أسوأ مستشفى مر علينا التمريض سئ مافي اي رحمه او ضمير والادارة سئيه وتعاملهم بالماده فقط رفضوا يعملوا اي فحوصات لامي في الطوارئ رغم الوجع لين ما تدفع ثمن التحاليل مافي انسانيه او ضمير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليهم

Worst experience ever! I’m a patient’s companion/attendant, Ive been at the emergency building since 11: 20pm, now it’s 1: 05am! The patient I’m with has hard fever, cough, headache, virus A in general…she came to take the nutritious drops, no one is helping us and their services is the WORST. 12am they told us there is 9 patients in front of you…up to now we are waiting by the way. When we came the waiting room was crowded, people who came before us and after us had left already! The staff one and only response is “the beds are full” since when? More than three hours we are all sat!

This review is directed to the management of the Hospital. Patients come to the hospital sick! And you have the AC to the maximum! Even the receptionist said she complained and faught many times regarding the same issue and nothing has been done! I am a regular patient at the hospital and i wont stop till this issue is resolved.

I came to internal medicine. I was looking for a specialist for my blood pressure but unfortunately I waited for too long coz there are too many patients. I was amazed to this staff name Cherry she was so helpful and really dedicated to her job. She did everything and find doctor who will see me immediately. Keep it up.

One of the worst experience in NMC Royal emergency. We went for emergency they make us late more then 2 hours to deal with the emergency. And the last we left the hospital and went to another hospital. Best more then NMC Royal.

Today I was with Dr. Yasser's, he prescribed pills for me and my husband, as a result, after waiting for more than an hour in the pharmacy, they tell me that there are no pills, come back tomorrow or the day after tomorrow and maybe we will write you out, but they also did not forget to tell me that I will have to again to run to the doctor to prescribe a new prescription, my question is, do you remember to take money for a visit to the doctor but do not provide pills, patients themselves will run after you or do you provide good quality services?

I am currently in the emergency room. I drove a family member with severe abdominal pain and acompannied them while they are here. I am bewildered by the level of absolute unprofessionalism I saw within thesr last couple of hours.

First of all the process of checking-in patients is unsensical and does not take into account severity of the situation, several other patients had got up and left purely due to the waiting time, which was caused by having only 1 nurse taking vitals. I politely asked the receptionist if there's something to do to expedite the process, only to receive one of the rudest responses and then she proceeded to gradually get louder, and eventually said, you can talk to the PRO if he comes here, I decided to avoid the situation and try to patiently wait despite the pain. After a long wait and a lot of suffering we were finally checked in and told to go ahead to the emergency room, I immediately notice that are 6 nurses in ER, which would be a good thing if not most of them were stood idle while everyone struggles at the reception.

We speak to the doctor, the doctor has no idea what to do because the papers the nurse was supposed to give to the doctor weren't there, nor on the hospital's internal system. I go back to try to get the papers, Turns out the check-in nurse's computer isn't working, Which is astonishing as that is the bare minimum. Alas, we waited.

One of the ER doctors was very professional, while the other literally was shouting and making jokes loudly across the ER, even shouting on the phone at one point. The other doctor was very professional and asked the nurses to treat us as a prirorty as she can see the severity of the situation, but unfortunately there weren't enough beds, so we had to wait for over an hour on cold metal chairs while I write this review.

There really needs to be a drastic change in the way this place operates and how things are being taken care of. Absolutely horrendous experience, definitely not coming back for anything because they will prioritize beaurcracy over patient needs.

This rate is for the emergency department. I went to see a doctor today Nov. 15 at 12: 30 pm and spent the time there waiting till 2: 45 pm and I couldn’t see a doctor. No one was responding to me. Additionally the supervisor was unreachable. I tried to call him several times and I always received a message that he is not available. I had to return home without seeing the doctor and extremely sick in addition to the fact that I wasted my time and lost my day at work

The worst hospital in Abu dhabi. I regret it every single time I go there.

Last night, I was in the emergency, it was crystal clear that the flu section was understaffed. I watched them and their cleaning techniques, the beds barely got cleaned…. When it was my turn to get admitted into a room, the past patient’s mess was still there and the room wasn’t clean so the nurse asked me to sit on the chair, the cart beside me was filthy and full or dust (this is proof that they barely clean anything).

When the doctor came to me, (I complained that I had trouble breathing due to my cough) … he didn’t even listen to my breathing, he didn’t look into my throat for infections, he didn’t ask the correct questions I feel like he was just rushing me. All he did was assign me to get an xray done…. Where is the patient care? !

They also have a PCR testing WHICH IS IN THE SAME SECTION AS THE FLU PATIENTS…. AND NO NURSE ASSIGNED FOR THAT EITHER, I heard people complaining that they had to wait 2 hours for that.

(this is a past incident) their doctors do not care about their patients whatsoever, I visited a dermatologist before, she didn’t even look at my face before prescribing me a very strong controlled medication. When I visit a hospital I expect full care from the doctor and not a pills dispensary.

Very unfriendly staff, no patient care whatsoever, expect to wait AT LEAST 3 hours to get whatever you want done. Very useless & ineffective hospital.

*One star because there is no option to give zero stars*. I came to the ER at 11 PM with my dad who had a sever headache. He is also a chronic cardiac patient. We waited till 12.05 AM but still did not get called in. When asked for a reason, every single staff responded very coldly to us. I would totally understand if you have inconveniences and busy schedules, but being rude to people in pain is something else. Even when we said we are leaving they just gave the ID card back without a single apology or acknowledgement of what we went through.

The staff is very professional. A lady called Hajar working at the reception went out of her way to make my mother's registration at the hospital smooth, and she then took us to the department we were looking for. Everyone is welcoming and makes patients feel home. The hospital is very clean and very well equipped.

I went to emergency on 18th November at night around 11: 30. My wife had severe pain in head and shoulders. They dont consider patient as per his/her condition. In the short, after 1 hour we got bed and junior Dr came and asked about condition until pain of my wife was at extreme. She said they will give the pain killer after 20 min a guy came and give it.once it was finished same guy came and said i think you are ok now, this is your prescription and take appointment for neurology. Dr had no time to come and see. We see if you have WASTA or you are from specific nationalities then only you will get proper attention and care.

Doctors are quite good (Orthopedics and oral & Maxillofacial department) but I had bad experience with the hospital while discharging my sister, it took them more than 7 hours to prepare the papers, and they gave wrong dates for sick leave, also I was asking them several times for the escort leave and they did not give, stating that I did not ask for it.

Went to ER tonight. Arrived there at 8PM, registration and getting my vitals are a breeze. After that you’ll wait for your turn for your check up. I’m the 6th patient. 1 hr passed only 1 patient was called. Imagine being in pain, and waiting in queue for another 5hrs just so someone can look at you and advise what medications u need to take. Take my word there are far more better hospitals than this one. Don’t waste your time waiting when other hospitals can give u better service at a quick time. First time i walked out of a hospital feeling frustrated because how can a very elegant looking hospital like this have such a terrible service in Abu Dhabi.

Nobody answers the phone. Receptionists forget you're there. PTs cancel appointments and the receptionists don't call to tell you so you waste your time to come there only to be told the appt was cancelled. Drs take blood for tests when not needed.

Hi yesterday we went to NMC Khalifa Royal Hospital to carry out the MRI at 8 o'clock evening time. The TEHNICIAN who will do the MRI to my wife was totally insolent and on very very bad moon. My wife does not speak and understand English language. The instruction from the Technician was in RUSHING he want to finishing fast. In he beginner I tried to spoke to him (Technician) and explain that my wife need me for translate what he will do. He does not care and continue and rushing the situation to do the job (MRI). Second time I explain to him the necessity of my wife one more time, when I suggests to him if he is not happy better we can cancel and we will return latter. He told us DO IT so i never expect his answer because he have to be professional and the MRI is not free it has a high cost and the insurance will pay for that. Then i told him that I will open a complain against him because we need better attention because it is private hospital. He told us I DONT CARE DO IT. To considerate this situation My wife she desired to do the MRI and she was remove her clothes she only wear a small hospital coverall to attend the MRI, he do not allow me to go in side because i wear a metal but the MACHINE WAS OFF because he just preparing the scenario to do MRI. I ask him were is the nurse should be one at least because my wife was almost naked and he just close the door on my face. I complain to PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER in NMC Royal Khalifa.hi give me the rights because what he did is not the right thing. Till now i did not receive any call from any staff regard with this problem, I hope the reputation of NMC Royal Khalifa Hospital RADIOLOGY Dept.do not continue bad just because this kind of worker are not happy.

لا يستحق الانسان ان يتعالج بها. سيئين جدا ولا يخدم المريض الا للاسوء. الانتظار بالساعات وتقديم مريض على مريض اخر. حتى مع المرضى في تفرقهبالتحديد قسم الاطفال ان كنت ساكت وماتتكلم ماخد يسوي لك سالفه. ولكن تدخل وتركض وراهم يدخلونك غير جذي محد يعبرك.

Facilities, building, personnel, specialist are good, but it's impossible to have the right communications with them, each department and section doesn't know what the other is doing, call center with departments, etc.the final product to the customer doesn't satisfy.a lot of money without care.

Warning! I was approached at the entrance car park by a young female (Arabic) wearing a burka begging for money. I had to get help from a passerby who translated what she was saying in Arabic. The girl was from Palestine and needed money for her family to buy food. This is extremely shocking, especially at the front entrance to a hospital. Management needs to have security guards ensuring beggars don’t harass individuals for money. This situation can be seeing on the hospitals security cameras and needs immediate action.

My experience with royal nmc Khalifa city A was not a pleasant one.
This is why.
On our first follow up for our new born and cause of concern was jaundice. As her bilirubin was high she was advised photo therapy.
Here is where it gets bad.
We did not have insurance for this time period and the staff were informed. We wanted to know the cost that we will bear for the admission and therapy. As new parents we were also worried as the whole thing was made to sound like an emergency. The paediatric department insisted on getting the baby admitted and handed us over abruptly. When asked the staff about knowing cost of the room he was unaware. He started with 1000 k to 8000k. There was no system to guide us in which we could acquire information. The only thing emphasised was to deposit 10000aed to admit the baby as we did not have insurance, to this my wife even reacted and gave a clear indication that this is a lot of money. We felt blind sided as parents under the stress that we were put through. I don’t understand how departments within the hospital are unaware of room costs. Paying from my pocket is not the issue but how can the hospital staff not have clarity and why is it not on their system. We as parents must have the option to choose. I have paid 4000aed for 30hrs of room stay where the photo therapy was only done for 18 hours and the therapy costed peanuts. The remaining hours was only observation and I kept following up instead of the staff being proactive even though of constant reminders of no insurance which could have been handled more swiftly and effectively within 24 hours which was the original estimated time of stay given to us. The system is poorly designed that it picked up 48 hours of hospital stay instead of 30 hours which is what I’m paying for without any reason.
To summarise, why such reputed hospitals have such a bad system. The lack of humanity in understanding parents or people in general who could have insurance issues.
‘First give information before asking for deposit’.

Never had an on time appointment. Arrogant doctor expects me to follow up as he's too busy! Just had a procedure there. Rubbish nursing staff. Slept in a blood soaked blanket for 2 days. Food inedible. The list goes on but they made good money out of my insurance

Dont go that pediatrician swetha (calling by name as i dont think she deserves to be called with the initial Dr.). My son was suddenly sick with high fever. Called up and took the last appointment of the day. I accept i reached only 10 mins earlier than my appointment when they said to come 15mins before. Still the receptionist told i could see the doctor. After taking the kids vitals, we waited for about 20 mins as the previous patient was taking time. But when that patient left, there was still 5 mins for the doctors shift to finish. She shamelessly sent the nurse outside to tell us that she cant see as she has to go home and another doctor will see us. When i went to the reception, they said all doctors are busy for now!

If she couldnt see us, y did she make us wait? Also there was still 5 mins left of her duty to finish when she sent us away. I could have argued and met the doctor, but then i felt if she was not sincere to her patients and duty hours, how can we trust her treatement.

A doctor how dose not follow the simple ethics of medicine. Just there to sit during her working hours and collect the salary. Not sincere towards the patients.

Slow and poor service, rude staff, at pharmacy you waste ur one hour and to check your vital/consult a doctor you waste 2 hours easy. Wish I can complain to HAAD or DOH. ER is worse better go somewhere else they have one ER doctor.

It’s all about the long waiting time and the unpleasant customer service approach, it seems they are overloaded with patients and need to operate with a higher headcount.

I hope they can hear that as a positive criticism and react accordingly.

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Shobhit Sinha in Neurology Department.
Yesterday was my first visit in this department 12 noon appointment & I'm grateful to him for giving me my time to express my condition & listening to me before examing me. Dr. Shobhit is a true professional doctor by giving me honest advice regarding my condition.
I'm sure there are other good doctors in NMC ROYAL, but yesterday I was lucky I had a great doctor who also walked to the door in respect. THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Shobhit.

Can't believe this hospital has so many good reviews. I had to take my wife for emergency and we had to wait for more than 1h while my wife was feeling really bad. I understand that during covid there is a big queue but still they need to make effort for other people waiting and staff is not courteous especially one doctor that I won't name for confidentiality purposes.

Had excellent experience for pregnancy consultation, delivery and post delivery check ups. Things are really easy when doctor advises you as a friend and clarifies all doubts and queries promptly. That is what doctor Srividya (Specialist -Obstatrics and Gynaecologist) has done in a very professional manner with her expertise. Really happy with her consultation and Hospital services. Highly recommended!

Really bad customer service. I had terrible migraine headache and told the emergency Room receptionist that and they took them one hour to call my name. The ER was almost empty and yet they were very slow. This will be my last time I go to it ER. If you can go to other ER, go there instead of this one.

Very poor service, it’s like they have one doctor for the whole facility, unprofessional staff. If you go to the ER you’ll wish you stayed home instead. The Lab wasn’t answering the receptionists call, I had to go to an EMPTY Lab and let them know I’m waiting for the results so that they can input it into the system. It’s a great and well equipped hospital, but not the staff it deserves.

الطوارئ سيء سيء سيء للغاااايه
وصلت عندهم وانا محترق بمادة الاسيد (التيزاب) و قالوا انتظر ساعتين و قلت لهم الاسيد ياكل اللحم اغسلوه وطهروه وراح انتظر 4 ساعات ما عندي مشكلة قالوه انتظر دقيقتين وبيسوون تنظيف للجرح كأسعاف اولي وانتظرت ساعة ونص و ما في احد اجاني وكل شوي اكلمهم ولكن
لقد اسمعت اذ ناديت حياً /// ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي

المكان جميل. ولكن للأسف الخدمة سيئة جداً تأخير وانتظار بالساعات في كل قسم مثل: الطوارئ والصيدلية والعيادات الأخرى. والمشكله عندك موعد او بدون موعد الحال واحد. اتمنى من الإدارة والقائمين على المستشفى النظر فالموضوع ونتمنى منكم الأفضل.

I visited the hospital to seek medical services in the emergency department and outpatient clinic, to be honest my experience at the emergency department was not pleasant, they took along time just to do simple things.around 4 hrs for v.s, x-ray and injection despite the room was not crowded, it was so upsetting to wait all that time.

My experience in outpatient clinics was much better, sometimes you have to wait around 1 hr although you come at exact time of the appointment.

سيء بشكل لا يوصف يبت بنتي حرارتها مرتفعة الطوارئ قالت تحتاجين تنتظرين مدة ثلاث ساعات وكله جذب ما خذت نصف ساعة وخلصت بنتي يحاولون يطفشون المرضى علشان ما يشتغلون المرة ثانية دخلت عيالي اعمارهم فوق ١٢ مع المربية لين احصل باركن رفضت يقبلونهم أو حتى تسجلهم في الدور مع انه مستشفى خليفة دايما يعالجون عيالي وفي الاخير انا اي اوقع واول موعد يكون عند دكتور العيون فقط استشارة بدون علاج لازم ترجع موعد ثاني علشان تتعالج المفروض ستاف الاستقبال كله يتغير لانه فعلا فاشل

خدمة سيأه للغايه وبالذات العيادات والطواري زحمه وتأخير للغايه انصح التعالج في مستشفى اخر.
الانتظار فوق الساعة تمرض فوق مرضك والله يعين من بيدخله ياخذ مسكن او منوم لين ايجيه دوره او بتيه جلطه من الخدمه ااتعبانه

Firstly, It is imperative to mention that few Doctors are highly competent, customer oriented with dynamic personalities. I would like to stress on the operations that require significant improvement in terms of processes, Telephone operators, follow ups etc.which is not up to the mark at all. This has to be restructured to streamlines the services provided. Call center is lacking in multiple areas, parking slots are very limited, washrooms are non hygenuie and smelly. I would rather prefer to visit NMC medical center because they do have KPI (s) in place and they are more organized and competent. Looking forward for a positive change in some key functional areas.

The Pediatric clinic is always in Chaos.

Last week I had two appointments for my twins. One at 2 pm and one at 2: 40.

I ended up seeing the doctors at 3: 15 and 3: 30.

The staff seem to have very little actual expertise ir training in customer service.

Today again I have two appointments and we were just ignored for 10 minutes then we were told we are so packed so it will take 10 minutes just to input you being here.

Its just chaos and surpising because other clinics at this hospital (internal medicine and Gastro) dont have this problem.

The management need to begin a zero tolerance policy for late comers to appointments and walk ins.

Ideally walk ins should be accepted only by one doctor that is placed for this and only before 10 am and after 6 pm.

But something needs to be done as it is just madness and projects a very poor light on the entire hospital.

I hope the management do something.

Update:

Yet again the pediatric clinic disappoints. A bit of background first. My daughter has been ill for roughly two months. During these two months she has been seen by 5 doctors at this hospital and was hospitalized for 5 days. The hospitalization was another fiasco that is too much to get into.

After the inability of FIVE doctors to accurately cure her (they diagnosed her, but she isnt ok yet) it was suggested that we need to see a “specialist” in lung functions.

The first appointment was cancelled by the doctor/NMC with no real reason.

The second appointment was cancelled as we walked into the clinic.

If I wanted to see a king of a country it would be easier than this clinic to work well.our appointment was at 2. We were told the doctor was busy and he would see us at 3. At 3 we were told 3: 30. At 3: 20 we were told we would be seen at 4. At 4: 40 we left. No one cared. Its a full clinic. We are but a dirham sign. There are others to replace us. ZERO customer service. ZERO care. ZERO.

Highly highly highly not recommend.

Hard to contact through the phone.you press 1 for arabic they reply "yes how can i help you", you ask for treatment they they ask to connect you to the clinic "it means your call is going to be dropped". You ask to see a gp you wait for hours.its more 4 star hotel than a hospital

Today again trying to call again a clinic after waiting long time and connect me to the clinic.it rang and then put me on hold and drop the call after minutes. I hope NMC focus on (best medical experience) rather than (best medical service)

My little daughter aged 2 y needed an urgent bronchoscopy and we were avised to take her to NMC Royal in Khalia city.
Dr. Vishwanath kindly arranged for an urgent assessment and within a few hours the bronchoscopy was performed and he skilfully managed to get 8 pieces of nuts out of my daughter's lung. My daughter recovered very well and was discharged the following day. I highly recommend Dr. Vishwanath as he is extremely helpful and highly qualified as a consultant paediatric pulmonologist.
I can't thank him enough and also his wonderful team at NMC Royal for their great help.

This is absolutely without doubt the worst hospital I have ever visited in my life my story today first of September visited at 5 AM emergency unit after registration I waited like any other patient will wait until his turn, And my case was very urgent as I got a swollen foot. Literally one hour of waiting nobody even came to see or to ask what is wrong with me then I’ll get mad I want to the counter to take my ID back when I address my issue to the manager or the nightshift manager in charge he didn’t even say sorry or tried his best to sort this issue that was unprofessional at all. If someone dying of the pain and please go somewhere else this hospital absolutely unreliable

Today November 10th: 2: 50pm
In a simple word (if you love been suffering from the pain and you would love to experience how bad it is just go to this hospital) kept waiting same situation like the previous visit and let me tell you this
This is absolutely without doubt the most unprofessional medical service facility ever! For the love of god waiting and waiting because i dont have appointment huh thats hilariously funny joke am suffering of pain and instead to go to the emergency unit I came down to the clinic directly because it was 3 PM in the afternoon so they asked me if I had an appointment i said no and i have pain i cant wait but they let me hang there for more than one and a half hour and a lot of patients in front of me came and register and get inside to be examined by the doctor but anyway this is the bad hospital ever.i dont even know why i bothered and visited there again at the first place. Oh and one more joke they act like they care when i address my complain, but unfortunately
Plus the rudeness of the front desk employees i never saw in my entire life.

Actually i was going to write my experience with small issues in this hospital, till i checked the reviews and i saw the recent review i shocked, by the luck i saw this receptionist a lot at the main entrance, i liked her smile but we cannot blaim her, may be her manager is putting her under pressure to put review like that, how come you reached this limit of fakes, how come you are asking your employees to put good reviews like that, this is the worst thing i saw in my life, and the worst thing as well that you are replying her telling her thank you and we hope that you had a good experience with our doctor, MY GOD, how you are acting like that, call to the manager, just ask your employee before putting a fake review like that to change her name or her picture or to praise a different department to be real, no one grow like that, by the way the review that am talking about is under name (arianne joan), at the end just two word, FAKE hospital FAKE manager.

أسوأ المسنشفيات ولا ينطبق عليها وصف الرويال على الإطلاق حيث لا يثم مراعاة قواعد السلامه العامة والنظافة وجدت حشرات اكثر من مرة ولو وجدت الصور في هاتفي النقال لكنت نشرتها.
خدمة العملاء اسوأما يكون والمسؤولين كسالى لا يحضرون عند استدعائهم و حتى ان حضرو فلا فائدة مرجوة على الاطلاق.
اول امس عندما احضرت طفلتي سمعت موظفات الاستقبال يتهامسن على شكلها ويتأفأفون كسلا يظنون انني لا اتكلم الانكليزية وأفهم ، عموما ،اريد تقديم شكوى على الفتاة السودانيه بعيادة الأطفال للأسف
لا تصلح في خدمة العملاء لوقاحتها مع العملاء حيث تشاجرت مع زوجتي عند زيارتها مع طفلي الشهر الماضي ورفضت استدعاء المدير متدعية ان مسؤولة العيادة ستتكفل بكل شيء لكن واضح جدا ان هذه سياسة المركز الطبي الجديد في تدريب موظفينهم في فرع خليفة حيث أن المسؤولة التركية كانت أكثر وقاحة ما اضطرنا لمغادرة المستشفى والتوجه لمركز خليفة لقربه
أنصح دكتور شيتي تغيير طاقم خدمة العملاء من الإدارة للموظفين حيث انهم غير مؤهلين للتعامل مع المرضى

This is my local hospital. My gynaecologist at this hospital is absolutely fabulous and has managed to diagnose the root cause of my chronic condition, which I have been living with for over 20 years. The customer service is very good at each and every visit. The only negative experience I have had is that the endocrinology provision is scientifically very outdated and advocates practices which have been changed years ago in Europe in light of medical advancements. Hollistic medicine is unheard of in that department. The pharmacy is excellent and so is the imaging department (which helps with diagnostics).

تجربتي الرابعه مع هالمستشفى ولكن هالمره مع بنتي.
جيت المشفى لمقابلة دكتور التخدير من أيام بناءاا على تحويل من طبيبة الاسنان
وعندما وصلت بعد عناء
أخبرتني احدى موظفات الاستقبال بالقسم ان عليا الانتظار لانه لايوجد طبيب تخدير.
ماكان عندي مشكلة انتظر لكن الطريقه اللي قالتها فيها وقحه جدا.
وعندما انتظرت مايقارب 30 دقيقه ذهبت لسؤالهن
أخبروني انهم لايعلمون متى سياتي الطبيب وان لم يكن عندي نية للانتظار غادري وتعالي غدا
الرجاء من الاداراة الامعان عند اختيار مثل هؤالاء. للاسف لم استطع الحصول على اسمائهن ولكن كانوا 3 موظفات. في عيادة التخدير بالطابق الثاني وشكرا

I like coming here when me or my family need to see doctor.i never feel like a patient here, i feel like a guest.all service are excellent! Five star!
