Also Mr. Hares the front desk representative at Imaging dept.for being nice and caring, Nurse Mariestelle, for taking good care of me during the imaging procedure, so nice and kind.
NMC is treating patient very well. Thank you Dr. Hameed yazir, Dentist.he is very knowledgeable.he is very polite and solved our teeth problem. He has answered all questions. The place is very neat and hygienic. If you have appointment then no waiting. Easy to book appointment. Thank you NMC and keep your standard.
I booked an appointment today for my daughter at 4 pm with a ophthalmologist. I reached at 3.30 pm to find the receptionists sitting idle.one leaning on the chair and other browsing on the phone in the waiting chair. He informed me of Dr’s emergency leave. Apparently he tried calling me twice in the morning and my phone was switched off which I understand. When i asked him, why didn’t you try after that- he just informed me ‘We have other things to do”! When I asked him if he send an sms as is done in every other clinic/hospital in uae, he sent me the sms after i left the clinic at 3.42 pm! I am a Dr myself and had to reschedule my own appointments; he cannot fool me like he can a layman. I would understand if he forgot to inform me thereafter and apologized- but the nerve to tell me ‘we have other things to do’! Teach them to deal with patients before u seat them idly at the reception or even good doctors can’t retain patients!
I visited the NMC Specialty Hospital in Abu Dhabi's Electra Building No. 3 for the first time yesterday, and I had a wonderful general clinic experience. I greatly appreciate the proactive actions taken by the front office crew as I was feeling unsteady upon arrival at the clinic.
I've been receiving treatment for my carpal tunnel syndrome from my physiotherapist, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only is my physiotherapist always punctual, but they also have a wonderful way of making me feel relaxed during the sessions. Their skillful handling and expertise have significantly reduced the stiffness associated with my condition. I'm grateful for the improvements I've experienced under their care.
Bad service, and the worst treatment. You enter the hospital while you are sick, and you leave the hospital while you are sick, and there is no diagnosis of the condition I called before and booked an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. I waited an hour and a half for me to enter the doctor. After that, I entered the doctor, and then he did not listen to me well. The doctor says your condition is not with us in this department. I was transferred to another department. Go to a general doctor and then transfer you to this department. Insurance procedures. I went to the general doctor. I waited two hours for the general doctor to enter. That the doctor does not know what the diagnosis is, and she is referring me to the same department that I went to for the first time, the worst experience and the last time I go to this hospital
I'd give ZERO star, but it is the minimum. On 06-AUG-2023, I approached the Emergency NMC for abdominal pains at 06 AM. The staff dealt with me as I was coming for free in an unprofessional manner. There was no clear diagnose and guidance from their end. In addition to the wrong information given on how they would process the medication along with insurance and co-payments. I believe it is a lack of training.
As well as, the nurse was not considering the minimum health and hygiene standard by keeping an open plaster sticked on the bed until she attended the reception. All this led me to go to another hospital.
Definitely, I won't deal with NMC anymore due to their untrained staff on how to serve humans politely.
One of the BEST Hospitals in Abu Dhabi. Visited four Gynecologist in my pregnancy, and i must admit each and everyone of them is Professional and Empathetic (a trait which is nowadays absent in most doctors). Dr Rekha and Dr Subha Shankari both Treated me v well. Then Dr Shubah had to leave for an emergency so i chose to be referred to Dr SUREKHA PAI because of her Good Reviews and I m Glad I did. She no doubt is a Magician. She did what others were not able to do so without making me feel Bad. Although i first visited her at 40+ weeks, she made me comfortable, treated me with respect and Empathy and guided me well. I never thought i could deliver normally after a Cesarean. But the Doctors at NMC made it possible. And lastly would like to mention Dr Shubah Dadhich whom i first saw in the labour room. She waited patiently beside me for one and half hr, since i was taking time to deliver under the effects of epidural, then stitched me with care. I never felt i met her the first time. Will Forever be Thankful to Dr Surekha Pai and Shubah Dadhich.
One of the worst private hospitals nowadays, receptionists don't have any idea what they're doing, most of the doctors are clueless on how to approach unusual cases, no following up, waiting times are endless, everything about the hospital is a mess. It's such a sad thing to see this facility going downhill rapidly! Definitely would not recommend!

Sometimes, it's not just the medicines that we, patients need, but empathy from our doctors as well. Special thumbs up to Dr Merezban Katrak for being so approachable and for his patience. I was treated with so much care that I'm glad to say that am 100% satisfied and will recommend this particular hospital to anyone anyday. Keep it up! Such great treatment from every staff I came across.
Best private hospital in Abu Dhabi. They make sure patients are taken care of very well. Special thanks to Dr. Pemina, whom me and my family has been visiting for some time now. She makes you feel like family and ensures the patient is well looked at. Very jovial and lively doctor. Recommend her to all GP patients.
One concern is the cleanliness and maintenance of the toilets. They need to do something about it.

I would like to appreciate NMC Drive THRU i went last night my experience was amazing the whole area was very well manage by staff with no time i reached on spot of PCR testing.staff were doing feb job during busy hours i really appreciate them and their professionalism.
Nmc drive thru PCR is most fastest service in Entire abu dhabi, I did my pcr in the morning which I didn't wait even for 5 minutes and I get my report within 11 hour's highly recommend to all.
After my total thyroidectomy surgery at NMC hospital. Thanks to Doctor Balaji my surgeon for the successful operation and to the staff and nurses. NMC is now part of my life. Again thank you.
It was the best hospital earlier but since the last 3 yrs i am extremely dissatisfied. Even after arriving 15-20mins before the appoinments we are made to wait for atleast 45 - 50mins and more. After you see the dr yiu are reffered to another dr and the other dr says all is well and u dont need any mediactions. Plz be professional and stop referring to other doctors unnecessarily.

The NMC Electra staff members have no decency to talk to the patients who post negative review about them. They call and talk in utmost rude manner and threaten us to pull down the negative comments. I'll never ever visit the NMC Electra again. Wish I could rate the staff with *ZERO* stars.
I would like to commend Dr. Sunita Gupta for her professionalism and genuine care towards me as her patient. As far as I can remember, I came to her when I was already in my 7th month of pregnancy. It was late but she never made me feel uncomfortable nor hesitant to trust her. She’s so easy to reach out that Even when she was on leave, she was still communicating with me thru her personal number to follow up about my previous check-up history from my previous OB. Something that not all OB are willing to do to their patients esp if they are on leave. During my CS Operation, everything was so smooth. She really made me feel so safe on her hands. Thank you so much, Doc! I really made the right decision to have you as my OB. If God permits that I will be pregnant again in the future, rest assured I will see you from day 1 of my pregnancy. Continue to touch more lives and make more women feel safe and enjoy their pregnancy with your tender care and expertise. God bless you, Doc!

My husband and I would like to thank Dr. Sunita Gupta for taking part in the birth of our little son Miguel, a very welcoming and accommodating Doctor we can even reach her via phone call (for emergencies) and Whatsapp for any additional clarifications, even though she has a lot of patients, she never rushed on every appointments and instructions are being given detailed by detailed. On my delivery day my husband and I felt the high tension since its our first baby but we felt very comfortable and confident since we are handle by a very professional and caring Doctor. We felt we are in good hands and that gave us peace of mind towards the big day. Until now after the delivery, she even offered us to contact her incase we have questions especially on my recovery. Lastly, we would like to say thank you as well to the 7th Floor team, the Midwifes, Doctors, Nurses and other staff we received the most outstanding and excellent care which made our journey a truly memorable one.
I hope this review will help other Mommies and especially to those who are looking for an OB-Gyne and Hospital for their safe delivery.
I have a very good experience at NMC Abudhabi. Dr. Deepa Puthukoot is excellent. Her Nurse is wonderful as well. Also I had a great service from Dr. Prasad and his Nurse (Pulmonology). Overall experience was excellent in this hospital.
I thank Dr. Surika for the classy dealings and long mind. He started debilitating experiments before. I would recommend a visit to the NMC Specialized Hospital and the elegant and beautiful doctor in style and treatment, Dr. Surika️️

Very bad service. They don't consider the patient.especially the person behind the reception.they told us it will take 1 hr but We have been waiting there for too long. They don't have any sense of time.
One of the best hospitals I have been treated at. From the FOEs to the SURGEONS, their warmth and compassion, diagnosis and treatment. Amazing! Special appreciation goes to Dr. Balaji for the care during my surgery in 2019. Though it was a fast surgery, I was well cared for. Thanks to the entire team!
Hospital staff is very helpful and upto the date. You need not to worry about your family. Drs are absolutely very well trained and compassionate. Once your dear ones admitted in Hospital, staff took all well drafted methods for excellent treatment. Dr Sunita Gupta, Gynac is very compassionate, detailed and well following up till the end. She took utmost care during all 6-7 months till personal came for my wife's delivery.

I do COVID test her and they give me positive result but I was negative I go almafrag hospital and the do for me 2 mor test I was negative I spend 3 days because of this big error

NMC specialty hospital having great service and good skill doctors like Mr. John Victor ENT Dept available in NMC. He is good skill doctor Masha Allah he perform surgery tympanotomy for my wife. He is great surgeon and my wife is alright. And we was admitted 6th floor room no 609 we was care taken by all the crew's. Highly appreciated. I was admitted in 7th floor, for my delivery. The experience was really awesome. The way staff specially sr. Remya and all nursing team treated us very nicely and professionaly.
I would like to thank you for treating me specially to Dr. Biju and nurses taking care of me.they have quality care standard of treatment and the hospital is great and clean.
The service was wonderful and they provide u with very good choices of healthy food, clean and organize. Also u have wonderful management I get from Mr. Chinmay Tandon.
Good doctors, bad management. I tried doing covid test here, it was busy but the was not the issue. The people working here are the most inefficient people i have ever seen. It literally takes 10 mins for one person to do a test, where in other places less than 2mins. I waited for an nearly an hour with 13 people in front of me. I remember standing in line with 50 people plus and finishing faster.
Even I had a bad experience before with the orthopedic doctor, having our consultation with Dr. Rowaida was one of my reason why I first choose NMC. She examined and treat us very well. I'm really happy and satisfied for my second consultation. Im impressed how NMC consider patients concern fairly and they took an immediate action as well
Very poorly managed hospital. I have waited for a procedure report for 2 weeks and finally received a one page report. I have requested for CD and the doctor responded that CD is blank, may be not properly recorded at that time. Such response from a well known hospital chain is really funny!
Overall experience was really good.my mum was treated very well at 6th floor, room no 606. Thanks to the doctor and the nurses along with all the other staff who was taking care of my mum

I was admitted in 7th floor, 701 for my delivery. The experience was really awesome. The way staff treated us is really appreciated. From reception, nurses and doctors were really very good in their service.
Each time the cleanliness maintained in room is really good.
This hospital do not have a sense of time. Never respect your appointments. It does not matter what time is your appointment, spare at least 2 hours to wait. They prioritize walk in people just because they want to. I have been patient of NMC for more than 5 years. Never once I do not have to wait.
I was admitted in the 6th floor room number 614 the hospitality and service provided was spectacular they took a well care of my illness and were very helpful
Horrible hospital, i wonder how is it ranked with more than 3 stars, its level is lower than low quality hospitals in very poor country, thats why its full of Indian doctors/stuff just a horrible place to visit especially when it comes to visiting hospital

I have been grossly disappointed by the Internal Medicine front desk executives today. Forget about smiling nobody even made eye contact. One staff in particular made me feel like she's doing a favour upon me by registering my name. After giving a token isnt it their duty to let me know how many people are in front of me so that I could be mentally prepared to wait however long it took. If the dept was running busy its totally understandable.but I can count the number of patients on my fingers who were in the waiting area.
These 2 stars that I have been forced to put is for the doctor and nurse who were immensely good to me.infact they should be getting more stars in my opinion. Lastly I would like to say.if not for the doctor and my long time affiliation with NMC I would have never set foot in the hospital.
To medical Oncology Dept. Esp. Dr. Diab and all the receptionists and nurses, your so accommodating and hospitality to us patients. I'm one of a cancer patient on this hospital they are always giving full support, care and positive vibes.it feels like home everytime I have treatment, that's why I'm in fast recovery. NMC Specialty Hospital Abu Dhabioffers excellent patient care and service. My doctor, Dr. Balaji took good care of me during my surgery and recovery, as well as all the nurses and hospital staff who assisted me. I stayed in Room 617. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The food was great. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work.
Excellent hospital with very high customer service and care. Doctor is so caring and best doctor. Dr.sandeep is very famous doctor for eye, eye specialist. Lots of improvements in my daughter vision problems. This doesn't look like a hospital. Friendly staff and very clean and fresh air. Lively environment. Worst hospital I have ever seen. They doesn't care about patients life. I brought my 8 months daughter in an emergency conditions. They refused to see her in emergency and they send us to other building where they didn't allowed us to see a pediatrician because I am not eligible for outpatient as per my insurance policy.
I am admitted in 6floor ward room# 606. I feel comfortable and every body was so helpful. Special thanks to Dr. Pai and other staff for best handling during my operation keep up the good work and more power.
My wife got admitted in Room No 705 for the 4th child and as usual NMC is our first healthcare preference, we experienced a better service then earlier, their growth in field and sense of patient's care is outstanding.

I would lik to mention about my MRI experince in Nmc hospital and great explaining about the procedure from the tech Mr. Ghouse and provided nice music to reduce the noise it was excellent and my ref Dr. Shankar Neuro surgeon he is so good.thanks Nmc keep doing it.
I want to thank Dr. Surekha Pai. My wife deliver last week in NMC after 2 unsuccessful pregnancies in different hospitals. She took care of my wife very well throughout the pregnancy and after child birth. I can say we have 2 kids only because of of Dr. Surekha. She is the best.
My father 80+ years old is admitted in ICU for 3 days followed by 3 days at 6th Floor. All the Doctors & Nurses & Support services staffs were so caring and supportive that our stress & anxiety were relieved. We are hoping to take my father back to home Insha Allah by tomorrow. We are really grateful & touched by warmth by NMC staffs.
Admission for patient in this hospital not good, not like other hospitals, they make the patient waiting in common waiting room for hours before surgery.
