NMC medical centre

I have been Dr Shamina patient for some years. She is just fantastic. Today's visit was a surprise. New look renovated clinic. But most importantly would like to mention the efficient and caring nurses and one of the best I have come across receptionist Mr Mohamed handling alone due to Saturday staff shortage. This guys has been so very sweet and patience with each and everyone who have approached him.

When u go by 9.45 in night.they said appointment is closed. I called them and they said It is open till 11. Bt I reach 9.45, they said appointment is closed and only 1 doctr is available.

This hospital has a drawback - no communication. They don't answer calls or the way to reach out to NMC oxford for an appointment is very time consuming

Had multiple dental sessions with Doctor Mustafa, an amazing and knowledgeable doctor, extremely good at what he does. I would recommend him everyone to visit him for dental treatments

It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcome! Dr. Manal as well as her staff are awesome, She's listen and give the best advice. Dr. Manal really strives to give the best care possible to each of her patients.

Very bad service especially one Gp doctor Husain ali he is taking one patient one hour and no response from any side of admin staff time waste here and if any emergency come here it will increase today I wait to see doctor one and half hour finally registration cancel and sick increase if they can’t manage time why they are taking patient before also same experience one blood report take three days and they can’t send report by online email or whstap it should go then make off day in work and see them

If you're looking for a reliable and welcoming Dentist I highly recommend Dr. Mostaba Elkhashab. I personally have issues visiting dentist due to the procedures being done but he made me feel comfortable and settle. His facility was clean ensuring that all materials were cleaned right after the procedure. I want to give credits to his assistant too (sorry i forgot her name)

I had visited Dr. Brindha Devi, Specialist Pediatric Dentistry for my children recently, was a very pleasant and a happy visit, children were comforted and made to understand the benefits of treatment which made the process smooth without any need of anxiety. According to me she is an excellent Doctor with required skills, expertise for all children dental needs.

Excellent care by Dr Brindha Devi Arumugam. We have visited her for a few years and she always gives special attention to little ones. Informs them of the procedure being done so they are calm and comfortable. Highly recommended for managing the oral health of youngsters. Stickers at the end are a very kind gesture.

I am glad to have found Dr. Brindha Devi Arumugam as the pediatric dentist for my children. They have received excellent care and always leave their appointments with happy, healthy smiles. Dr. Brindha has a gentle and compassionate approach, and my kids feel comfortable and at ease in their care.

8/2/23 From 7Pm till almost 9mp I was in the hospital Oxford nmc I am very disappointed with the nurses an professional service the nurs is toulking with their language very laoud infront of patient and its annoying some one is sick in the hospital which is we are caming to be treated I was on the bed and taking Injection and one of the nars she came and tauch the injection and I ask her why you are touching becouse she want to make it fast its not slow it was normal and she was not the one giving the injection.she told me don't be strange what does it mean I have full write to ask.what they are doing instead of explaining she is shauting and running out how come I am sick and she is telling me strange I will never come back to this hospital I will never recomand to any one this is her second time last time I am taking Injection she told me why you are caming every day? She told me go to big nmc like she is doing for free or like she is tired to give me Injection.every time I am suffering from injection keep trying on 3 or 4 times prickle its very bad experience very pain full my hand is blue and green from the injection.and I am not doing for free and they have to respect all noyionality they should not have any nationality favoritism this is hospital.and its not profetional at all her name is Divia

I highly recommend Dr. Brindha Devi as a pediatric dentist for children. My kids have been going to her and she always makes their visits comfortable and enjoyable. Her chairside manner is great and she takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions we have. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care and service provided by Dr. Brindha Devi and her team.

Ever since Dr. Brindha is the dentist of my two kids. Her expertise of tooth extraction, tooth filling which my two kids experienced with her (from her previous work place) is so amazing. When I came to know that she transferred to other facility, immediately I made an appointment for my 6 year old daughter and the same experience we encounter. She is very professional, she explain the procedure clearly and most specially my kids are comfortable with her.

I'm very thankful to Dr Brindha for all her kindness and looking after my niece during her dental treatments. During all her appointments, she was treated with patience, appointments were easy, also Dr Brindha made the treatment fun by giving her fun stickers. It's a big thank you from Mariam's aunt ️

I want to give more than 5 stars for the kind of service and care, they gave to my mother, she was injured and I was in a panic situation, the timely assistance by the manager and the doctor.the nursing team, really outstanding, I will never forget their service and treatment.my appreciation and wishes to the entire team of Oxford.

I’ve been to this clinic (NMC Oxford) for over 7 to 8 years now seeing other GPS but since I have been going to Dr. Manal Mushtaq, not even once I’ve left confused. She’s soo kind, down to earth & empathetic she makes sure you leave with a solution & she makes sure to only prescribe you medicine when it’s truly necessary (which I like because I do not have unnecessary medicine lying around at home anymore) & since I have been seeing her I never ever felt the need to change my doctor or double check with someone else she’s hands down the best, me & my family just go to her. I highly recommend Dr. Manal Mushtaq she’s the best at her Job!

I have gone today to drive thru, to do pcr, they refuse to do for me as they don't have money change, they told me go we don't have change, also wheni called call center they close the line.it was very bad experience

Frequent visitor to this facility as it one of the best doctors (Dr. Shameena). Location is bit hard to find the first time but it gets easier over time. Does not have a hospital feel to it which is soothing. Also management has become better over time.

The new drive thru facility is awesome!

Although not directly attached on the facility itself, the location is just 100 meters away from the facility.
But the area is so convenient with no traffic at all.
I consider this a hidden gem in the neighborhood.

The staffs are very quick, I spent less than 5 mins to finish everything.

Keep it up. I will be coming again for my PCR.

I would like to rate 5 / 5 for Oxford medical center (owned by NMC Hospital) for the exceptional services provided by Dr. Manal who is one of the bestest doctor ever introduced by the facility. I went to 3 different hospitals in abu dhabi but the special care and treatment given by Dr Manal, was exceptional. She is very professional, humble and pleasant personality, have core knowledge of the patient care, diagnosis and then finally treatment. I am very happy and feeling way better than ever before. Highly recommended to my other colleagues and patients to visit Oxford Medical Center and meet Dr. Manal. Thank you Dr. Manal and stay blessed.

Hello Oxford! I want say thank you so much for your services. PCR test is on time even less than 24 hrs. And salute the Woman (African) Receptionist who is sitting in pcr registration area. Really i saw her many times even if she is busy she will care for the patient who came to visit doctors first not for PCR so my recpect is for all team. God bless you all.

The doctor was rude he called my little sister "fat" + he said she have covid without even testing her and laughed horrible experience won't suggest a vist

Very pathetic service…today i went this hospital for stomatch pain and meet one philipino in reception.she tell just wait, almost 1hr i wait their nobody call me and iam struggling with pain.after tell to her give back my emirates id i will go any other hospital then they give back my id but they dont cancel my rqst in the system…when i go another nmc hospital they tell my medical id is blocked by previous hospital…then i come back to the same hospital…and still waiting…irresposible receptionist not give any value for patient

Today, we consulted Pediatrician and I felt more than happy. I appreciate Doctors expertise in dealing with the child. The staff were welcoming and the safety measures are up to the mark. Moreover, I noticed that that the branch manager was strictly monitoring all the work flow and also helping patients for easy and quick consultation.

I got severe allergy but got cured in less than a week.thanks to Dr. Revathi. The receptionist who books the consultation hours is helpful in checking the insurance coverage as well. Pharmacy is across the bldg.where insurance is also accepted. Wifi is also available. Overall the hospital is excellent

Its a neat clean hospital near lulu expresss muroor road. But oman insurance card is not accepted

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Dr. Bhagyashree (Dr. B), is and experienced endodontist - root canal specialist and I have known her for last ten years. She is absolutely professional in examining and providing with solutions by priority. She explains the treatment plan very clearly and does keep track of her patients post treatment.

This time, I had visited to do a root canal treatment and, as always, I was provided with excellent solution.

Dr. B always does a great job, I have always felt that every time. I surely recommend her for any type of dental work.

Male receptionist is behaving like we came to collect some free gift from him.
Don’t know how to deal with the customers who is coming with pain and tension of illness. Doctors are not punctual. They won’t come on time.

A very good muroor road branch of the well established group of clinics by NMC. It is located in the centre of the community where any nationality like locals, arabs, asians specially indians can avail the facility of this branch. Doctors from the every department like GP and specialists are available for the community to provide them good health benefits.

The worst experience I have ever got while visiting oxford medical center. I have visited oxford medical center for my tooth scaling, they booked an appointment for me and took 1 hour to serve me for no reason. If you are booking an appointment it means you will serve me that time only, not make me wait for 1 hour.

When I go into the procedure room the machine was not working and the doctor told me we will postpone the procedure till we repair our machine, how professional they are!

I will never ever go to this medical center in my entire life.

I was also tired yesterday with fever and vomiting so I go to this medical center and they will suggest for me a valuable medicine and now I am redy
