I always had a horrible time getting service there, while everyone else at the table was served promptly. It became a running joke.

Had a great experience eating at this cafe. The food were all delicious especially the pastries. The staff were nice and the service was efficient. The location is great with a nice ambiance. Highly recommended.

A nice place with very friendly waiters. There is a special Egyptian waiter his name is "Ahmed Kamal", he is very genuine and interesting to even talk to! Say hi to him and always thank him for his service.

Their special French Toast is amazing but needs more than a single person to eat it and a side drink "preferably coffee".

Highly recommend the salads and sandwiches for a quick casual brunch or lunch. The service is impeccable! They have a wide selection and the lemon mint beverage is very refreshing. I loved the quinoa mango with grilled shrimp salad as the flavours were balanced and zesty.

Excellent place, delicious food, and amazing atmosphere. I never tried their lunch before and it's amazing. Highly recommended to try their famous traditional Onion soup, and if your a fan of Salmon a Must try the smoked sandwich.

Food great and tasty waiters helpful but service team not enough a lot of delays in everything, hope they add more team members in the future.

Yummilicious strawberry n chocolate cake with creamy cappuccino from — at Paul Abu Dhabi Mall.

I was in the Abu Dhabi Mall outlet and ordered a Complet breakfast. Great ambiance and service. However food was a disappointment. Paul's is supposed to be one of the best bakeries, but their cheese croissant was worse than the ones I buy from ADNOC petrol stations. The portion of scrambled eggs was meagure. And that was it. No sausages, hash brown or bacon or any other accompaniments apart from a salad.

Poor quality food and coffee.
Eclair is hard to eat not same ingredients like before!
Coffee very soft not like before too!
Service was okay, need more training and conciser floor training too.

Service is nice, food is nice, they have to setting area both is good but if you are looking for quiet stay inside

The food here is amazing and so delicious and the service was amazing and we had a good experience here in the cafe but it was busy and the service was slow

The cleanliness of the restaurant if not very well. The couches have stains on them. Some chars also have not been cleaned or over dated! Floors have been left out after only cleaning the tables after being used! It made me not want to eat I just left! The food is frozen and reheated. The service told me they are reheated to perfection.it’s funny when we all know one frozen it comes out watery can never be cooked to perfection!

Have visited there several occasions. Tasty and healthy food. Price is mid range. The service in this specific outlet is the difference maker. They come and check on you from time to time without fail. Polite and hospitable.

Excellent experience the soups in the bread bowls are amazing with the free bread and spread, don't be afraid to ask for more as never an issue and service was prompt and good.

I order from paul abudhabi mall and its awesome the food, and very safe the way they packed it.i love it.

Food and coffee is awesome! The financiers/ madelines are amazing. Pasta was delicious. Apple pie was to die for. Service is also fantastic. Kalpana and Ray both have excellent customer service.

We had a great breakfast experience and our waiter, Clinton, was absolutely amazing that he caught our attention. His human touch and attention to detail and friendliness was great!

Cheese cake was very delicious. It’s my all time favorite cake.staff was very helpful. Pritam, Clark & Balram helped me in cake selecting, they were very helpful kind and they gave excellent service.

Any baked items, be it bread or pastries, is going to be good. Service could be a bit faster and precise. Prices are on the high side and there are no vouchers, coupons, or offers worth mentioning. The good news is that there many other comparable or better placed to go with better prices, selection and service!

Crab and salmon salad was the best we had a great experience during our dinner with waiter Clinton. Thank you for great service and recommendation.

Paul is one of the best Restaurant in Town with continental food. Steak & Soup is Awesome. Good Atmosphere. Best sitting arrangement. Nicely Decor.

Paul Cafe in Abu-Dhabi mall is one of our most visited and loved place. Great food and service at a high level. I would like to thank Mr. Mourad for warm welcoming always. He is real professional in his job.

Probably it's me but here's my take on my experience at the Paul Cafe in the Abu Dhabi Mall. Well, after 1 minute and 45 seconds and 3 restaurant employees glanced at me at the entrance of the restaurant, I was finally acknowledged. I sat down and it to another minute or so to get a menu. After receiving the menu, there was no greeting, this is our special for today, is this your first time visiting, etc The menu was laid on the table and the waitress left. After another 5 minutes, she returned and took my order. I ordered a passion fruit mojito and a ceasar salad with grilled salmon. Oil and bread was brought to my table, no words exchanged again. I got the drink and food pretty fast. The drink was delicious. I ordered another. The salad needs some work. It was small and not seasoned. In between the meal, I was not asked if I enjoyed what I ordered which is custom. By the way, the restaurant was not busy. Surprisingly on a Friday, I guess that alone speaks volumes. After I finished, I was still not checked on. I just decided to walk to the front to pay my bill.

Pros: Passion Fruit Mojito (but I would get it to go), food received fast
Cons: waitstaff needs training on customer service, salad was small and not seasoned

Cost: 116 AED/approximately $32

I would suggest this restaurant staff go the Paul Cafe in the Fujairah Mall to be trained. I was very pleased with the service there.

Decipointed that even Paul has started going cheap. Butter replaced with margarine, tomatoes in a salad were unripe and plastic, spaghetti bolognese were too blend. Not sure whether the management is aware that they must have a local water available by UAE law. It used to be our favourite restaurant, but I dont think we'll be back any time soon. The prices no longer match a quality: (Visited the Galleria Mall.

Very good options for snacks and light meals, plus the usual beautiful array of pastries to eat in or take out. I had a very reasonably priced chicken, avocado & salad sandwich, served with skinny chips. Nice option of smoothies and coffee's. Staff spoke excellant English, and were very attentive. One of a couple ouf outlets in Abu Dhabi mall's. Worth seeing out, lots of families and couples eating, and as a single diner could choose your own table.

The food is great! And i liked tha presentation of the food even if they are busy.will recommend this restaurant to all my friend! Goodjob for everyone! Keep it up!
