Perfection. That’s the only word that define my experience with this agency. They handle clients with professionalism especially to Miss Gelli +971 56 549 6820 who helped me out with astonishing assistance. With the fast service and accommodation, 5 stars would not be enough.

I have a horrible experience to the person who assisted me, (package to Holy land tour) kept chasing me but then by the time ready and go to their Abu dhabi office to book, she will revise and update the price to more higher.not trustworthy, and would never recommend to anyone. It's a waste of time dealing with them.

Worst agency we ever experienced. My cousin applied for airport to airport exit visa to this last January 26 but they failed to provide her return visa and because of that she flew to Armenia while waiting for the visa he was not able to return in UAE until now. Worst is they cannot provide us details why this happened. Don't let your family member experience this situation choose agency wisely
