Their serving time is 1 hour to 1 and a half hours so do not come if you are hungry. Waiters and waitresses are proud of this serving time. The waiter even said that if he was the chef, he will make the cooking and serving time even longer. Sarcastically. They blame customers if some orders were not served as food ordered were already entered in their system. The only good thing about this place is the food quantity and taste, but waitresses and waiters need customer service training and enrol them to values education classes.

Too much waiting time; it took almost an hour for two orders. The service is also poor. They're angry with the customer.

I'm trying to make an order via phonecall, the ate there sa quite rude.she's putting me on hold without prior notice then drop the call all the time. As if she does want to take an order. Very disappointing

I am trying to call 10 am but the phone is busy or off we checked online it shows not busy, it upsets us who needs to order

Food is affordable yet taste is 5/10. Soup is cold, mostly are bland taste. We waited almost 1 hour for the servings and another 1 hour just to bill out and take out our left overs because there is only 3 servers for a full house. The ambiance is 1/10.t's very veryyyy NOISY and not spacious. This is just my personal experience and I will never come back.

Food is great & very delicious but seating is a bit cramped and serving of food is taking a lot of time

All Foods are good and delicious, but last night we ordered food, and i ask one staff there if how many minutes i need to wait, and he said only 20 minutes.so i go somewhere to buy something.when i came back its almost 1hr. The food still not ready.im in a hurry since its too late im very dissapointed in your service

Sobrang tagal ng serbisyo nitong restaurant! You really need to improve your service otherwise you lost your customers

3 hours waiting time and still counting? Kindly improve you delivery time.not all the time customers will adjust.

The foods were bland im normally not a picky eater but i just cant finish 3 shanghai in that restaurant but its affordable

We always order here when it comes to office celebrations. They are delivering the food in a timely manner and packaging is also a plus. Lumpia and Pancit Canton is our favorite.

Sadly Can’t recommended this restaurant! Poor costumer service, you will spend a lot of time waiting for someone to show up at your table to give the menu and to take your order and then it will take 1 hour or more for the food to be on your table. The food is delicious but unfortunately the staff is inefficient, unfriendly I called many times to order for takeout and the lady on the phone is always rude (her name I think is Flor) really unfriendly person…. So If you go this restaurant call in advance so you wont waste your time!

2hours delivery time! Delivery staff doesn’t have WhatsApp to pin the location. Complicated delivery process.

Food is good, however Service time is long, ordered for take out 730 evening, I came for pick up 8 only to find out they just started to prepare the food.

Food is good the only issue is we had to constantly remind them about our order amd food takes a bit of time because they only have two servers working during that time and the place is so busy

We ordered grilled squid, fresh lumpia, papaitan and java rice. The quantity of their food is always good enough for sharing (not unless you really have a big appetite), the pricing is affordable and they have a delectable menu. Everyone should try this place!

I called by 6: 30 pm for a takeaway order. At this moment i'm typing this review, time is 9: 25pm and still i am waiting for the delivery guy. Very bad service!

Despite of reputable tasty food, service is quite bad. Nobody answers phone or always busy line or when it rings, nobody picks up. Takes so many outside orders yet could not cater advanced ones. Always late. Reception just walks about ignoring people waiting for their supposed “advance” orders. Told to wait 30mins and I came back after 40 mins but food is not ready, still starting to cook. Understaffed (and i suppose staff ate underpaid, they look so tired and disoriented) Place needs renovation.

Very incompetent. Taste of food is good. But it seems that they are not ready to have this kind of business. Ordered some food and OK asked for 30 mins, i came an hour and a half and still they are not preparing the food.

Food is great bit had to waot 1: 45hrs for your order.undermanned kitchen personnel.hope thw management will see this a room for improvement.but food taste good though

I call for delivery at 6: 58pm and it’s already 9: 11pm still i didn’t receive my order.food was amazing but delivery is very poor

Very poor service, imagined I ordered take away, I came there 4: 30pm and I waited until 1 hr, I follow up, always saying still cooking, imagined barbecue will cooked for 2 hrs, and the other next person's who ordered after me, have already there food, I follow up many times, but they doesn't care, I said and called on the phone to deliver at my place, and same again happen to me, I called for follow up 3 to 4 times and delivered to me almost 2 and half hour, very dissapoited, you should informed the guest that may order will not prioritize because it cost only 19 dirhams, which I will be more thankful, but instead you keep me waiting for my order, very dissapoited. That is my last visit.

The food was good (ordering lumpia and miki-bihon) for take away. The only problem was that call was placed on 16th Oct 2020 at 16: 19, order received by 18: 11. It seems they are far too swamped on Fridays.

The best Filipino-Chinese food I tasted in Abu Dhabi so far. This place tend to be packed during dinner time and on weekends. You can call and order in advance to avoid waiting for your food. You should try their spring rolls and beef curries. They also do catering and home delivery.

We requested an order for the next day and it happened they brought the order two hours earlier, we were surprised because their excuse is better to be early than late!

A staple of Chinese Food here in Abu dhabi! Waiting time can be a bit long due to a lot of customers but totally worth the wait!

Almost all the dishes we ordered were tasty and of big portion. Tried various fried rice, szechuan style beef, sweet sour fish etc. All were really good and affordable. The dishes are around 20dirham and an 8 person meal amounted to around 180 dirham only. Friendly staff, very good food, good ambiance, family/ group friendly menu, big portions, all in all a good experience and eat. We always end up very satisfied and super full and still have some left overs to take out.

It felt like it's the real filipino foods, you know what it means. Tastes good even for koreans, me. Enjoyable. Will visit again.

The food are great but its a little bit slow in service because they cook what you order need bigger space to accomodate more costumer.

The food is delicious and it satisfy my cravings. I always go back here to have my favorite filipino dishes.

The food is nice in this place but the service is very slow. You need minimum 1 hour to get your food, need to buy some chips from SM to satisfy my kids. Don’t come here if you’re already famished.
