من اسوء مراكز أن ام سي وتأخير المرضى هواية لدى موظفين خدمة العملاء وهذه المشكلة لها ستة شهور تأخير والمراجعين يتراكمون فوق والأمراض الشتاء وانا عندي مراجعة فقط اخذ نتيجة عينة الفحص الدم بصراحة اسوء مراكز أن ام سي وارجو تحسين الخدمة للأفضل
I m patient of this hospital from 2019.but from last month my experience very bad due to physiotherapy department. I have a shoulder pain and as per doctor suggestion need physiotherapy.in physiotherapy department male receptionist very wrost attitude. I think this guy make own rule and regulations. I never experience before like this in NMC MBZ.here all doctors and staff are very good and helpful person.
I had been to Capital mall NMC day care center on Thursday 9th Nov 2023 as walk in patient with high fever.unfortunately i got unconscious however immediately care and attention has been given by Male nurse Mr Jomesh and Doctor Mohan though there was unprecedented rush in the hospital they took care of me with immediate treatment and put me in comfort. As a regular visitor of Doctor Sunil since 2017 i always recommend the service of medical center to others but after last week care and comfort it reinforced my confidence in the medical center.not to forget Admin Mr Prathap for his help. Thank you for your timely care.
The appointment was frustrating and not well-managed. The nurses seemed to have difficulty prioritizing patients, often choosing to assist only a select few.
As for my experience, I had to wait for 1 hour and 49 minutes for an ultrasound, and to make matters worse, they booked an appointment for the next day. Quite frustrating.
Visited hospital on 19th of October and scheduled appointment was 8PM. However the nursing staff MR. Louie Jay was prioritizing patients who came after me that too going to the doctor and requested for the same couple of times in front of us. This is really unprofessional and against the medical ethics as I was at hospital with my wife and two kids and all of us are really sick.
انتظرت على الهاتف لسماع كل ما تقدمه المستشفى (انتظر 7 دقائق) اكثر من مره تم الاتصل من قبلي وانتظرت وغلقت تلفوني وتم الاتصال من قبلي مره اخرى ونفس العمليه لم اجد اي رد منتظر تحويلي لقسم الاشعه. واستمريت على هاذا الحال لين غلقت تلفوني لم اجد اي تواصل لاقسم الاشعه ولارد من قبلهم الله المستعان
Very bad I had an appointment with Dr Hananh Yaghi for 4: 40, the OB dr At 6pm I haven’t even seen the nurse.i requested to be help since I left my baby at home with the nanny and they helped another patient who came in after me. At least the Dr could phone me and tell me she has emergency and reschedule my appointment. I’m waiting 1hour 20 minutes and nothing to show for it! This is ridiculous!
I had a great experience in NMC royal family Medical center physiotherapy department. I had a patellar dislocation and my physiotherapy went very well here. I especially thank Miss Akruthi (physiotherapist) for helping me to overcome my knee problems. She is really professional, compassionate and kind. I also thank the receptionist miss. Najla who helped me with all the appointments. Keep up the good work team! Thank you for your wonderful service.
Good hospital with nice staffs. Based on my experience Dr. Mithun roy one of the best Ent doctor available in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Sunil sheshadri -very good internal medicine doctor.
I got excellent treatment from Mr. Rahees in physiotherapy section for my lower back pain he sincerely treated well and explained all the details about it. I would recommend anyone who required physiotherapy to get his treatment.
The registration reception team they are very slow I am waiting from past 1 hour and their guidance is not proper. He promised to come than he refused to make my registration.

We had a great experience of "Total Knee Replacement" surgery at NMC Royal by Dr. Ravichandran. My 67 Yrs.old mother was suffering from Arthritis for past 8 Years and had difficulty in walking and was using steroids, anti-inflammatories, and painkillers for years to control pain and inflammation due to the disease.
The medicines were affecting very badly on her health. After using medicines for long time she started having stomach, heart and diabetic issues and on other hand, the gap between the knee kept on reducing.
We consulted with many doctors including Homeopathic, Herbal and Rheumatologists in UAE and Pakistan, they advised us to manage the pain until she can but the final solution is Total Knee replacement.
We consulted with a very famous Orthopedic Surgeon in Abu Dhabi and got the first (right) knee replaced in 2020, however during surgery my mother got the tibial fracture and due to this, she spent 3 months in bed and on wheelchair. After three years of surgery, we come to know that the alignment of knee is not correct.
After the bad experience of first surgery, due to fracture, the whole body weight was shifted to the other knee (left) and in three years the condition got worst. A Consultant Rheumatologists in Abu Dhabi recommended Dr. Ravichandran considering his expertise and success ratio of TKR surgeries. We booked an appointment with him and found him very confident and skillful in his field and finally we decided to get second knee replacement by him.
While we were planning for the surgery many doctors advised us to not to got for surgery option, as the patient may loose her leg or life.
We found Dr. Ravichandran very kind and friendly, he was communicating and following up the approval process and surgery preparation stages.
Finally, the surgery was done at NMC Royal Khalifa on 4th January 2023.and Dr. Ravichandran called us from operation theatre to inform us about the successful procedure.
After surgery first day she was advised to use walker for walking and second day she started physiotherapy and exercise for recovery. After 4 days discharged from hospital.
Three weeks passed after the surgery and my mother is able to walk without support now (not alone- always accompanying with someone). Dr.is contacting us almost every day to know the current condition and if any support is required from his side.
Considering the experience with Dr. Ravi, i would like to recommend the Arthritis patients, who have difficulty in mobility and not spending normal life, please get treatment and carryout day to day activities as normal person.
Thank you Dr. Muthiullah, for being such kind and caregiving Doctor. During my health crisis I met one of the most amazing physicians that I know till this day.
Dr. Nihara from the Physiotherapy department is a phenomenal doctor. She is extremely dedicated to her patients. I have never met a doctor with so much compassion and commitment to healing. Her empathy for the patients is far beyond her age which is very rare to find especially with young doctors. I would highly recommend her to my family, friends, colleagues and anyone! She has given me hope for a full recovery of mobility arising from a severely frozen shoulder.

I could give it a zero if I was able to. Never coming back to be honest. Went to thhe gynaecologist and I ain't never seen a rude gyna all my life. Also I had to go to a different hospital to confirm I had fibroids while the gyna I saw in nmc brushed it off as just a random bacterial infection. Never coming back abd not recommended for women health care
Yesterday I visited the gyno department there, she directly told me to have blood test she didn't even bother to check me first the primary checkup and she gave me her card and told me to call next day. I kept calling that number throughout the day, no one responded. Seriously I don't understand why I waited there about one hour to get appointment got tested for what. Before this the any hospital I have never seen such behavior before.
I'm a new resident of UAE and I used to think that only in my home country private hospitals are very commercial. But due to yesterday's behaviour of an receptionist in NMC at prestige tower I feel that all the private hospitals are same across the world. These people makes us feel ill if you are like a patient to them. I took a PCR test on 8th Feb 2022 and the result was positive. The person didn't allowed me take another PCR test but I was quite confident that I'm negative. I went to another hospital and had a PCR test it resulted negative. NMC medical centre at Prestige tower gives fake results and are very rude towards a customer. I don't recommend anyone to take Covid PCR test at NMC medical center Prestige tower.
Too much delay in laboratory reports. They take 24 hours for the reports which takes only two hrs in other labs. Its really bad for a patient who is waiting for the report to start the treatment.
I have always taken my kids to the Pediatrician Dr. Hamdy Ibrahim Medkour since the time we moved to UAE. The vast years of experience he has is clearly shown in the way he does the diagnosis and has always found the root cause of any illness in the very first visit itself. The warmth he shows towards kids is amazing. His diagnosis and the treatment also has been perfect. Also his assisting nurse Ms. Vilma goes out of her way to help parents understanding their situation and need. She has always been available to our queries
I, desperately needed an afforadable and correct treatment for my gaps. Having approached many dental clinics from last sep, i was not convinced by different treatment plans given by diff docs. Finally a student of mine suggested Dr. Nidhi of nmc.with no hopes again, i had taken an appointment and to my surpise the visit turned to be a start for my treatment. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with Dr. Nidhi and her staff sister Bobby! Greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for me.she figured out the main reason for the gaps and came up with a basic options to try as a solution intially rather going for expensive treatments which no dentist have ever suggested. The procedure was done with atmost care by Dr. Nidhi and Bobby who pacified me in the entire stages of the procedure. Patience, persistents and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and Dr. Nidhi and Bobby come through with flying colors! Alway's warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed! My gratitude for Dr. Nidhi and her staff goes beyond the stars! NMC Royal in Capital Mall, MBZ is our one stop destination for most of our medical requirements. Apart from being a clean and hygienic facility, all the staffs are extremely caring and friendly at all times. Especially I would like to recommend Dr. Sunil (Internal Medicine) who is like a family doctor to us. We were consulting him from the day this Medical Centre was open and needless to say that he is one of the best doctors I've ever visited. تم طلب موعد الكتروني من خلال الموقع الالكتروني ، وقام موظف مركز الاتصال بالتواصل وتم تحديد موعد الساعة 4: 30 مساء بتاريخ 3/4/2021 وعند الوصول موظفة الاستقبال افادت بأن الموعد المحدد مع الدكتور غير موجود واساسا الدكتور غير متواجد غريب الامر بحيث يوجد سوء تفاهم وعدم تجانس بين مركز الاتصال وموظفي الاستقبال والتسجيل في المستشفى ، كما أن موظفة الاستقبال اسلوب تعاملها غير راقي ولم تبدي اي اهتمام لحل المشكلة أو تعاون للتواصل مع اي عيادة او دكتور بهدف حل الاشكالية بطريقة ذكية ، كل مافعلته فقط ردة فعل سلبية وعدم اهتمام.
خدمة سيئة جدا أن يصل المريض بموعد محدد مسبقا ومن ثم يتفاجأ بعدم تواجد الدكتور
I had some treatment and surgery with Mr. DR. Mithun Roy from ENT Specialist. Such a nice human being and very soft, polite and he understand the need of the patient. I feel very happy to meet this doctor and I thank him personally. Also I would like to appreciate the nurse who is also very kind and co-operative.
Horrendous reception. Disregarded the issue and sent me to the wrong doctor, wrong procedure and then tried serving numerous people at the same time as dealing with my issue. Disturbing that a healthcare system shows such a lack of care in the main point of customers. The reception!
I want to thank Dr Jayshree A Mutta – Ophthalmology unit for her support and expertise provided to my daughter’s eye ailment. It was the 1st time we met her, about 10 days back for a normal eye checkup.
We were amazed by her detailed diagnosis and timely expert guidance which helped my daughter to under-go a laser treatment to rectify her retina nerves.

I have always good experience with NMC hospital in Capital mall. I have been always showing my kids to Dr. Suwansh and my kids also loves him too much. Suwansh is always attentive and extremely caring and attends to our call at any time. NMC should be really lucky to have such good doctor like Suwansh
Dr. Dhanya (Dermatology Doctor) is a good and caring doctor. She listens to the concerns and takes time with the patient to help them with their issues. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Dermatology specialist.
Poor call response servive of the reception and poor connectivity if someone wants in urgent to discuss about the patient or medicine wrote by doctor and those are not at all available in the market from the last one year. No one can call doctor even in emergency and i am struggling tooo much.

Waited on the phone to hear everything the hospital has to offer (4 minutes wait) before someone picked up. Then put the operator put the phone down. I will not waste my time calling again.
Avoid wasting your time calling, use another hospital.
Everyone was very nice caring and smiling. Dr Mohan Babu and his team is really wounderful and a big asset to the organisation. I recommend him as family doctor not only because of his high professionalism but also for his humble character. The nurses supports are outstanding especially sister Anu for her simplicity and approach towards with a smiling face.
I was consulted doctor on 10th Jan 2020 and blood test done on the same day morning 10 O'clock and filled a form to get the result through email. They agreed to send it 11th evening 12 morning I called in 8001122 which was given from NMC musaffa.after long waiting and transferring and searching. The representative told me that no record s found and I told him that I will complain to HAAD simply he replied and told me ok sir you can complain to HAAD.now I want to know that "Did the complaining to HAAD set procedure to get lab test result from NMC?
Very poor service no discipline to follow the token I was told that we will delay you someone came after will be treated first without appointment and I have to wait 30 minutes more even with appointment Dr spending too much time even printing prescriptions
It's one of the very good Medical facility in Mussafah area with courteous and cooperative staff and have some of the Excellent Doctors like Dr. Mohan Babu, Dr. Mithun Roy, Dr. Sunil, Dr. Preeth, Dr. Sharmaji and responsive Nursing and Pharmacy staff. Based on my experience a key speciality which require attention quickly in the medical centre is Paediatrics, an experienced very good Paediatrician will be really helpful to many parents especially living in Mussafah, Baniyas, MBZ city, BeinAl Jazreen. Keep doing good work to maintain high standards in healthcare.
Its very disappointed that the responds of wallet parking staff. I given my car to them and they drive very carelessly. The way of their handling the vehicle is very rude. When i am talk to that guy regarding this, he didn’t mind about my words.
