Worst insurance company in the UAE, medicine prescription never approved by next care, and patient suffer from all kind of this activity.

I would like to suggest not to make any insurance card under this company. Total fraud.
I had an insurance with their company. Which says after 6 months I can plan any pregnancy. As they said, we did the same now my card got expired and I am requesting them for renewal of my card as I am pregnant. Since 40 days, I have provided all my documents to their mail to agents - many times.
Without giving any professional reason they informed through their agent that our renewal process is declined.

Very disappointed

Unresponsive to calls. Team are not friendly. I stayed long time tell someone assisted me although no clients except me were seeking service

I am trying to call to verify my health insurance policy and they just keep on transferring the call.

Really bad experience when you call for quotation from the sales person.

لا ردود على التليفونات ولا العملاء باوقات الدوام، طلبت تامين صحي لدى شركتي و لم يجبني احد. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم
