NMC Specialty Hospital Al Ain

Neat and well maintained.
But the only worst thing the appointment system never works on time (Based on average 5-6Visits). All things work too slow here and pharmacy is heavily crowded alltime average wait in evening 1½ Hrs.had taken token at 6: 45 and got admission to pharmacy by 20: 11.horrible waiting time

I am the regular patient of NMC i had a great experience with NMC. My all babies delivered in NMC no bad experience it was amazing experience with the nurses, Doctors and all the team of NMC. I am very very grateful and thankful to NMC. Always recommend to everyone

The staff in OR are very skilled especially Dr. KHAN the SURGEON. And the nurses are very kind. In Total they are doing great.

The hospital services are good, my wife gave birth in the nmc hospital in Al-Ain. No, some nurses’ attention to the child was bad. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied, as my wife gave birth by caesarean section and some nurses dealt poorly with the child.

I am satisfied. Doctor and treatment both are very good. I am not facing any problem to ask any questions from Doctor.

If i can give zero star i will choose that.my brother went to Dr Ruchita Dermatologist with a small allergic wound.she given medications for 7 days.after the 7 days his condition get worst than before.the complete skin peeled off and make a big ulcer in that small wound.what kind of treatment is that? The ointment which she prescribed was made sick leave of 4 days.and still he is having pain and difficulty to walk.all of the patient cant go for second opinion all the time.negligence of the medical team is giving a back kick to the patient.

Excellent staff and service at this hospital. I appreciate all the help they gave me while I was there. I was alone in there for 3 days and the nurses comforted me and made me feel comfortable. I couldn't ask for a better stay at a hospital

During my 3 days stay I recccived a wonderful services. All staffs are good and Dr. Mahesh is the best doctor. Happy with the treatment. Thank u so much to nmc.

Undergone eye surgery by Dr. Nisha. Very good doctor, excellent OT staff. Well trained nursing staff taken care at wards. Regular follow up by customer care people after discharge. NMC really keeping up its standards.

I went today to NMC hospital, and there is a staff named Madina Anwar, OMG the way she helped me was unbelievable, I couldn’t understand whether she is my real mom or the one came with me is real. She was very good lady. Thank you so much.

I had a good physiotherapy sessions here in NMC in Al Ain with Dr Rejith, I have fully recovered from my knee injury through the sessions and the exercises he gave me.

It was a very comfortable experience with great support and care from the whole staff. Dr. Aruna, and the whole team of Neonatal department deserves a great shout-out!

Good day! I was admitted in nmc hospital for minor surgery. The Dr. Byju urologist and the Dr. Prasad gave excellent service. The Nursing care which i recevied from the ward and from the Operation Theater team it was excellent. Food and house keeping service was good. " Thank You NMC. "

I delivered my1st born baby in nmc hospital under Dr Sheeba one that I highly recommend consultant specialist in OB Department.it was smooth and well manage delivery that i wasnt expecting at all, the service is excellent from medical teams down to cleaning departments, courteous and well mannered staffs.

Dr Jim Philip was very kind and explained all my concerns in a compassionate way, and so far by the most wonderful doctor, who I have consulted. He gave a very detailed and precise information about my condition. The hospital and staff management was very nice.

Went for a PCR test to travel recently. Very efficient and friendly service. Registered and took the test within about 15 minutes. 65AED. Received an SMS within 10 hours with the results. Had to go to collect the pri tout to take to the airport

NMC hospital staff is very hospitable. The nurses is very friendly, and too much caring also for my baby even my situation.all active to help us and answer all my doubts and questions. Dr. Aruna Janaki is my Obstetrician has great job iam highly recommend that she is great Dr.even the Department Gynaecology team is well supportive and great services. Thanks a lot and more power and success.

Doctors and nurses service are very good and professional.but pharmacy section too bad and to much time consuming.lot of helpless people are sitting for nearly 1 hour to take the medicines.too much time taking by pharmacy staff to give even normal paracetamols.

From the time I entered the hospital to the end I received excellent service. I wish to thank the doctors, nurses and medical professionals i.e. Cleaning and catering staff who each collectively made my experience at the facility as easy and successful as it could be. I am appreciate to Ms. Madinah. I called many time to gynecologist department to reach to Doctor Brinda regarding some query for my wife but no one answered the call last time I tried through call center the call center agent connected me to Ms. Madinah she told how may I helped you? I explained my problem she told give to me 10 minutes I will figure out will call you back I told no from the morning the same issue was happening I already spoke to some other staffs too they also told the same things I am fed-up.she tried to convince me and to make me calm down she was very polite and she told believe me sir I will call you back.after 10 minutes Dr. Brinda called me and my problems solved I am really appreciate immediate action taken I am so satisfied with her performance. Thank you one more Ms.madina for your best performance keep it up.

My experience at NMC specialty hospital, Al Ain was smooth and wonderful. The service at the reception and all the staff and nurses were excellent. I can't say enough of my experience with Dr. John Suresh, surgeon. He is very composed and professional.overall NMC alain deserves well over 5 stars

Doctor Fady Gerges, Specialist Cardiovascular Disease, is the best. He made me feel that I was in safe hands and even smiling when I left.

I was very pleased with my experience because of him at NMC Specialty Hospital Al Ain. I can be a hard critic of medical care places and the people employed by them. This time (My first time at NMC as a patient), it was good to be treated with professionalism and care. I am truly grateful.

I decided to visit Dr. Fady and come all the way from Dubai to Al Ain because what he kindly did when my Dad was not feeling well for a while and was not able to figure why. He decided to walk in to NMC and was directed to Dr. Fady then he diagnosed what my Dad was suffering from and immediately started a care plan which worked really well and after a short period Dad was again doing his daily walking sport and feels very healthy and till now.

My family and I really appreciate your weekend hours, Dr. Fady… hours when our regular doctors won’t talk to us or see us, unless we’re in the hospital.

I appreciated his follow-up and willingness to answer questions no matter how many we have had. A big thank you to him and to his team and to all NMC staff.

The doctors not qualified and only they make a lots test to let our insurance pay without any solution also without knowing the issue because they don't have experience just they are good to collect money private hospital they don't care about your health just the thinking about their profits. Zero human sense and they dont care about your complaints also they will not take any correction action. I give them one star for some staff the trying to do their best but zero star for their doctors and management. I suggest to close such bad hospital which not care about people health also we don't need such doctors they dont have any human sense.

I am not at all satisfied with the services. My first delivery was there and consulted Dr. Aruna janaki. Not got the good care and she didn't come when I got fluid rupture.she came to discuss only for epidural not even assess me. Even they discharged my baby with border line bilirubin and readmitted again for photo therapy and we paid that money. That time they told that if i will take care the needs of my baby no need to pay nursing charges. Even i take care and they taken money too. At that time we are not at a mood to discuss these things. Now i am raising this issue because my second pregnancy consulted inanother hospital and I can see the great difference. Not at all recommending due to my experience.

للاسف الخدمات جدا سيئة، بالاضافه الى صعوبة بالغة في العثور على موظف يتحدث باللغة العربية، عند الاتصال على المستشفى تقوم بإختيار اللغة العربية ثم يجيب موظف يتكلم الانجليزية في كل مرة اتحدث مع المستشفى تتكرر نفس المشكلة لقد عانية جدا مع المستشفى في مشكلة المواعيد فإضطررت الى الانتظار طويلاَ للرؤية الطبيب مع اني كنت قبل الموعد المحدد بربع ساعه، طلبة مرة بعمل فحوص لفيتامين د فتم تحويلي الى اكثر من طبيب وفي النهاية تم ارجاعي لنفس الطبيب العام اللذي قام بتحويلي الى اثنين اخريين، حاولت تقديم شكوى عبر مركز الاتصال لكن للاسف طلب مني الحضور شخصيا وكتابة ورقة علما ان موقع المستشفى لا يحتوي على تقديم شكوى إلكترونية ومرة طلب مني دكتور العظام عمل فحص لكثافة العظام ولكن جهاز الفحص كان معطلا واستمر على العطل لقرابة الشهرين. في النهاية بعد التجارب السيئة قررت تغير المستشفى وعدم العودة نهائية له.
