Nolu's Restaurant - Al Bandar

Food is excellent. But we had apparently a new waiter who was getting everything wrong and lots of miscommunication.

Ive always loved the food here but lately im not sure whats going on? I wanted the outdoor seating and they refused to serve

I was there today and we asked for the wifi because I had an argent meeting to attend but they refused to share the wifi with us although it was an available wifi for the restaurant guests!

الاكل لذيذ بس اذا تطلب تيك اوي او توصيل يحطون السلطة في صحون صغيره ماتقدر تمكس فيها الصوص ومن تفتحها يطيح الاكل ، غير ان يحطون لك صوص وايد قليل ، مع ان السلطة غالية مقارنه في باقي المطاعم بس بخيلين بالصوص

Beautiful restaurant and the staff are friendly. However, the food took forever to come. First time I have ever received tea in a coffee french press, the tea was not good either. The food was edible, but the quality was lacking and the hollandaise seemed to be from a jar. My friend's omelette was rubbery and looked like it was prepared in a microwave (not sure). Definitely will not be returning.

My few past orders especially ramdan box offer always missing item especially my favorite item that is nolus salad dressing today also happened again so they send me another box i took the dressing and sent it back to them there free box im not here for free food what i want is what i paid for it
contacting ever time directly to them and mentioned 3 times but no steps been taken so had to post it here.if basic is boxing cant be done correctly then what the point of cooking good food

One of the worst experiences ever with this franchise. Terrible service and very poor food quality at this location in Al Bandar. We went for iftar and ordered from a la carte. Ordered 20 mins before iftar and nothing arrived till after 5 mins, not even water. Food quality was very poor: nolu's special salad was old and had little taste, chicken kebabs were dry and turkey sandwich felt it was missing ingredients. Worst experience ever.

Great experience from Ethan. He’s lovely and patient, good service and food was lovely too.

Good quality food, fills you up nicely, and their burger topping options are great. The atmosphere is very nice and staff is great.

Delicious dishes, flavors of traditional cuisine, great atmosphere, friendly service and beautiful views. I recommend it to everyone visiting Abu Dhabi

Great service today they were busy but the manager was efficient and we were looked after well.

Nolu’s is one of the best restaurants in Abudhabi. Very good nutritious food, nice atmosphere and very friendly waiters. Gerard at AlBandar branch treated me very well and many thanks for the whole team.

Had a fantastic time, almost felt like I was on a cruise ship right next to the creek. Food was very nice too. Afghani sauce is a must try. Ivy was exceptional.

Have been to Nolu's many years ago and managed to go recently on my trip to Abu Dhabi.

As in the past, great service and fantastic food. A must if you happen to be in their area.

Found a hair in my food 2 weeks ago. Restaurant and deliveroo didn’t do anything about it. Decided to ignore it and order again, because I loved Nolu’s and have been a fan for many years. But this weekend I ordered a rib eye steak for dinner and the following morning I was food poisoned and hospitalised. Never eating from here again. Ive written this review for the branch in downtown but it was meant this branch, because I ordered it via Deliveroo from here.

Dumplings were really good main size shared between 2 people with bread for dipping. Delicious, as was the aztec coffee and free cookies

Very good food (highly suggest the qabili pallone), great service (thank you Gerald) and beautiful view. A must!

The portion is not that good especially the burger! Not so many varieties of food

This Filipino waitress is very stiff and rigid. She did not say sit? At the table or welcome. The first thing she says is the application of the fortress, unfortunately, when it comes to the art of reception or welcome.

Like their fresh and tasteful ingredients, most selling is their chapli kabab with Afghani rice

This place located at Bandar in Al Raha area is having sit out and well maintained sit in area. I loved the Afghani dishes it serves. Got quite a few vegetarian ones too. Interiors are done with taste. Dogs are also allowed in the sit out area.

Amazing place with nice view and good service, food and dessert was tasty. The parkings are bad and its hard to find parking in Al Bandar specially in the afternoon time half of the parkings there are for residents and tiki lounge.

It's one of my favourite restaurant in Abu Dhabi, food here has different tase over blue waves, the view is so beautiful. Every weekend, I come to this place to enjoy my lunch and relax at the same time.the service is good as well.

We had a family dinner here and everything was perfect, Gerald helped us a lot and managed to serve everything perfectly. Ethan & Alex helped us too and they were really friendly. We all loved the food and the vibe! Will definitely visit again.

One of my favorite places for breakfast in Abu Dhabi. Variety of options on the menu, food tastes amazing, and staff is supper attentive and kind. Give it a try!

One of the only places in the world that can't make a cup of coffee from their menu and I thought I've seen it all. But life finds a way.

So we call and make a reservation and is not informed about the green pass for the restaurant. Coming from Dubai and calling again for a pre-order like 5 mins away from the restaurant to avoid the delay we were not informed again. No problem. The manager was like talk to the hand attitude and no politeness at all. Food is great with my last experience but the staff is like just get lost from the restaurant.

I liked it. My company wasn't as conviced though. The Californian-Afghanian fusion concept didn't work too well in my opionion. Basically they had burgers and more or less traditional Afghanian dishes. I cannot really judge, how authentical it is in this aspect. The kebaps and Afghanian rice resembled Turkish grill dishes one can get in Berlin. Though on a high level. Service was excellent. In conclusion I decided to give 4 instead of 3 stars.

Just a note to the waiter to show him the difference between the pasta… and guess what! They didn’t wanna insult my intelligence that’s why they didn’t offer anything.you had to smile for that smart dialogue well done!

Woowwww. Didn't know it was an Afghani eatery on the way in and left with Afghan cuisine probably being in my top 3 cuisines of all time. Loved everything about it - Ambiance, view, service and food. They're definitely getting repeat business from me. Price point was also reasonable for what they were putting on the plate (no pun intended). Parking isn't close to the restaurant but definitely worth the expedition. Shout out to Ali for being one of the nicest waiters I've come across. Can't wait to go again!

Just a quick one. When someone is ordering “Bone Broth”, PLEASE ASK and make sure if the person wants it Spicy or regular one.

Since we have tried every single line of the menu, I can tell this is one of the best table in Abu Dhabi ;) the tastes are mixed smartly, the food isn't far and prices are decent for this level of cuisine. If you want to take somebody out for dinner and don't want to fail, that's where you go!

Good food selection, the burguer is delicious. Friendly staff. Complying with the new Post covid standards. The price is a bit over rated but the overall quality is good.
There's a great view for the canal.

Fantastic restaurant.
It has a great view overlooking the sea from one side and the little garden from the other side.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and the smile never leaves thier faces.
The food is delicious and at reasonable prices.
The only request is to have back cushions for the chairs inside.

Lovely seating area and ambiance. Rice was perfectly flavoured but it was room temperature (not even warm), the chicken was super salty, even my friend's dish was very salty.
Would go again for the carrot cake.

The presentation and the quality of the food are really good. We usually enjoy going there for breakfasts, which are always really decent. The service is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is a perfect little spot for a quiet morning meal enjoyed with family or friends.

The food here is really special with watery mouth. You should try the Afghani Kebobs and the very special barely soup.

They poisoned me yesterday. Double cheeseburger. I almost landed in a hospital thanks to them. I will never come there again.

The food and location are great but I feel the service is slipping, food took a long time to arrive, the order was wrong and the bill also took a very long time to come. Such a shame cos the food and views are amazing and the staff are friendly.

Used to be a lovely well-run restaurant. Recently staff has unfortunately developed a horrible attitude which will defer future visits.
