They served the best way possible. But I think an improvement is possible for the timely update and communication, also an automation to the service updates, as they do a traditional way of calling to update each status.

Highly disappointing experience with the service person there.i was met with a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.instead of focusing on repair process he is asking irrelevant questions like who broken the mobile.this is absolutely none of their business and irrelevant to repair process.no proper response.

Terrible service, poor communication skills, impolite front line staff. It's a petty to have good brand like OPPO serviced by impolite and unprofessional staff like what you have in Abu Dhabi service center. My wife was poorly treated when she requested her smart watch to be fixed, and the guy from the center was completely lost and gave wrong messages, not only that, he was also very rude with the way he talked.
I'm giving 2 stars just because the brand is good. But be very careful, as the aftersales service is below zero!
