Best customer service ever! To be honest, from the start of my appointment till the end, this is the excellent medical support that I have ever had.

Very slow registration. No difference if u took appointment or u went walk in. Had a bad experience with late treatment. My 4 year old kid required admission but lab results was not informed to us.causing late in treatment for 3 days. Went again on the 6th day with high fever this time only knew that labs were abnormal and require admission.

Hospital has very slow staff with slow systems and too much waiting for everyone highly not recommend

I never waste time in any hospital this much. Management should improve the system to save customers valuable time.
My first experience is above 3hrs without appointment and second 2hrs with appointment.

I was admitted in ip1. Staffs and doctors are very nice. Food was very good. They were giving rounds. One lady staffs with blazer came and asked about how I’m feeling. They are very kind and accommodating. They always check up on me since I was admitted alone. Thank you for taking care of me. ️

All staff helpful special thanks to ICU staff mr. Lupin and all ladies staff.
Thanks to dietician helps me speedy recovery and food was also good appreciate. Thanks to housekeeping department and food service department also special thanks to doctor Ahmed fathy and once again thank all nurse staffs who taken care of me. ️

Very dissapointing a patient comes for a follow up and they do not give you preverence to see the doctor to discuss the report they keep taking new patients un exceptable the reception should priotiries the patients who are here for follow up as well at the ortherpedic clinic you need to change your stystem

Worst to worst service, they just sitting for money, no one is responsible. They took my sample and misplace the sample, they are not aware how to treat with patients, they just do only formalities to get insurance money only insists of start treatment even in emergency, no cure after 15 days treatment

Went to orthopaedic department today. We got a ticket to visit doctor. Waited for 1 and half hour. And during this process, there where atleast 10+ people meeting doctors without Ticket/ token.

People with factures, broken legs sitting there like jokers!

Why waste our time mate?

User friendly staff and well experienced doctors. In patient service is good but no in house cafeteria. Hospital is maintained clean and hygiene with very prompt house keeping department.

First of all thank you for replying to my email. I will send official email to your feedback email address. In addition to this while am writing this review, it’s been 14 hours I haven’t received the results yet. Since 2019 we may have done a 250+ PCRs but none of them except the 2019-2020 delayed more than 5-10 hours … I really don’t understand what’s so different for your hospital since there are labs where I have done it in Q but received the results in 5-6 hours tops.anyway good luck

Satisfied with awesome service. I consulted with most of the Gp doctors and they provide me good care for me. Especially staffs are very friendly and kind. Thanks for good customer service.

Very much satisfied with overall services from phoenix hospital especially gynecology, pediatrician, and surgery department. For my second baby I chosen dr Dhakira she is very friendly and very caring she makes my delivery very fast and less painfull. It's very rare to find a doctor like her. For my children also we always prefer dr, Thomas from pediatrician department. We got a chance to consult dr Suresh royeppa from surgery department. He is also very friendly and caring, iam very thankfull to these doctors and their treatment and also i never forget the nursing department, all are very friendly & caring. We can call them at any time for everything. Thank you so much phoenix super speciality hospital for the good services

I came to Emergency for pain management. Staff were helpful.
One Mr Hamsa was very kind in comforting us during our time there and did his best to send us home with the request to the taxi driver to help us reach home since I needed help for walking. All these happened at 2 AM. The driver also helped us. Thanks for the kindness

Very poor service. I came for a minor procedure and they delayed it inexplicably. I couldn't find a valid reason for the delay that happened. I had to wait for 6 hours for getting it done. I was not informed of this after the consultation. I must say, they should learn to respect others time. I just wasted a whole day by going there.

Its repeatedly noticed they keep only one counter for pediatrics+gynecologist consultation. While counter available at gynaecologist wards is not used.

I wasted 2 hrs to get token number. In all 4 hr for coming out of hospital

The hospital staffs and facilities are excellent, but recently had bad experience with Doctor there. I consulted Dr. Suresh Royappan for stomach pain, he speaks limited and doesn't listen what patent says, he instructed me to take all available test for stomach pain including ultrasonic. His primary intension to make money for hospital through test. After test result came, he is not bothered to explain what is the causes and remedies for the pain.he don't even say the patent to sit when we enter his room. Very unsatisfied with his behavior. This will be my first and last to consult this doctor and never recommend him for others.

I visited the hospital few days before and the service was very good. Every staff was helpful and supportive and had a very good experience.

Very Bad Experience I ever had in my life. Very disappointed service especially ultrasound, first you have to wait atlease 30 mins for your turn to the counter to know either they ll give you appointment or no for the ultrasound even you are suffering from severe pain and you need urgent treatment thereafter they ll give you appointment after a week for the ultrasound which I never ever heard need appointment in radiology (ultrasound) but they don't bother their self either till that time you ll alive or die they don't care.

Take ticket from the pharmacy before consulting the doctor.otherwise u have to wait min 1hr in pharmacy
. Lol.

Rubish behaviors by doctor, i would never recommend for the surgery, if you choose phoinex for surgery, you should its self be a half doctor, bcoz doctor knows only how to treat you by machine, no manners after surgery to visit, if u feel pain, die or you in ward or floor, he just used machine fulfill his salary and khalas, they called me at 12 to reached, and let me waited till 4.30pm, just bcoz waiting of device for surgery, seems like getting it rental, i used to go phoinex for small checkup since a years, but for surgery first and last visit, by the way nurses are very very help full.

Doctors are good.
But a chaotic turn around experience, takes almost an hour for registration and vitals check in spite of having an appointment on an off peak week day.
Unorganized adminstration, planning and infrastructure. Patients requiring a local procedure were asked to wait and mixed up with patients in fever clenic in close proximity which made us feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable to cross contamination.

I will suggest to visit once and you will always go there.
Ver well orgnised and less waiting time. Very kind and caring staff.

Excellent hospital, the organisation and the treatment is very good. Especially the Dr. Marya Jalal, she is really good Dr. I recommend all people to go to her.

Very commercial doctors, recently had some sensitivity in my teeth and went to consult one of their dieticians doctor Reham, she suggested a filling is needed on both sides despite having no cavity and filled one of the spots which got me more pain now while chewing. And after going for a second consultation at NMC and also another doctor at phoenix, I was advised that the filling was not needed. Now am still suffering because of the pain while chewing. So please dont blindly trust these doctors and always go for second consultations.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Siddiqua Banu Sayeeda, she is an incredible gynaecologist. She gave me the best treatment, care, and medicine to help my wife throughout her period of pregnancy.

It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touch and care as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Always ready to help with a smiling face and the best part is that she always remembers our names and call us by our names.she’s also very humble, she treats her patients with full importance and care.

Its really amazing that a hospital cares this much for the patients both OP and IP. I strongly suggest this hospital.

Service is pathetic. Bad customer service. I took Covid test and didn't received result for 24 hours. Any other place its come in 10 to 12 hour.

I have visited to Phoenix hospital for my daughter under doctir shankar supervision. Doctor and staff treated her amazingly i am very satisfied with their service. Thank hou for taking care of my daughter.

We had a bad experience here, clinic 5 cashier/ staff charge us again for the consulation fee, telling that after 7 days of consultation we have to pay again, we had our first consultation last april 15 then we came back april 22, did they know how to count the days?

Dr.fathy ahmad is very good doctor as will the nurses and all the facilities her is too good and too much clean.

Poor reception, waiting more than 30 mnts for prc test, no clear answer for time need.
I will never visit this place again

Receptionist in the lobby are very helpful and accomodating which are the exact opposite in some clinics. Hotline when dialed took ages to answer so better yet go to the hospital to book an appointment. Medical staffs are professional and efficient. Would be nice to have some complimentary refreshment whilst waiting in que.

I and my wife just delivered a bouncing baby girl last month. From our first visit we were taken care of a very professional Dr. Gomathi Ponnusamy who looked after us for the 9 months. Every time we met our Doctor we were given hope and best medical care. After deliver we were allocated Dr. Shankar Rajdeo, very professional too, these 2 Doctors have been extremely friendly and efficient.
