I love the nail technician work but the costumer service and the reception lady is really the worst, once I called to book an appointment and confirmed it the next day I went for my appointment she told me that there is no appointment and she won’t accept me while the salon was really empty. It happened to me twice. Yes I love your work but honestly I wouldn’t come back because of the bad communication.

The two/three Ladies at the reception are rude and unhelpful. They told me before I can walk in, and then when I do they refuse to give me someone, although a few ladies are available and their appointments didn't start. One
Of the ladies even offered to make my hair because her appointments didnt start and what we needed was 5 mns.

I told them the phone number is unreachable, they said yes it is. I try again and it’s not reachable.

You need to seriously consider the customer service quality, and ensure that the salon environment is friendly and inviting. I am
Planning not to go again.

It was one of the worst experiences ever.i dont know what is 3.8 for? The reception is the worst in customer service they are not professional at all! Never ever go to the salon even there is no appointments for nails you will wait 2 or 3 hours which will take from your day! I am really disappointed in Dola and this branch

This is really my favorite salon (used to be my favorite), but because of their outdated way of doing their business they become less appealing to me.

Their manicure and nail art the best, however, they need to work for their customer service. Almost every salon I know, take in customers by reservation. Except pause, they only do walk-in, no reservation!

This really a surprise to me, just work out a system and let customers call in to reserve an oppoinemt. Better than coming and telling the customer they have to wait one hour because there’s a waiting list! Really this is poor management at its highest, even if I want to wait one hour, they don’t have proper or comfortable waiting area, they literally make you sit on a thin cushion on a concrete with 90 degree angle waiting. Just imagin how your back and bottom feel after that.

Really poor management, I will not come again I’m on the hunt for another salon. But I would love to come if they worked out a proper appointment system (which really doesn’t cost much)

I’ve been visiting this salon for past 7 years, always did hair treatment and hair cut there only, which I could say was best I’ve ever tried! But.this August I’ve decided to do my nails as well there (just give it a try) as I was going for vacation and didn’t have much time to go to other salon
So, first, very disappointing about “no reservations”, I needed to wait! And the area where they put me to do the nails is like a store and was super dirty, I didn’t like the atmosphere at all
The nail technician was really good, but the quality of the gel didn’t let last it long, only on a 3rd day all nails had cracked!
Here comes the interesting part - I’ve texted my comment about nails and sent a pictures as a proof to Instagram private msg, they reply was like what’s your name and number
No one called me back, no apology, nothing
Even I’ve liked hair service a lot, I would not be coming again and I would not recommend to any of my friends

Really I had bad experience with eyebrows color, the shape was good but the length of the eyebrows was so long and my eyebrows length was short, I paid AED 126 for really bad experience

The worse ever - I had a very bad customer experience. The nail technical doesn’t know how to talk with the customer and started to shout on me just because I ask for a normal polish not gel.

Professional hair stylist however salon needs renovations looks dirty because of light color theme

No appointments, walk in, first come first serve basis. Pretty ridiculous especially if you have an event coming up.

من افضل صالونات بوظبي لكن من ناحية النظافه الارضيه جداً وصخه في قسم الشعر. معروف الناس تقص والشعر يطيح بس كله في مكانه، اضطرينا نطلب منهم مع ان مفروض شي اساسي لكن للأسف محد نظف لأكثر من 15 دقيقه وماقدرت اقعد وطلعت بدون لا اسوي شي

I came couple of times to pause and recently I was really disappointment with the technician who did my nails, she was rude and kept talking in her language, when on of my nails ruined she was upset and gave ma attitude

حبيت اذكر ملاحظه لكل اللي بيسير صالون بوز فرع بوظبي وبيحط ميكب عند نجاة - هي انسانه ماعندها اسلوب ابدًا للتعامل مع الزبون وعلى العكس تنفره من المكان وأي شي الزبون يقول لها تسوي عكسه واذا اخترنا اللون تحط لون ثاني وتطلعين من عندها كارهه نفسج وتقارن نفسها بالزبون وتعطي ملاحظات مالها داعي مثل يبالج ابرة بوتوكس او تنظيف بشره. الحرمه لما بتي الصالون هي تعرف شو تحتاج ومضبطه الميزانيه مب كل الناس على ميزانيتها هي

Sadly enough I’ve tried booking on 2 separate occasions but they are pretty lost. I even took a day of work to attend the salon only to be cancelled due to a double booking. Very disappointing. Will not try again.

The saloon entrial and exterior design is classic and unique. The staff are friendly and professional. I always do hair treatments with them and hair designers are great too.
The nail art is wonderful and they can also do the designs that you like.
The specialist Pushpa is the best for face and eye brows, for the Hair treatment and blue dry Khadija and for Hair style Ranya.

A very bad saloon! The receptionist are not welcoming in good way! The hair stylist make my hair different than the pic then they change the hairstyle 3 times!
I asked the receptionist do you know what happened she said no and ignored me! Didn't even want to lesson! This is my second time with bad experience

This salon is underrated and is much better than most high end salons in Abu Dhabi and also cheaper than most high end salons
Their manicure pedicure is always on point always ask for Marjorie or Tony
Pushpa is an eyebrow specialist ever since she started doing my eyebrows I have started to get my old shape back and now just go back for clean up only
They have an outstanding customer service and deserve more recognition

The worst service experienced. All the staff are in a bad mood. When asked to fix my nail polish she just put on top of it. As well as that after it dried its full with bubbles because the technician did the layers too fast. Wouldn’t recommend it to an enemy or maybe i would.

It took so 75 minutes to do my hair wavy and my hair is not that long or thick! And after it’s done the wavy was nice but my hair from up it was stick to my head without any volume it was look very weird and last thing and I really don’t like to talk about this stuff but the lady who did my hair she have a really bad smell, very disappointed as first time to try this salon

The lady at the reception was not very unwelcoming. Another one was standing next to the counter and didn't even turn her head when I said hello. The hot water didn't work so they soaked my feet in very cold water. The technician was good and friendly, but the nail polish in the feet just peeled off around 4 days after. The ambiance is nice.

Honestly, hairstyling is alright— we went to them for a specific hairstyle, and that they can do well. My mom tried another hairstyle with them, but they didn't get right (insisting that this is how it's done, when it looked nothing like the picture shown as an example).

But honestly, we can't give a review in this new reality without taking account of the protection procedures during the pandemic— which this place shockingly lacked.

When we came in, there was no temperature check. Instead, we were ushered into a room jam packed with customers and hairstylists — all 6/8 chairs were full. I would have preferred waiting outside of the room until the designated hairstylists came, but instead we were expected to awkwardly stand by the door, just to maintain some semblance of social distancing that clearly the management & staff did not think it important to implement.

While all staff members had their masks on, some customers did not have their masks on at all times, and they were not asked/mandated to do so, which is also shocking. We didn't see hand santizers on all stations, let alone distanced stations, as mentioned above. The reception desk was a cross between a circus and a fish market with no insistence of social distancing or order.

I am just appalled that this place is left functioning when it's clearly flaunting its disregard of the safety regulations and restrictions (the manager insisted this is approved, but we know it's not acceptable).

I think there's a lot that the owner/management need to review to make sure the experience is SAFE for customers above all else, and that issues, such as this, and ones that other reviews, are addressed.

Social media hype does not a successful business make.

I so wanted to love this place as I followed them on Instagram for a while. However, the front desk needs customer service training, I will not be returning.

They gave me a horrible hairstyle and lied to me about the prices and they overcharged me.when i called to complain they just contacted me to know what happened but they never reimburse me with anything instead they asked me to come again and give them another chance.hairstylest also made fun of my hair calling it thin and she can't do anything because of and she called it oily when I washed it on the same day

Had my pedicure and manicure with treatment last weekend. Staff are friendly and professional. Would come again for sure.

The saloon and nails technicians are good. Sometimes there is a problem with receptionist who has poor English skills, she doesn’t understand exactly what u mean, when you speak English she answers in Arabic.

Also the waiting area is so tiny

Horrible nails service, bad customer service, I complained to the manager that they have dirty and filthy AC ventilation and she literally walked away without saying anything and called a cleaner to clean it while people are doing their nails! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there! Its Overrated on social media!

Staff are well trained and professional.just come and visit and pamper yourself with the best organic treatment and other beauty services and you will know how nice is the staff is.

My favourite salon for nails! They always come with creative nail designs. The decor is amazing, like a little urban retreat. The staff are very professional and nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Bad service at nails section! She didn’t file the extensions in right way no balance! Each hand is different and when she put the color for one hand she noticed that the nail polish is empty! She removed all and told me she can’t do anything about it! And she will remove all nails and let other technician do for me! This is my first time here and last

Never think of getting a haircut or your hair-styled, my haircut is un equaled and messy, I layered my hair there and i wish I didn't, and once had my hair styled, the hairstylist does what she wants, (I had a new piercing and informed the hair stylist that its new and it hurts, she wasn't cautioned about it, which resulted in getting it infected)
Some employees are so kind and helpful. And some are the total opposite

دقيت للصالون الصبح وحجزت موعد ع الساعة ست المسا، وصلت الصالون قبل الموعد قالولي انتظر موعدي وما مانعت. أنا طلبت وحدة معينة وتأخرت علي، كان عندها زبونة غيري خلصتها بعد ما وقت موعدي عدى! قعدتني في مكان قالتلي شوي وبتبدأ تميت اتريا بعدين عاملة الاستقبال يتني قالت أن العاملة تبا تروح تاكل ما أكلت! ليش ما خبرتني؟ ليش قالتلي اتريا! قلت خلاص مو مشكلة بتريا! بعد عشرين دقيقة قمت اتأكد من الاستقبال شفتها واقفة واول ما شافتني هربت! راحت توها بتاكل! شو هالتصرف الطفولي الغير مسوول! كأن نحنا ناس فاضيين ما ورانا شي! آخر شي طرشولي وحدة غيرها تقص شعري وخربتلي اياه! في نفس الوقت سألتني قلتلها ما عيبتني القصة مش مضبوطة! ما تأسفت ولا حاولت تعدلها خلتني ولمت أغراضها وروحت! وفوق هذا كله يوم ييت أحاسب ما قبلوا خصم فزعة! اونه وقت العيد ما نقبل!

باختصار ما أنصح بالصالون! التعامل مع الزباين سيء جداً.

The staff in this salon are horrible especially the reception, they do not listen when you complain. I gave this salon 3 chances twice with nails and once with hair the overall service was really bad the first and second time I went I had appointments scheduled and I waited the first time an hour and a half the second time 20 mins to be seated. Because the unorganized administration/reception my satisfaction level was not met. I 100% would not recommend wasting your money on this salon its like flushing your money down the drain and nobody wants that. The overall vibe is very negative and stuck up. What you see on instagram is the picture perfect outlook on the salon trust me the only thing that they were not lying about was the ambiance which means nothing when the whole staff is awful.
