendered here. All the staffs are polite and courteous. The reception staffs are well mannered especially Mr. Rishabh Jain.
All the doctors are so kind specially Dr. Sadia and Dr. Aninna. Both of them are caring. The nursing staffs are so much helpful. I would always recommend this clinic to everyone

I visited for constent form and they ask me 50 dhs for only stamp on paper and 75 dhs for BP check!

Thank you very much to the team of Doctor, nurse, and other staff who helped me during my visit to the medical center. I had the worst muscle pull over my shoulders to an extent that I could not breathe, stand, or sit. I was experiencing pain while breathing, walking, and almost doing any activity resulted in pain. The medical center was near my office and I finally decided to go there. While reaching to the clinic a staff from the medical center, noticed me coming with pain, he politely guided me to the seating area and requested reception desk staff to inform doctor to attend me immediately. Within no time I was in treatment room where doctor visited me and started my treatment. I was given all the necessary care whitin time and to my surprise I found my shoulders relaxed and the pain had gone. I am thankful to the team of doctor and nurses from bottom of my heart to help me recover this fast. Extremely professional and caring. May Allah bless you all

I had visited NMC (Old GSMC) at Al Falah Street multiple times for various needs related to My and my Family Health and always received good service from Doctors, Nurses, Reception Staff and Pharmacy too.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They are all smiling and let you to feel that you are always welcomed in their place. The atmosphere are very relaxing. Thank you for the good service. Keep it up

Not good service. Bad experience. Not recommended.

Receptionist and nurses did not attend to the needs of the patient. No proper workflow, No coordination between staff.

It took me 3 times to check with the receptionist if my file had been opened, and in the 3rd time that's the time the receptionist started entering my details in their system. 3 of them in the receptionist and I'm the only one patient, still appears to be busy with something else.

I was the only one patient in the waiting area and it took me 45 mins waiting before being called by the the nurse. The nurse sends me to a wrong room, had to go back and check.

I've been a patient of this clinic since almost 2 years and have used several of their services, and I must say from the administration, reception and to the entire doctor team all are very courteous and professional in their respective work. Dr Sadia is one of the best doctors there and very professional. I highly recommend this clinic first of all for excellent customer services secondly very much affordable & in the heart of Abu Dhabi and last of all very professional doctors always going the extra mile. Well done guys keep up the good work.
