Papparoti Dalma Mall

The supervisor Mr. Sabin really knows how to make the best coffee in Dalma Mall. I always order an espresso macchiato and a plain bun. The bun was so fresh and tasty! I can't wait to go back for more.

It’s was a very good experience and the staff was respectful. The buns were fresh and the Frappé was perfect. Recommend it

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very bad customer service, I sat for 15 minutes waiting for the menu, and the waitress was so rude she technically threw the menu on the table. After that I waited another 15 minutes for them to take my order, and when it arrived the bun was squished and not cooked in the middle. When I called for the waiters no one answered me for 10 minutes even though they saw me. I got fed up with the service and got out. This is the worst branch ever

Good decent ambiance and quality of food is good. Service could be better as it took more than 20 mins to get served.

Poorly made buns, usually burnt n the butter from within leaks out, the Ginger tea had split, milk n water got separated when complained the staff took time to admit n replace, overall the customer service isn't upto the mark as compared to other branches in Abu Dhabi.
