Clean hotel room is clean and comfortable staff is friendly shivraj and shashi bed is comfortable.

Every rude & unprofessionals attitude with security staff in the parking area issues. I'm the guest and coustomer also hotel.

We went for ifthar and food was average and nothing great to say like 4 ** hotel after I ask a black tea thy say I have to extra because black tea not part off ifthar I explain to manager last I went other hotel every one serve black tea because most off peaple want drink tea after brake the fast but he say we don’t give it’s our hotel roles. Anyway I don’t recommend this restaurant for a ifthar party thank you

Amazing international buffet with a lot of varieties, the stuff helpful and friendly and the ambiance was nice keep it up

We stayed there and had breakfast at Pepper. Ms. Alisha who helped us with our small and big demands was outstanding. 10/10 for being such a warm and lovely hostess.

I have came several times, the Moroccan chef he’s just amazing.
5 stars for him, the prices is a bit expensive.

This is the worst buffet you could ever try in your life, I called them to ask about the dishes they said it's international. Then when we went it's only 5 dishes, test bad, cold, chicken with red sauce with it's skin, chili beef, fillet fish in sauce even the fish doesn't grilled before its white fillet (frozen) with sauce, spaghetti with vegetables, worst Briyani.
That's it very bad experience i am sorry for my self

Tried the Moroccan iftar buffet, it was quite good.
Loved the food varieties, the amazing deserts (both french and Arabic), and the very attentive friendly staff

It is a good value for the money. The buffet has everything and the food was tasty and nice. The team is friendly and attentive. Usually it is not crowded. The design of the restaurant is nice and it is located on the mezzanine floor! Definitely we will visit them again! There is a free parking in the underground.

Got food poisoning at this restaurant Saturday night and more 3 athletes. We are under antibiotics…. Very unhealthy food not clean

I had a great Royal Indian Feast at Pepper Restaurant located at @novotel_abudhabi_albustan last Thursday night.
Pepper is a Buffet Restaurant that offers all Day Dining.
It has recently Relaunched "Taste of India" Theme Night where Guests can enjoy scrumptious authentic Indian Cuisine, Delectable Desserts and Refreshing drinks.
The Food is prepared by Professional Indian Chefs.
The ambiance is lovely to enjoy a great Indian spread.
That will surely take your taste buds to another level of satisfaction.

I will have to separate food to two sections, the main dishes are not amazing, meat is so dry, rice also, chicken and sea foods were not bad.
Desserts and appetizers were good, not the best but good.
Staff were friendly but not all of them, some of them were treating us with disgust. Unfortunately when we would ask them a question about a dish, they don't know.
Place was nice overall, decor were comfy and amazing. Price wise for the buffet was good.

Ramadan Iftar. Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is just fantastic, delicious and made with love. Variety of different cuisines and desserts. Recommended strongly.

All foods are very delicious. They have numerous courses of sumptuous meals from different countries. Very good customer service.

So far it's the best Restaurant in the area and Abu Dhabi at large with the best care, foods, drinks and safety away from home
