I have purchased from their store a sofa set. The overall experience is very bad and disappointing!
To start with, delivery time was scheduled between 10am and 2pm and we were promised to get our furniture delivered first on Friday. The crew delivered the set at 5pm!
The cushions were put in the street, and at the floor of my building entrance! They all reached dirty and polluted.
The two single sofas reached very dirty and the clothing beneath is torn!
Very bad experience and overrated brand!

I really like the most are, simple yet comfortable to use.
Affordable price yet looks Elegant. That’s how this table/chair about.

Size, height are totally fit to my room to my Dining area.

Worst place to shop ever.the most unimportant thing in the store is the customer.nobody interested in selling anything.

Before buying make sure you understand about their returning procedures, I have struggled a lot for returning

The worst delivery service in uae
They delivered some items of bedroom and missed other so they couldn't assemble it
and then they kept me waiting three days each time they would give an appointment and they would not come

Prices are great during sale time … as an overall value for money … they are way much better than any other competitor in the market (considering sale prices)

The 3 star rating is for their customer service.
I went to their WTC beach and their attitude is Terrible first they tell me 1000 AED minimum for delivery
Then when I argue that the garden table is so big and I can’t collect in my car, they drop it to 550 AED required for delivery
And asked me to buy more so they can deliver the garden table.

After I added some items to reach the 550 they give me 8 days to deliver it (OMG) then I get a message a week later that they became 9 days without notifying me.

Dealing with the team in Downtown Abu Dhabi (Hamdan area) is way much better but their customer service is terrible.

Its a display outlet, with very good options to choose from. Living rooms are set to give you realistic feel and help to take decision. Parking was a challenge.

Decent variety of products. Prices are over the market price and quality is not as good as they claim. I personally bought some stuff from Airport road abudhabi. In comparison with quality vs price i would not recommend. Pan Emirates in the past was much better. I would prefer ikea, home center and other places as the materials sold vs price is fair.

Having very good offers on furniture, the quality also seems nice. But the shops don't have what is online or vice versa. So you cannot see the items that are online before buying.

Customer care dealing very bad in abudhabi. Customer with out permission items home delivery, furniture installation extra money wants to pay.

Good store centrally located, but issue availability of products. Display is good but stock arrange takes time. Sales man attend customer very casual not help customer to show range. Need to work on floor sales team.

GREAT location and Very Close Proximity to my Location. Well managed, well organized, affordable prices n good deal.
You can easily find complete household things here.
And best part if any issue they don't run away they will revert back with solution. All the products are very affordable and good quality too. Most of all, the employees are very kind in assisting. They care for their clients. Awesome service! Was a wonderful experience, great staff, polite, helpful staff always smiling.

Staff Customer support was very poor, while compared to similar facilities in UAE. No one to guide you, it's like if you want take it or leave it attitude. Lack of knowledge of the staff each time you ask about something each staff will get you different messages, different staffs because the staff which you checked earlier will not be seen so you have to check with a different staff. Products seems to be fine, but without proper support no one will want to purchase from there as there are similar or per month offers available

The Pan Emirates Home Furnishings is one of the best store to purchase Good Quality Furniture in UAE. There store in Al Falah Street is in a busy road and a Good location that is near in my home. One day, i've been searching a type of furniture in the internet and around the city but i didn't found an affordable and made in a good quality materials. Tried to check online to different furniture store and in long searching i finally found in the Pan Emirates Site. Tried to visit there store branch in Al Falah Street. There staff is friendly and accommodating to the customer. Pan Emirates is amazing Furniture store because they have cheaper, affordable and Good Quality Home Furniture's. When k first came to UAE 10 years ago i bought my bedroom set well the mattrrss had to go but the bedroom still there, today i bought two sofas with the 40% discount looking forward delivery on wednesday, love their furniture and the prices are super affordable and the staff are friendly keep it up

Opened now in WTC, 2nd floor near Hatam restaurant, spacious and elegant showroom, well organized, covering all your needs, affordable prices and they are making a lot of true offers, if you want to buy from quiet and not crowded showroom it will be the correct choice.

I ordered 3 seater sofa, they took 200 dirhams for express delivery, when I received the product the color I requested was not one I received and there was damage on hand rest

You cannot modify or fix any problem will happen in your item after one day from purchasing date

Yestetday we had very bad experience with pan emiartes showroom in Abu dhabi.we went for pucrchasing new furniture as i am shufting to abu dhabi, when we went inside we can see lot of collections and we where intetested also, but no sales man where interested in talking to us indeed many where standing idle, i think pan emirates dont need bussiness from common people or they are looking for high class people.
If there sales man attitude is like this then what will be the after sale service, so better to stay away from panemirates

They sent one person to fix a baby bed and a changing table! After one hour and 15 mins, he finished only part of the drawers below the bed without finishing anything! So I requested a refund. Not recommended.

Very very bad products and service as well. The first time around their mattress failed after a few months which they didn't own up to. And then the bed started to fall apart within 7 months. When
called, they told that they only provide service upto 3 months on their products so it is very risky to buy their products.especially when they aren't durable and knowing that they do not stand behind their products. Lost my money going for their furniture. Stay away if you want peace of mind in the long run!

This shop is very near to my house and i frequently visit it. A variety of furniture is available like dining tables, chairs, coffee table, sofas etc.
There is also accessories like wall hanger, artefacts, watches, reclining chairs etc.
You can also give online order in this is shop. However I found that online website is not updated frequently so the best choice is to look for your item in the shop and then they will deliver it to your house.
Among other furniture shop I found that this shop is most economical and affordable to pocket.
I will recommend this is shop to any new comer who comes to Abu Dhabi for taking a new furniture and compare with prices with local made or China made furniture.
