Organic Foods and Café

Their bread section is great. But most products comparatively expensive. Also come home more than once with items that have gone the "best by" date. Staff should be more diligent, especially with the prices they're charging.

This is one of the few organic food market in Abu dhabi. I like their organic foods and vegitable. Prices are comparatively high. Their spaghetti are healthy for the body and tasty.

Very good variety of products. Everything is fresh and nice. Just would be better if there was also a selection of gluten free granola and bakery. Thank you.

I am occasionally regular customer now in nation towers organic market and happily giving you 5 stars the way customer service. The guy named mr. Jair Is very nice

In store customer service is horrendous. The Indian guy spies on you and follows you everywhere like you are going to steal something… no regard to customer privacy. We (me and wife) moved from one aisle to another and he kept following and staring at us. No smile on his face. No customer greetings. Zero professionalism and no customer etiquette. The prices (even after the loyalty discount) are extremely high. If you are a niche shop with high prices, at least train your staff how to behave professionally and respect customer.
In short: A) Premium Prices, B) Average Products and C) Worst and Most unprofessional service

Decided not to write this review till I get the service completed. Ordering through your app is just never ending where you have also to call them and confirm through the phone and after all that effort you added to get your order, you will find that they missed it and you have to wait till next week and the same story. I am very patient where I have waited for 3 continuous week just to receive the order as they deliver once a week to Al Ain, and every week they said ooh sorry we forgot the order, or it’s out of stock and the last time they said “ it’s moldy/ or not in a good condition to be delivered “

What a service!

They charged me twice for the same online order which arrived with 3 hours delay after I called them 2 times to ask about it.

Decided not to write this review till I give your employees time to accommodate my request which took up to 3 days and nothing happened. Taking orders through the phone is just never ending with your employees. I don’t want to download the app, just help me to place my order and then send me the payment link, and I can pay you easily.
Your employees promised me to call me back several times, but I didn’t receive any call back to place my order, which was Goat Milk.
You have to spend more efforts to call several times, and explain to each of you staff what do you want.

Very disappointing service ever!

The place has big choice of organic food - packed, frozen, fresh, and also cosmetics. Own bakery produce good Brad and cakes options. However it all slightly overpriced and it seems they have to improve the marketing to attract the customers

Bought mainly vegetables and fruit. Premium price for an average product. There are much better solutions to get organic vegetables in Abu Dhabi.

Very bad experience i had last week.very bad staffs, not helpful Abudhabi store.if something buy from there no refund no exchange policy.if we ask the refund they will shout and harassing.

Lovely shop, but only pick up a few things I can't get elsewhere as prices are understandably high. There's a good deal of vegan options and alternatives for people suffering from allergies. In the back, there is a cafe and bakery. Personal products like face creams, vitamins, and supplements are also available.
Most items are sustainably sourced, but there are still too many products packaged in plastics.

This is one of the few organic food market in Abu dhabi, but their Royalty program not good, i have royalty card but never got any points.

This is the Paradise of Organic and Gluten free food. I have found soap of all kinds organic and excellent quality plus food and all you need for vegetarian and vegan cuisine. But, quality has a cost no doubt.

A very good Organic shop in Abu Dhabi. One can get pretty much everything - from veggies to milk to cleaning stuff.

Produce is always so nice! Lots of coconut flour, sugar, milk etc. Inside beautiful classy mall.

They have alot of organic products, if you are looking for a healthy products you can visit this place.

I bought baby food and they are selling products that are almost EXPIRED! Check the date before u buy.dissapointing since its already expensive

Very good alternative Store for healthy gluten and casein free foods, however the stocks management suffers from the same disease as all the other super and hyper markets in the country, i.e, many products once gone from shelves, very rarely will be available again before 2 or 3 months, if ever again.
I can give quick examples, like the excellent CoYo coconut milk alternative yogurt, or the Yogi or Hipp teas for breastfeeding support, or even the Trail Mixer gluten free granola bars from Nature's Path.
Also pity they don't make available a more varied choice of organic free range eggs, including the best available in the country (Ripe's, which now became available at Carrefour Marina), nor even some excellent brands of casein (dairy) free cheese available in Europe.
Regularity of supply of gluten free fresh breads could also be improved as well.
