OLA Brasil Restaurant Al Dhannah

It’s been a great experience all 3 times I’ve been in this restaurant (Ola Brazil Churrasco). The ambiance is awesome, amazing and affordable drinks and food. Not forgetting the customer service, staffs are extremely knowledgeable and help make recommendations…esp this guy Julius, he’s good at his job. Visit and you won’t regret .

Please, go. Their food is top tier! Everything is great! There was even a lovely real gingerbread house! The sushi, desert wow! And.that one meat was so juici and tender
I have to give full stars for everything! The staff was amazing! The atmosphere certainly set the tone for the celebration and festivities. All in all a great experience.

The food was very delicious and the temperature was good for dining outside. The only downside was that the service was VERY slow and had to be reminded several times of orders taken. If you're ordering from the menu, you can expect 3 times to wait for your food to arrive.

Best place to chillout with families n friends. They serve alcoholic beveranges and serve good foods. Love the outdoor sitting environment especially with life music performances. Price wise a bit on expensive site but ok for what U get over there.

Lovely food. Nice live music. Enjoyable ambiance. Mr. Nanak was excellent. Very attentive, made us feel at home.

Slow service. You have to keep asking things like spoon and plate which should've been provided in the first place. The soup came without spoon and a burned bread. So the waiter went off to change the bread and get a spoon in the end the soup is now cold.

If you go here, be careful not to sit in front of the large TV. It was so loud and ringing that I felt dizzy and vomited later.
There was soccer on the large TV and I was singing in front of it, but I couldn't concentrate on soccer.
If you want to watch soccer, just order takeout and watch at home.
It's so hard to play soccer and sing separately.
I don't know about Westerners' sensibilities, but I think things were much better in the past. I wanted to eat while watching soccer while talking to the person I was with, but since the song was in the middle of it all, it just became a hodgepodge instead of synergy.
For example, meal+atmosphere+story+watching soccer, each and every cogwheel has to turn in conjunction with each other, but the song doesn't oil it, but it's just sprinkled on top of it like dirt. Will that gear turn well?
Rather, it will be ruined.
Or, put something indoors to watch football on a larger scale.
And let's wipe the sand off the large outdoor TV. The picture quality is not good, but it's sandy so it's not good.
I heard that it is run by Koreans, but I don't know if it's true.
For a place run by Koreans, food and drinks come out very late. After ordering, I had to wait over an hour for the chicken to come out, and during that time, I had to wait 40 to 50 minutes for alcohol or even cola to come out.
Of course, it may have been the only time the store was busy, but when I came here before that, drinks and alcohol came out very late.
No, I thought the alcohol was brewed and brought, and I thought the cola was bought at Ruwais Mall.
I think that can happen when food gets pushed around. But it took too long. Also, if it seems like it's taking a long time to serve alcohol or beverages, you should either hire more staff or find the cause, but I have a strong feeling that things aren't working properly, whether there's a manager or not.
It's so frustrating. I think I'll think a lot about whether to go here next time.
The chicken is okay, but it's still worse than Korea.

I stopped going a while ago due to management. I then heard there was a new manager, and decided to check try it again. Walking in, I could feel the change already, staff, service and food was so much better than before. I now frequent the place twice a week. I see Mike the new manager is always on the floor and chatting to customers and his staff, always with a smile. Well done upper management on this hire, I think he is a great asset to your team. Looking forward to my next visit.

Wow, great environment. The area felt extremely clean and had a nice feel that made it feel a bit fancier. On the top, the service was great and tge waiters were kind. Great variety of food, for all culinary desires, from Western to eastern cuisine. Great burgers, Brazilian Churrasco, Buffet, Korean, Indian, Pilipino dishes etc. All the dishes tasted amazing and the staff are all super friendly and helpful.
Thank you guys for the experience, will be back for sure.
