I have taken an apartment on monthly basis here after initial start of 10 days. The rooms are clean and staff is polite and cordial. Breakfast is limited but decent. Islam provides the breakfast service. He is mighty helpful and well behaved aswell quick

Great place to stay, quiet, affordable with best location. Everything you need was just 5-10mins away. Near to Abu Dhabi bus station.

Basic needs are provided. Nice size refrigerator. Staff is very helpful. No hotel parking. You will have to pay. Just make arrangements with the staff to help with parking ticket from the Mawaqif kiosks.

Few suggestions for better stay for customers.
Services provided needs improvement.
1- crockery provided needs to be changed as they are cracked and are heavy to use.
2-Drains wash basin and bath tub needs regular cleaning.
3 iron box provided was leaking.needs change
4- iron table is bent and torn.
5. Gym and cafeteria if provided will be handy for the customers.
6. Amount we pay for our stay.
I feel not worth as there is no swimming pool/Gym /Kitchenette not up to mark

الفندق جيد وبالذات هناك اثنان في الاستقبال اعتقد انهم اخوه او اقارب من الجنسيه الباكستانيه قمة في الاخلاق والاحتراف في طريقة التعامل مع العميل ومساعدته في تحضير العفش وتدبير موقف للسياره واعطاء نصائح دون طلب اكراميه او استغلال جهل العميل لبعض الامور الاجرائيه مايعيب الفندق عدم وجود قبو للمواقف وعدم وجود مواقف خاصه لزبائن الفندق حيث عانيت بسبب عدم توفر موقف والمواقف تدار من قبل شركة خاصه يتم حسابها بنظام الساعه ب ٢ درهم و ٣ درهم حسب قرب الموقف والمواقف الخلفيه للفندق او داخل الحي ايضا مدفوعه

Very Good hotel apartment near Burjman metro station. It takes hardly 5 to 6 mins to reach. Nearby restaurants and shopping malls are available. Recommended for solo and family both. Best location in the middle of Bur Dubai.

Very nice room. Clean and staff is also very polite to deal with customers. Location vide very good because it’s in heart of the city, everything is in approachable range. M still staying in this hotel. If I get a chance then speak to the Management regarding some price issues.

The sparkle therapy spa is like a scam. Don’t join in Groupon if you can’t provide the services under promotion.

Nice room. Welcoming staff. Most appreciated for the assisted parking at the midnight. Overall good experience.

Good but appears old building, specially the lifts I didn't like it.rooms are spacious and tidy.location is great in the heart of the city and walking distance to an important mall Al Wahdah mall.

Located on airport road, this is a nice hotel apartment. Close proximity to al wahda mall, abu dhabi main bus stand is added advantage. Rooms are quite big with all required cutlery set and cook wares. Staff is very friendly.

Great service, spacious and clean rooms. Nicely equipped kitchen. Also the location is very convenient, just 5 min from Al Wahda Mall.

The hotel is very cozy clean and quite. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the one bedroom suite was quite spacious. I love the fact that there is a balcony and they allow me to stay with my kitten!

Best budget hotel to stay.they also help you to find parking if you come late at night, all thanks to the team working there.

This place is just fine specially your in a budget and wants to save some penny, because they have kitchen area that you can cook.

It was nice stay, the hotel is clean and the staff has good awareness and hospitality, the location is very good and near to the transportation, the room is big and the facilities are enough and function well.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks, the staff are amazing and they were very helpful. Great location, near to everything you need. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Abu dhabi.

This hotel has a good cost benefit. The best part is the location: near to many supermarkets, restaurants and the shopping center (Al Wahda Mall).

غرفة مع حمام واحد و صالة معيشة مع مطبخ متداخل و تلفزيون و غنفه تنفع ل٤ اشخاص ٢ على الغنفه وتتصل لهم يعطوك بطانية و مخده و فيها بلكونه مطله على الشارع و التكيف بارد. اول ماتوصل عط الحارس دراهم يدفع لك الموقف على حسب بقائك في المكان. تحت الفندق بقالة و مطعم كرك.

جيد ورخيص (في غير الموسم) في المنطقه المركزيه بأبو ظبي وفي ازحم شارع، قريب من استاد كرة القدم ، المواقف الي امامه بفلوس (١٥ درهم لليوم) وتعاني من قله في وقت الزحمه، جيد النظافه لكن لم يعجبني موظف الإستقبال الفلبيني،بيكون خياري الثالث او الرابع اذا زرت ابو ظبي

As the name suggests it's an apartment hotel, dining not available. They provide you with basic household amenities like washing machine, induction, refrigerator and microwave oven.

Good apartment. Charging nominal rate for bedspace. Separate rooms also available there. Maintaining rooms neatly - comment about 3rd floor

I gave only a 1 star rating due to the poor customer service. Luckily it was Raju the Manager who made me put 1 star. The check-in process was quick and smooth so it was a hands-up. I only booked for 1 day because i wanted to meet my friends visiting Abu Dhabi. The next day, i called the reception area requesting for housekeeping. What surprised me was, the receptionist (Indian Lady) responded that she cannot send any housekeeping because we only stayed their for 1 day and they will do the cleaning right after our check out. That means we have to deal with bins which is full of garbage? Worse service for a costly stay, rejecting me to give housekeeping service where i paid my entire stay. Also, the night duty guy, the moment i entered the main door, he just stood up staring outside without even offering to open the door for his guest, no greeting at all. I was officially struck with the type of customer service with your hotel/apartment. Although i like the room, i like the kitchen with complete basic stuff utensils on it, bathroom, should have been better, but there were traces of black fungus on some of the corners.
