This is the most depressing pizza hut ever.
20 pieces of pepperoni on a large pizza.
Waiters are dead inside.

I don't think I need to explain more about their pizza's which are world famous in terms of taste. Personally I prefer the Abu Dhabi mall branch than the one in Hamdan Street. The Pan pizza, whatever the flavor, tastes like much better than any other branches in their Abu Dhabi mall store.

We have ordered 4 pizzas with specific dough and all of them came with uncooked dough. No crispiness, thin and chewy.we left most of the pizzas on the table. The manager was nice to propose to replace one pizza but the same issue was there. Not returning there.

They take more time to prepare the food than usual, staff is rude and arrogant definitely not recommend anyone to visit them.

Nothing special. 2 stars because it's halal. The wedges were dry and too salty. The salad bar wasn't very fresh. The mint and lime juice was more like a soda with 7up and super sweet. Overpriced and bad quality. Def not going back!

The food was good, but service was so bad, if I wanted to make an order or call the server I need to wait for 5 minutes. I’ll never come back for such a bad service

Pizza Hut is the best pizza you could ever taste. They are trying to add some changes every now and then, like this one meter pizza or snack. But I am a classic person.
This specific shop in AbuDabi mall; has a nice view. I try to set near the glass wall everytime. Especially in the evening time.
Their staff are nice and helpful.
I like eating thete.

3rd time is the deal breaker.pizza came cold and undercooked again.do not say you deliver to Reem if it cant make it there in reasonable time from oven to door.

Dear Pizza Hut Management- Why have you laid seating arrangement outside, when your staff forces, literally forces you to sit inside, when you have already eat outside. Why?

Delicious pizza and salad. Great time here for enjoying the food. There is TVs inside the restaurant.
It took more than 20 minutes to get the food.

The place was very busy when we arrived. We got what we expected. Generous portions, nothing that impressed us. We were content with the overall experience. Decent prices and good variety of choices.

Worst outlet. Horrorible staff even the person wearing a badge so called management. Extremely bad attitude and grumpy.
Waited more than 40 minutes to get Garlic bread and chicken wings. And it was cold and soggy. No one knows what’s happening. Staff and the so called the management staff needs proper training in serving customers and Not just taking the order and shouting.

We ordered 1 large chicken pizza with cheesey pops.both was sucks.chicken pizza it was chkn less vegetable much. & about chessy pops.it was so so so so mcuch salty.my hubby hv bp & cholesyrol prbln.hw cn we eat.i think they want to kill the people.this mch salty food.please try to make it decrease the salt.

This pizzahut is like the one at Zayed 1st Street, independent store restaurant, finally not in the Food curt. Staffs are friendly like always, Pizzas & appetizers are very delicious, especially drinks amaze me so much.
