Party Centre

My baby was in the store, 11 months and accidentally threw some plastic cups on the floor which were already placed on the bottom shelf. The cashier ran after and said she broke the plastic cups as there was small crack on the bottom and said my baby did it on purpose , an 11 month old baby ? They insisted we cannot take care of our children and we must pay for the damage. They were a pack of low quality cups. The assistant insisted my baby threw it on purpose which is ridiculous. She then went on to say she will have to take it out of the cashier’s pay. As a party shop you need to be more aware of children and breakage does happen. But how can an 11 month old baby throw cups from the bottom shelf and break it? They were either broken from before or very bad quality. They were blaming my baby for a 28 dirham product. It is not about the money as we already spent 100 dirhams in the store. They have no customer etiquette.

Very overrated place, the quality of foil balloon was extremely bad,
Most of the theme items were unavailable.
Also the prices of some really basic items were very high.

Will get quiet a lot of party items, theme based, but I would suggest checking online earlier for cheaper similar items

I both a memory foam 8cm thickness from them, the product was not 8cm at all. I tried to return but without the box they won't accept

I used to come to this place for years, the last 2 times, one girl said to me: you have to much money oh my God, and another time I bought they want me to pay for blowing them… completely crazy and not professional at all. I really don’t recommend very disappointed… no respect for clients.

I went today to buy costume clothes.
Second time I face the same problem with staff they are not professional at all.

When I find the costume I looking for, first thing they sayed the policy not allowed to return or exchange.

I visited one Alraha Mall I feel more comfortable and the staff was asset me with big smile

A super wide choice of party supplies, sometimes costly but at least you come to be sure you will find what you are looking for

This centre has everything you need but bit pricy. You should first visit DAISO, many things you need are available thr, then visit Party Centre.

Wide variety of costumes, party paraphernalia. Prices on the higher side for the quality but easy access.

Heplful and knowledgeable staff.but why would anyone spend so much money for disposable stuff is beyond me.

We went to Party Centre in Al Wahda Mall on Sept 13,2020 at around 7: 30pm. We asked this lady in the counter for some suggestions, but all she said was no, no, no. We needed small balloons, she said they didn't have. She was too busy with her phone! We went to all the aisles and looked for the things we needed, because she was useless. We gave up! This is too big a store. My husband then asked another lady, her name is Sam, thanks to her, we got all we need - small balloons sold per piece in different colors - YES YOU HAVE IT. SAM was very helpful, made our experience all the more better - gave suggestions, thought in advance what else she felt we needed. That other lady, I haven't seen her again when we went back to the counter, probably went home already. Gahd. You should re-assess your staff again!

Nice place and some of items u only find in this shop, only concern that the price is really not applicable

You can find any custom for any occasion you want but it is expensive comparing to the quality of the items

You can find everythinf you need for an amazing put together themed party!
The only issue is its expensive! I wish there was a "plain" section of cheaper non-themed items.

Otherwise, its refreshing to have such a shop in the UAE

I haven't really explored this place but I can tell that it's nice. You just have to find something adventurous
