Otis Lounge

The cakes are very good , I ordered morrocan tea and it’s not at all a Moroccan tea I drink Lipton mint tea and it cost me 40 Dhs and they put 20% water which is really funny and ridiculous

I was sitting in the outer area and left with no one attending for a long period even though the cafe was empty.

First time I try restaurant

First, I ordered a breakfast burger, and inside the burger there were eggs and beef, and I think there was arugula, ketchup, mayonnaise, or something else in it but it’s was good

I thought it was small, but it was a decent size that good

اول مرة اجرب المطعم

أولا طلبت برجر فطور وكان داخل البرجر بيض ولحم بقر وأعتقد أنه كان به جرجير أو كاتشب أو مايونيز أو أي شيء آخر ولكنه كان جيدًا

اعتقدت أنها كانت صغيرة، ولكن كان حجمها جيد

خدمة جيدة وفريق عمل جيد

Iv visited OTIS for the first time and it wasn't pleasant at all, I asked for a iced cappuccino (which is not the menu and I'm aware of that). I had to force the waiter to ask the barista which he refused and not even willing to try to make it, which is not a rocket science, I eventually had to leave as I didn't feel welcomed at all and walked to Wave cafe which is next door.

They play loud music although I told them 2 times. Seems the staff dont care. I see nothing special at all in this coffee shop other than flies at the corner tabels.

We had 1 Saray Breakfast and it was enough for 2. It said unlimited tea with saray breakfast which we got thanks to Moustafa:)

We came here to try the French toast after a friend recommended it, and it did not dissapoint. Overall, the food was excellent, the cafe was tidy, and the staff took orders quickly. A small complaint regarding the coffee: it seems a little watery. Other than that, I would definitely visit and sample more of their menu items. There was plenty of natural light, a pleasant atmosphere, and space.

Your telling me I payed aed 42 for bad service, bad peanut butter pie and slow service crazy

والله العظيم اشتغلت انا وغيرى كثير من الجنسيات الاخرى. انهم يستخدمون العماله المساكين ولا يعطوا حقوق وراعى الكوفى لا يعطينا حقوقنا ولا يهتم بالاقامه. لما نحكى عن الراتب لا حياه لمن تنادى. وتحكى مع راعى الكوفى بطى القيبسى عن الراتب يرد ويقول ليش بتحكى معى موجود اداره اتكلم معهم. هذا الرجال اقسم بالله اكل حقوق اشخاص كتير ومورديين وغيرهم وغيرهم وغيرهم. كيف هيهتم بالكوفى والمطبخ والزبائن. المهم يدخل فلوس ما يحتاج غير هذا

Abysmal service - avoid!

Left me waiting 15 minutes to order a coffee - I was the only customer in the place.

Left me standing for another 10 minutes on my own waiting to pay whilst the staff had a team meeting outside.

Manager / owner saw me waiting but completely ignored me and continued to speak to his staff. Only for I asked for the bill as I was in a rush, I would have been left waiting for longer no doubt.

Awful - won’t return.

I will never go there again. The food was average, the cake and coffee were okay, but the customer service was terrible. They would take too long to serve us, and the table lacked tissue. Don't go there to celebrate a birthday.

The food was amazing and the staff was so kind and polite. Otis is one the best lounge I've been to in Abu Dhabi. I promise if you give them a try, you'll always come back. 10/10

للاسف اول مره اسير هالمكان ويا ضيوف عزيزين علي متعنيين من العين وللامانه شي يفشل! الستاف غير مسؤول والمكان نظافته دون المستوى
اعتقد المكان يباله اعاده هيكله من ستاف ومنيو وترتيب

The service is very bad and the food took way much time, once I received it; it was totally cold, very disappointing…

This has to be such a terrible experience i had during my visits to otis.i did order a chicken Caesar salad it was 25+ minute late to prepare a salad.as soon as it arrived i noticed there was tomatoes in the salad as mentioned in the menu there is no tomatoes included i asked it to be prepared again but i found out there was still tomatoes.it had the taste of tomatoes residue on lettuce.we ordered a side of hash brown and mushrooms and it took time to prepare more than the salad and it came so cold from the inside and hot at the edges it wasn’t prepared well.we were let down by this breakfast.service is so slow we had to wait more than 30+ for such a simple order and the excuse was of the slowness of the service that the branch was crowded and it wasn’t crowded.and for the hash brown the excuse was that the chef is sick.if he is sick why does he come and prepares food not cooked properly?

تعامل جدا سيء. وقفنا برع نتريا ربع ساعة محد طلع و الريال يأشر انه بيرجع و ما يرحع. كانه العمال مضربين عن العمل

للأسف اسوء خدمة ، اذا الكوفي غير جاهز لاستقبال الزبائن مفروض يغلق حتى يكون هناك موظفين

شخص واحد ياخذ الطلبية ويطبخ ويسوي الكوفي

طلبيتنا احتاجت الى ٥٠ دقيقة عشان تجهز وياريت جهزت كاملة اطرينا الى المغادرة.

الطاولة وسخانة وبقع الاكل على الكراسي

The experience was really bad, it was my day off and thought I will go to a nice place for breakfast with the wife. We ordered coffee and food. The coffee came and it was below the standard of what we are paying and on top of that he spilled the coffee over the table so i asked to change the coffee, 5 mins later he came and said the barista is not here and the assistant is the one that made the coffee so I just got the food with no coffee. So they ruined my morning and payed so much for nothing.

مب اول مره اقعد في هذا الكوفي ومستحيل تكون آخر مره، للامانه الستف جدا تعاملهم راقي والمكان شرح وهادي والخدمه وجودت الاكل عندهم وايد حلوه.

I was a regular costumer but the service went down.the food is not as excepted.the waiter was not able to fulfill what he was asked.not coming again

The food was amazing and the staff was so kind and polite. Otis is one the best lounge I've been to in Abu Dhabi. I promise if you give them a try, you'll always come back. 10/10 Ahmed was helpful and an amazing person.
