Worst service. I have my company cars insured with then for addition of car I'm behind them from 2 days for quotation. Inspite of getting the documents a sales lady names Ms Deepika is not at all responding. Pathetic service.
Don’t waist your time! No one answering call or call backs, one week chasing to get payment link for company insurance. Unprofessional and rude service even before you’re their customer. Take your money to another company, they don’t obviously want business.
Not a professional, I called to get my dependents insurance no information, promised to call back but no use nobody responded even my friends also having same issues.
Experiencing a horrible customer service from Orient Insurance company. I applied for my dependent's insurance a month ago. The agent were not having proper information hence he delayed it. And finally when he asked proper documents, we had provided and till date I have not received insurance for my family, hence my visa processing is delaying. Orient employee clearly said he cant help. I am not sure what to do. This is really pathetic and I wish my company never really deal with them ever.
I have a policy investment with this people, don’t waste your money, with them, they call their self as financial advisor, but they don’t know anything, once they sold already a policy, they got their commission, they will forget you, no updates, even the fund that they suggest to allocate your investment is going down, they never care. A fraud investment company.they care only their commission.liar people and taking advantage to their investor.
We cancelled our insurance because we can no longer afford to pay and we manage to invest AED 15,000.00 to Orient Insurance, upon cancellation they said we can only get AED 7,000.00 and to make the story even worst, we have been following up for our money for the last 3 months (calls and emails almost everyday) till today Orient has not given our money back. It's our hard owned money and it's taking them so long to return it to us. Just ironic that Insurance should make you make safe and secure but instead we felt we were scammed.
They are the worst, spent days struggling with them to send me a piece of paper and still didn’t receive it, with the constant reminders, No one cares.
I went to the abu dhabi office yesterday to get rejection letter because i am applying for medical assistance from SSMC but no one wants to assist me, they told me to call one of their staff who is currently on vacation and is out of the country. I am a cancer patient and i am not asking them to cover my expenses i am only asking for a rejection letter from them. This is so frustrating. Their receptionist was rude, she should know basic customer service.
The Arab lady receptionist is the most awful rude & unprofessional employee I have ever seen. Her customer service skills is the worst. I do not wish any one to deal with disrespectful person like her. I feel sorry for the company.
Worst insurance ever. I was on a holiday trip abroad, i got robbed unfortunately, couple hrs after landing literally before even reaching the hotel on the metro. I immediately informed my broker who then communicated it to the insurer in this case orient. I was late in producing the police letter and they outright refused to honour my claim. We buy insurance just for this purpose for peace of mind. I was in a foreign country learning where everything was and they didnt even consider it. If I could give them zero stars i would.

Such a poor service in health insurance Even after taking mednet silkroad of Orient insurance had to pay for MRI scan and awaiting the approval for Physiotherapy.
Can't these so called insurance assesors read and understand the need of Physiotherapy against MRI reports. PATHETIC IN ALL SENSE
When they say as soon as possible then be ready that that as soon as possible can last forever, no standard in their obligations to their client. Very poor service delivery, always covery up with technical issues.
طبعا ولا نجمه. النجمه لوضع التعليق. خطة الادخار والاستثمار الموجودة عندهم كلها كلام مرسل غير صحيح وكلام غير واضح وتلاعب في الألفاظ. والموظفين الذين سيبيعون لك الوهم لن يردوا على تليفونك بعد أن توقع الاتفاقية. في موظف مصري اسمه خالد وموظفه هنديه اسمها نشرين. هو ترك الشركه وهي بطلت ترد لا على الخط الأرضي ولا على موبايلها. البداية للتوضيح بدأت خطة الادخار من خمس سنوات الخدعة الاولى كانت اني استطيع ان انهي الخطه بعد ثلاث سنوات وهذا غير صحيح و التانيه هو أن رأس المال مضمون ولن ينقص وهذا كمان غير صحيح. بدأت على اساس انها خطه افضل من الصكوك الوطنيه وان أرباحي ورأس المال محمي. النتيجه رأس المال الذي دفعته ليس لي والارباح التي تقل عن رأس المال المدفوع هي ما أستطيع أن احصل عليه بعد خمسة سنوات. خمسة سنوات وتورطت معهم في خطة الادخار التي لا استطيع ان اسحب منها فلس وصار علي التزام أن أدفع مبلغ شهري وعندما خسرت عملي استمريت في دفع المبلغ الشهري من نهاية الخدمه حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل. لو كنت في الصكوك كنت ضمنت رأس المال المدفوع وضمنت ارباح سنويه. ولكن معهم لأ لا شيء مضمون فالاموال التي دفعتها في البورصه معرضه للارتفاع أو الانخفاض. وفي النهاية يقولوا لك مكتوب في خطة الاستثمار الي وقعتها. استغفر الله وهي بالانجليزيه. ومش واضح هذا الكلام أصلا. أنا اشتركت فقط علشان اسم الفطيم أما غير ذلك فلا مهنيه. والحمد لله أنه ما ورطت حدا تاني من اهلي وأصدقائي في الخطة التي ضيعت راس مالي وضيعت نهاية مستحقاتي. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل مليون مرة. والموظفه نشرين ولا بترجع حتى ترد على الي بيتصل فيها لا انصح اي حدا ينخدع في خطط الاستثمار أو الادخار. الافضل لو فلوسك في الصكوك الوطنيه أو في البنك. شي مضمون وواضح حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
When I urgently needed a no claim letter from abroad, they went out of their way to provide it for me. I am really thankful for that. Keep up the good work!
عدم المراجعه في مواضيع العملاء تم تاخيري في اجراءات الموافقة على الحادث المروري لمدة 26 يوماً، لم يتم تعويضي في اي شي فترة الحادث علماً بان تاميني شامل، لا مباله في العمل ، خدمة سيئه جداً جداً. من أسواء التأمينات التي تم التعامل معها.
Poor service, i requested for cancellation of my insurance last Oct 7,2021 and yet until now it’s still under process it has been over a month a half and their customer service is not really helping at all! Very poor insurance seems like they don’t have funds! Redemption funds seems like they’re not working zero star for this insurance! Don’t fall they don’t help you at all!
Worst office, not professional people sitting in Abu Dhabi branch, specially Abdulla Puzhakkara.just giving instruction verbally, no official documents. I prefer to not choose this company for insurance.
I would give orient negative stars if it was possible. Orient insurance is the worst. The agents are trained to manipulate thier words and sell policies that will only drain you of your money. Apparently a savings policy from orient is a saving for the insurance company not for the policy holder.
I called their number 026763222. Pressed 0. The Arabic speaker lady who answered is very rude and incompetent if customer service. Her answer to someone who coming to pay money to then is shocking!
I visited this place twice to get insurance related certificate. The lady at the reception was very nice and polite and recognized me instantly the second time. They provided me the required documents promptly without any hassles. New comers might need a little assistance with the lifts particularly while going back.
Arrived at office at 8 a.m. Hours posted on website 8AM–1: 30PM & 2: 30–5PM "Hours might differ". No one was available until 8: 30 a.m. Please update your website to accurately reflect your hours of operation as not to inconvenience your customers. Thank you

As per our telephone conversation today at 11.15 am I hope you remember that you called me and I said you that your quotation is not clear. And you promise me that you will make in company format & send it to me asap. But still now nothing has come Let me tell you that you might be sitting & joking or playing with your customers but I don't have time for all these this. If you are even one present serious in your job don't send me any quotation and don't call me also. Orient insurance I have never faced this kind of very un professional staff
