I went to Paul in Yas mall and loved the restaurant! The food was wonderful! Not only that but the I loved the excellent service given by Ms. Jasmin M.
She’s so wonderful and friendly. Definitely would recommend!

This Cafe very good to refresh your minds after busy work with delicious menu sweets and coffe, great place for hangout with friends or family.

Crowded as usual. Attentive staff.

1- Strawberry cheesecake (very sweet for my liking 2/5)
2- Raisin (Resin) roll (stiff and hard with an overload of glaze, totally not worth the money)
3- Plain roll
4- Cappuccino
5- Tea with a side of warm milk

Timing is not acceptable at all to bring the coffee, and this comment discussed with the supervisor in duty on Sunday 29 January

I have tried the restaurant more than once. Their food is always excellent, but the fried shrimp and avocado dish

I don’t like avocado fried teast

But ‏The rest of the food was delicious

Gemma r is the greatest waitress ever.she made my day, and everytime i visit paul for dine in the staff were unprofessionally talking, moody, disrespectful but gemma is literally the best she deserves a raise

I had very bad service in paul yas mall i try to order sandwich and i want to add egg inside but they say they need permission to make this service! Very bad i will not come this branch again and not recommend

Traditional Onion soup. BBQ Chessy burger. Beef stroganoff. Marinated half grilled chicken. Food taste is good, Ambient and view its nice.they need to improve some steaks and service.cost wise also its really affordable. Onion Soup yummyyyyy

I decided to celebrate my birthday in paul, which has been a dream for me.
The food was so good, we ordered the french onion soup and prawns tempura.
But the customer service is absolutely 0.
We were waiting outside to be seated, none even cared to attend us. Finally someone came and asked us to take a seat anywhere, which we did.
They didn’t want to come to our table for some reason. We ordered the starters it took forever to come, we wanted to order maincourse but seeing the way they are ignoring us we decided not to spend time here. But since we are at paul, I wanted to try their desserts.
So I asked the waitress about desserts after waving a 100 times, which they don’t see because they refuse to look at us.
She asked me to go check what dessert I want, I asked isn’t this same on the menu, and she said no, please check. And I went to check it was the same as menu. I don’t know why I had to check. At first I thought maybe the restaurant is like that, they probably leave us alone but we see they have no issues going to other tables, we felt really bad. It’s okay for me, but my husband is someone who finds a reason in everything so to hear they don’t care about us from him it was very hurtful. I had to apologize on my birthday for the behavior caused by a restaurant I chose to go.
We both sat almost 2 n half hours for just starters and a dessert.

Cosy place, in the center of Yas Mall, bright and sunny.
Waiters are pleasant and welcoming.
Enough space for everyone. Always tasty food.

Our waiter Shoaib was super nice and gave us this amazing Millefeuile dessert at the end!
Best things to eat are the salmon tartine and smoked salmon caesar salad!

Food is excellent, Bread is so yummy. My all time favourite Pesto Halloumi sandwich is to die for. Don't even get me started on the desserts. Must visit restaurant and cafe

Awesome cheesecakes and bakery items. Awesome food. Paul has changed to be better. Seems they have a better chef now who has brought french food to yas mall. Congrats Paul.

Excellent service and excellent food! Pleasent and hospitable staff especially Pranjal V. Who was very helpfull during the rush hour of the day! Thanx alot and highly recommended!

First I would like to say that you guys did a good job in renovating the place. It’s more refreshing.
The staff and service is top notch especially Erin who’s very accommodating and very informative.
The food is always great.

I went to the mall to order mix berries tarte as take away, the worker did not put cutlery, tissues ot wetwipes. How will i not make a mess? No tissues?

I had a breakfast at Paul and I wish I had chosen another place. Waiters were ignorant, they brought me a menu ~10 minutes after I was seated. They were just ignoring me, maybe because I was alone. I do understand that it was a rush hour, but why were they so attentive to upper class nicely dressed people? I was served bread and butter platter after I told them twice.
Regarding the food, I think it doesn’t cost its money. I ordered eggs benedict, but I didn’t like anything except for the hollandaise sauce. There were bread crusts instead of brioche buns, and the salad is absolutely tasteless. Never going to visit this place again.

Had to wait 40 min for a cold Croissant and coffee.
And after i ordered my croissant the waiter comes and tells me its no more available although 10 min ago it was there. The service is so slow to the point until u order someone els would have picked up the last piece. I even sat in a place in front of the waiters and non has shown an effort to Handel our table. My croissant came cold although i asked to heat it. I left immediately. So disappointed paul was one of my favorite restaurants.

Worst experience ever 15 minutes to wait for the waiter to come and take the order and the order comes separately and in haphazard way.

Paul's Chocolate Croissant is out of this world! I can't describe the feeling! It just melts in mouth! Layers of Croissants are so thin & delicate I don't know how do they do it ‍️! And the Chocolate, is heaven! I love love love it! Foodgasm! Love Paul?

A great French experience! In addition to the couvert with amazing breads, butter and olive tapenade, the wonderful French onion soup served on a delicious bread and an extremely balanced salad.

Clean and delicious food. Excellent service. Mr. Pranjal was very helpful and very nice with my kids.

Paul is very good, clean and delicious, however, I noticed yesterday that not all my visits are added to the points in the app!

Very poor continental breakfast composed of two tiny jars of jam, a non- chewable pieces of bread, croissant, orange juce and tea. The experience was very unpleasant comparing to the reputation this place has. Highly overpriced comparing to value. This is a one time experience that I should not repeat.

If you are looking for tasty and healthy food, then you should go to Paul. The experience of food is great! I tried the vegan burger to was tasty! And the onion soup is a must to try. Its highly recommended.

What a wonderful place to have coffee, croissant and listen to some tranquil music. Great service too! Highly recommend.

I like the new more opened version of Paul's in the main square in Yas Mall, it feels airy and has an outdoor feel for an indoor cafe. Its a nice spot to watch the world go by.

Out of all the cafes in Yas Mall, its also one of the busiest for breakfast.

Choice for breakfast is excellent a good range from continental to more savory based options, as is the coffee.

Service is generally excellent.

Firstly, let me say I am a massive fan of all the breads at Paul. I visited many "Pauls" in Europe and the quality has always been excellent. I have not yet had lunch or dinner there. The coffee we had was very good also, but I did not like the cakes. They did not seem very fresh and were a bit dry. Maybe I was just unfortunate that day. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for this. Once again, this is nevertheless a very good place to go.

I love the place in yas mall, but the waiters there are seem too irresponsible!
They didn’t return my cash they delayed that as muchas they could until I left

Really nice restaurant to have a good breakfast or lunch/dinner. Today, we had a complet breakfast, with 1/2 flute, croissant and plain omelet:)

Serving one of the best breakfasts in Yass Mall. Their pastries and cakes are always fresh and delicious.

On our last visit we ordered the breakfast with omelette (fluffy and tasty). The salmon croissant (delicious combination), pain perdu (a huge portion moist and flavourful, go easy on the syrup if you don't prefer too sweet) and avocado on toast (a bit blunt for us), cappuccino and teas (all good).

And of course we took some cakes and bread to take home!

I love Paul’s! The interior is extraordinary and so is food! I would highlight staff here, they are so friendly! I was doing some pics for my IG page and they were moving around and helping me making awesome photos! Judge yourself! ️

One of my favourite lunch and dessert places in Abu Dhabi. Love their soups, vegetarian dishes, poached eggs, truffel fries and all the deserts. A bit pricey at times, but worth it.

Best sweets place in the UAE excellent management but SOME staff need to work in their manners a bit more or sent home.other staff really amazing. Amazing selections of sweets. Rather intuitive management and REGIONAL managers. And not that expensive!

Used to be our favourite breakfast at Yas Mall- but this time, our crepe portions were very small and cold, almost half of what we used to get before!

What a meal.the spread of bread that is presented with your breakfast is absolutely divine.an absolute must to experience.

The restaurant is cosy and the staff are welcoming and friendly. We ordered our meals and within 10 minutes. Well cooked omelet, delicious croissants and good coffee. Paul is always a safe choice.

We come to Paul every week for breakfast. Today I decided to come for lunch and eat a beef burger. I was amazed one I was told that Paul only serve the burger well done. I love my burger rare or at least medium rare. If I'm paying what I'm paying to eat a burger, at least we should be given the choice. Otherwise, good good and nice service. Good place to go!
