Very disappointed with this restaurant. This evening 11.05.23 we order Inihaw na Bangus and Sinigang na Hipon. The items was re-heat and not fresh. I believe it was kept for few days back. You will noticed the fish was dried and and tough. The shrimp was overcooked. Planning to complaints but my wife stopped me. Said we will not come to this restaurant again. I suggest that you do not try to eat their food as you will be upset and dismayed to this Filipino Restaurant. Music was too loud as if the staff are deaf. No service at all.

Rude behavior of your reception. Should be trained properly on how to deal with customers.management should take seriously on this kind of behavior.

Worst customer service. Staff wearing in red uniform is very rude. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers politely.

I just ordered earlier. When my food came, the sizzling mixed seafood smells really bad. The calamari was spoiled. You will cause food poisoning to your costumers. I kept calling the store MULTIPLE times but no one picked up.

Worse restaurant I've ever been.the receptionist and the chef are very rude. Give some respect to your customer, I'm not the only one who experienced how bad u treat your costumer even my colleague, is the owner aware what kind of staff they have?

I have order tulapia fish fry its was not clean properly its seen just removed stomach & put fish in oil

If possible I wanted to give negative star. I ordered from them many times, the last time I ordered was a few weeks back and it was a very terrible experience. My food has a cockroach in it and I almost finished it when I found it, I even shared it with a friend. The worst part was when I drank the juice to forget how dirty the food was, but to my surprise the juice had an insect inside of it too. Imagine how terrible the experience was. I complained to the municipality about it and they visited the store, they called me back after a few days and told me they found nothing, I even told them I can show proof (not just photo) but a CCTV footage in which the camera is accessible to where I ate the food. So now I just wanted to give my review to the food/waste I ate.

I called for food delivery, waited for more than 1 hour, followed them up, only to found out my order was not made or cook and did not even apologize for the lapses. Two thumbs down
