It was very worst experience, my siblings bought cake from here for my birthday as my siblings gave birthday wishes in written on paper but shop owner changed it without any permission. They were very unprofessional. And they don't give proper pricing, when asked about 0.5kg cake price including delivery they said 70AED but at the time of billing they added +10AED for delivery. THEY HAVE RUINED MY BIRTHDAY I DON'T WISH SAME FOR YOU, So please make sure you avoid this shop

(Changed my review on Jan 24, last two purchase - rasmalai cake and plum cake was disaster) even though shop deal is very nice, they should concentrate in improving product and taste.

We had ordered frozen cake for our baby birthday, outer decoration was good of cream but inside the main layer of cake was absolutely dry, disappointed!

The person on the desk is very rude and do not know at all about how to talk with customer. One of the worst people to deal with. Overall all the staff thinks that they don’t care of customers. All the staff there are unprofessional. They need to have some training on customer care. Would never buy the cakes from them again.

Worst attitude ever of any retail shop I have ever experienced. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from Occasions.

Bought a cake from their hamdan branch on d 30th of March, at abt 6pm. Cos we had other cakes, after d festivities we left d cake untouched and refrigerated. Next day at about 3pm, I serve my family d cake and while eating they notice it is covered in mould with white patches. The whole cake! I speak to d manager today n he says it is possible cos I put it in the fridge with other items. Wow! Do I buy a new fridge or empty my fridge just to preserve a cake? All my years of eating cake I have NEVER heard this before. More importantly it is not even 24hrs, which he claims to be when it should be eaten. Then he proceeds to ask me, now u come after 24hrs what do I want?
The single star is for the people who helped me choose a cake. They were very friendly and helpful but I will not be buying a cake from here again.

The cake didn't taste fresh and quality of ingredients didn't taste good. I don't recommend.

They maintain same quality and set up in all their branches. Ordered Ferrero rocher 1 kg cake which was really yummy and worth the taste.

Also, I had guest in Dubai I was in Abu Dhabi and wanted to get in delivered to the guest they took order and payment in Abu Dhabi ans delivered in Dubai on time, and I was very happy.
You can always trust on them for the cakes and design

Satffs are handling costumer in bad manner, I faced today. I think they are mental, laughing unnecessary.soon they will lose costumers if the quality of the cake is good.

They sell fresh and tasty cakes and pastries. They have so many varieties of cakes available. They also customize cakes according to customers request. All the cakes are fresh and good quality. Very good service from the staff. They also have Indian snacks available. All sorts of cakes, pastries and decorations for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries available here. Not at all overpriced.

Extremely poor and pathetic customer service. Staff needs to be trained on customer service properly and communications. I have placed order for birthday and asked them to deliver at sharp 9pm. Staff is irresponsible, the did not deliver on time and called me at 9.30 to inform that it will take 30 more minutes. You spoiled the venue itself.

Snacks - worst taste i ever had in my life.

I bought chicken cutlet and chicken puffs (each were 4 dirhams). We can't even compare the items with competitors (like caesars) or even small cafeterias.

Guys, don't buy tea snacks from here

The best cake in Abu Dhabi, best flavors, designs and delivery. I am a customer for more than 10 years and never disappoint me.

Ordered exotica cake with rasamalai flavor.
Taste was awesome.
But I had few issues with the cake. They replaced me with the new cake.
My suggestion was I thought that writing style could be better on the cake.
Cake cost total 105 AED.
Quantity: 1/2 kg

They attended and reply to all queries politely.

Worst cake ever. Since I choose an expensive cake (430AED), it was quite disappointing presentation, which spoiled our celebration. They didn't do any garnish/ decorative work on the cake as I suggested. Even the picture is scrambled, and not with proper edges as well. Attaching the picture below. The funny thing is that, even if i brought this complaint in their attention through WhatsApp, they didn't even call me back to address the issue.

Hello to beautiful people. Occasion cake shop have variety of cake in Indian flavour.snacks, pastry toppers, candle, etc etc. Cake was fresh and yummy. They have falooda and Ras Malai flavoured too which is rare in Abu Dhabi. So people if you wana buy cake or pastries.this is the place.loved it

Occassions has always lived up to our expectations in the past and They recently have delivered 3 cakes for us and all were amazing and true to their creativity and full of taste. I totally 100 percent recommend Occassions

WORST CAKE EVER TASTED IN ABUDHABI, WE BOUGHT A CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE 1KG AND IT WAS FULL OF FRESH CREAM INSIDE, THEY HAVE ADDED SUGAR WATER TO INCREASE THE WEIGHT OF THE CAKE, REGRETED SO MUCH AFTER BUYING, THERE WAS AN ANNOYING MARKETING LADY WHO WILL EAT OUR HEAD TILL WE BUY ANYTHING, I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR GUD QUALITY CAKES.

Bought your Rasamalai cake (which was just a mix of plain cream and yellow color) It was not fresh and had an unpleasant taste.

I have ordered many theme cakes and everytime they have made it to perfection.
Mr Abbasi is very diligent and takes care of even the finer details while taking specifications of the cake.
The Chef Murtuza does a great job as he is very artistic, the cakes are not too sweet and feel lighter when you eat them.

So far I have ordered 4 cakes from here and all were very delicious and matches our requirements. The best cakes I felt is of chocolate, very very delicious it will be. They provide home delivery through what’s app service. Prices are reasonable and staff are very helpful to understand us. With patience they will answer everything

We got the cake yesterday. Looked good but did not taste good as before. (Orders many times from you)
We were v upset. It was not sweet and the cake base was not moist and soft.
We did not expect this from you.
It was not worth of it. 320 dhs charged for 2 kg cake but very disappointing quality of the cake is consistently going down. I ordered the cake first time in 2017 it was excellent. But now it’s a complete opposite. New year cake was also disappointing.

Here's a nice cake parlour serving a variety of egg based and egg less cake, cookies in a jar, pastries, and Indian khari at a reasonable price. Customer service is also amazing. You can either dine in, take away, or get it delivered.

Very bad customer service, high price, rude staff bahavior. Staff don't know to manage customer. We spend 350 AED on a birthday cake, they weren't ready to give plate, knife etc.for this order. Finally, they talk very bad way.

It's our go to cake shop. Rainbow cake is the best. They also have a very good variety of eggless cakes.

Superb cakes. Perfect quantity of sugar. Freshly baked. Customizable as per needs. Quick and timely delivery. Variety of eggless cakes options are also available (which is not available at every cake shop). Reasonable prices. Themed cakes also available. Favourite are kitkat and fruit cakes. Highly recommended cake shop.

I brought Fruit cake on 23rd December at around 8pm, the cake is wet and not good to eat. Very poor quality. Sorry I didn't expect this from Occasions.

I bought velvet cake on 10th july around 9.40pm and it was not at all good. The cake was smelling like plastic. Verymuch upset with the quality.

Excellent variety of cakes (both eggless and with eggs) retaining my interest for the last 5 years. A go-to place for any celebration. Rasmalai cake and falooda cake are their signature desserts. I particularly love their Rasmalai cake and Rainbow cake.

I ordered a theme cake for my daughters’ birthday and I must say I am more than satisfied! Very smart staff! I didn’t even visit the shop yet the cake was exactly the one I wanted with on time delivery! Would definitely go back to them for other occasions.

Their cakes are amazing, my favorite is their blue velvet. I dislike cakes and other sweets, but their blue velvet is perfectly balanced! I remember my cake had a little santa claus on it (i got it in December hihi)
