We ordered a sofa based on some designs and the end product was delivered to us within 10 days as promised. The sofa was comfy and looked beautiful in the linen fabric. We had a great experience and Umer Usman, who assisted us was very helpful. We highly recommend Paragon furniture.

Poor service- purchased sofa from Paragon Furniture Mussafah. Their their service is terrible. They delivered the sofa without the Sofa Connection lock/clip and the sofa leg bushes. Also There were no covers inside the sofa cushions, something we asked about when we ordered the sofa, and they assured us it would be done at the time of delivery. The sofa was delivered on June 4,20230 without all the specified work, and as of today, June 19,2023, there has been no response from their end.
After the purchase, they no longer pick up my phone - if I leave a message, there are no replays - prior to the purchase, I received messages via WhatsApp from these people on a daily basis, but now no longer responding. When I call the landline number, they say they will call back in 2 minutes and cut the call.

Excellent service. Mr. Haseeb assisted me and helped me pick the perfect outdoor furniture for my new home. His clear explanations, friendly demeanor, knowledge of products and patience made this experience an easy and smooth one. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you!
