Great location, a lot of parkings, good chocolates with many different options, good staff and Ms. Sara helped me choose n make my gift box. She was so generous

Chocolates are so delicious but they need to think to decrease the prices.expats whose salary is lesser they can't afford the price only locals and highly paid salary's people can afford

Very helpful staff and less busy than the branches in malls. One of my favorite branches. Parking can be an issue though.

Love their chocolates. The cheesecake ones are delicious. Love that they have arabic coffee to drink.

The staff at this branch are really amazing! I had the best experience with Ms. Sara and especially Mr. Ali. He was really amazing, so professional and always helpful. There was a mistake in the print out for my order from the main branch in Dubai but Mr. Ali followed up on the issue very closely trying to fix it. Having such wonderful staff will make us come back and order again from Patchi for each occasion we have.
