Worst agency to deal with. Staff has attitude and don't have a clue how to deal with people. Worst staff handling Singapore visas. Avoid at all costs and deal with other agencies instead. If i could rate them with less than 1 star I would.

I usually visit their call center office. Friendly and competent staff. Service is usually fast.

No body ever picked up the call. Even after the call center guys connected the call themselves there was no answer after 2 days of trying my husband and I we were given different information and the application available with them.

It took them for ever to answer the phone. I gave the info to the employee there to arrange a package for me and my family. He said he will email me but he never did. I will never deal with them again.

I had a nasty experience here with the man who sits at the farthest end of the visa section. He was extremely rude to me and kept the woman who was actually attending me from doing her job.

He interrupted the woman and literally told me I was asking too many questions. Then he tried to brush me off by telling me to just look at the signs they had up, which had visa information that did not apply to me. He also said that the woman couldn’t spend her time helping me and that she was making a mistake doing so, meanwhile I’m the only customer there. Just completely ridiculous, inappropriate, and unprofessional behavior. I will NEVER set foot back in that place and DO NOT recommend it to anyone.
