Staff Qamar is really cooperative and helpful and gives all options thoroughly. PIA is best considering refunds and changing flights

Behavior of boarding staff in lounge very poor, please change staff from Dubai airport.

Staff need more competancy to deal with all concerns related to customers.

Very helping staff. Important thing is they're professional and quickly understand what you wanna say. I had a 5 star experience.
