Very good service and spacious restaurant serving authentic Pizza, staffs are polite and well mannered

This place should shut down، it smells like eww, leaks everywhere.
More over the toilet smells like urinate everywhere, horrible experience

I feel the changes in salad menu is not good. I miss the old preparation for salad veggies where we can choose the vegetables and dressings personally and not given as in a container.
Service is not that that good but they were courteous. I did not see the staff smile at all, or maybe they were just tired that day.

So much space yet the need for kid friendly seating is required since having a pizza in quiet space is needed.

Absolutely Ridiculous service.
I ordered pizza with side and drinks nd waited for 20 mins. After 20 mins I got wrong pizzas and wrong drinks.
I spoke to Store Manager Sujan and explained him the problem. He said he will make the correct pizzas I waited for 40 Mins and by the time I got home rest of the food and sides was cold.
I'll never go back to this store again and I'll strongly advice my friends and family To avoid this store.

Clean place, nice ambience, most importantly the hospality of the receptionist and staff is worth mentioning

The worst service, I have ever encountered. The staff is less. There is no cleanliness. No hygiene protocols. Tables are dirty, and are only cleaned when a customer comes over and requests for it.

Poor service. Every time they place a wrong order and come up with some excuses. Very unsatisfactory. Mood spoiler team.

Very bad experience. The 2 ladies for dine in service both of them are fake friendly they always manipulate with orders and other staff is not at all professional in handling customers.khalifa street branch is spoiling the pizza hut reputation.

Pizza was Fresh and Hot, the server was very good and, Dine in was very clean.
They served staters and main course on time. I really satisfied.

The pizza hut in Al wadah was really good that's why I went here but unfortunately it was very disappointing. Dine out, order took more than 30 mins. Ordered 2 pizzas, they came with wrong second pizza. I told her to bring the one I ordered then she came with correct one but its toppings was filled carelessly and when I took my phone to take the pic of that pizza she replaced with another one which was someone ordered for take out - pic added. (45 mins) Check how they cut the pizza unevenly. First and last visit to this pizza hut. I will also recommend my friends to not go here instead go to Alwadha's pizza hut.
PS: washroom hygiene is questionable. Seems Abu Dhabi don't care about the cleanliness of these outlets.

Pre Covid:
Nice quiet dining on weekdays. Very friendly staff. Very busy on weekends.

Update 22 June 2021 8.30 pm:
Understaffed and chaotic at peak times in evening. Long waiting times for takeaway. Ready pizzas waiting while customers also waiting as staff is too busy. My order was given to another customer by mistake. Luckily he did not leave and the problem was solved. Otherwise another 30 minutes wait after already waiting 40 minutes for a Limo pizza.

My suggestion is better training and perhaps more staff to take orders and hand over take away pizzas. As of now there was apparently a lone woman taking orders and handing over items on the cash counter. Obviously she will not be able to handle everything.

I'll not reduce rating, hoping they will improve.

Restaurant was very dirty even thu its empty and tables have old food from lunch time maybe if the food eara is in this form i can't imagine how is the kitchen

Very bad experience with staff attitude, really I confused when I am ordering limo pizza the cashier lady talk back with teasing style.
But I have good experience with their hamdan branch but this branch experience was so bad.

Very disappointed branch in khalifa Street abu dhabi I had call and order 45 minutes and when's I reach to pick up the order still it wasn't ready and when I ask from staff in the counter she was telling that it's not her fault and she was very rude I am sure it was first and last time poor service. If any possibility to put zero rating I could have given.

This place is opposit Garden and has premium parking service if you want parking park in the garden area for standard parking or after 9pm.
Its a quite place compared to other pizza hut locations

Very poor service, still worst was the food, air-conditioning was not working and your staff were in panic mode.

Limo pizza sufficient enough for 3 people around 75 dhs which includes garlic bread, salad. Cool drink is at additional charges.

Very busy, understaffed and old cutlery. Came at a busy time and instead of being told an approximate waiting time to get a table, they left us unattended waiting to fetch customers who are about. So leave so we can take their table. Completely unacceptable and unexpected from such a reputable franchise

I never had a good experience in Pizza Hut. But today in Khalifa street Pizza hut it was the worst. Plates and tables are not clean, facility is under staffed for dine-in. I think Pizza hut need to rethink about their Abu Dhabi local partner

Been there many times, alone, with family and friends too.they have good seating area to accommodate good number of people. It's an old place, so wear and tear is visible but clean. Staff attitude and service is hit or miss but I blame traffic.similarly food is also hit or miss for a pizza hut.

Wonderful pizza joint at khalifa street. There is also outside sitting facilities. They really make lovely pizzas

As most of pizzahut in any case pizza is healthiest from all fast food especially if you use the nice Salat bar. Only good desserts I missing and a coffee.friendly staff

One of the Worst Branch of PIzza Hut.specially for any birthday parties.the upper floor dedicated for such occasions and not maintain well.washroom need attention, as it need to be hygiene and proper maintenance required. The Pizza offer in their parties are topping less.u rarely find meat.just cheese and vegetables.what eva stated are with proof.which i have posted with my comment.

It was rush hour, but after 15 minutes of not getting attention, had to leave to eat somewhere else.

Unprofessional, hire better staff that isn't racist, when you expect to visit a branded store such as pizzahut you expect a little class as I walked in to order there was a man just whizzing in an out of the kitchen with an unwelcomeing attitude ignoring me but as soon as another (Arab speaking) coustumer walks in another clerk pops out from the side to take his order I was standing right next to the other coustumer, Ps if you hate your job just quit no one needs staff like bringing down the brand name. (rant over)

The quality of pizza hut has dropped. The staff is rude. The service is terrible and the food is not up to the mark

Resturant chef is very bad and even place is very bad. Pizza is very poor. In the bbq chicken pizza there are no chicken even.
