The two worker there is very polite and patient but third one attitude is not good. Apart from that chocolate is always good

Very bad experience with Filipino worker there not professional at all. Don't go there wast of time.

بالامس ٢٩ ابريل ٢٠٢٣حضرت لباتشي فرع دلما مول تقريبا الساعة ١٠ المسا وخلصت طلبي وطلبت خصم مزايا اللي توفره لنا جهات العمل وفتحت لها التطبيق ولكن رفضت تاخذ العرض علما انه بالسابق قالوا ما نتعامل الا تطبيق ما عليكم امر احتاج المدير يتواصل معاي عشان نقدر نوفر خصومات للعمل بالشكل اللي يناسبكم ونطلب من جهات عملنا التعديل من حق الشخص يستخدم الخصومات اللي تتوفر له وفق اتفاقيات ودفعات موجودة بين الجهتين

Bad customer service, took way more than 2 weeks for the refund amount to be collected! Also the sweets are way overpriced!
