We were greeted and shown to our table. Shankar was introduced as our waiter. Even thought it was quite busy, his service was second to non with good knowledge of menu and recommendations to suit.
Loved our delicious dinner and the service.

I visited Pregos with my friends, first we entered the smell of the food was stunning the atmosphere is amazing, service is great Rasheen, was our waiter he was very professional and helpful to pick the food that we want. We had a very good experience.

Lovely food and service but I have to deduct two stars for allowing guests to smoke inside right at the entrance including heavy cigars stinking up the entire area.

Nice place with nice atmosphere and tasty steak and penne past with seafood is amazing, octopus grilled as well as penne past with seafood are highly recommended, the outdoor seats are the most recommended in very fresh atmosphere as now in end of November.

Spent our New Years Eve here. We were so happy when we went in as it was such a festive feeling, plus food was good and service was okay however, Catherine the waitress had an unprofessional behavior, ignoring whatever we were trying to explain to her. Uncooperative, lack of respect towards customers, bad attitude the whole evening.
It's disappointing how she managed to ruin our mood that evening.
Anyhow, Happy New Year to her. Not meaning to harm anyone but of all places we've visited, she's top 1 rudest hostess we've ever met.

My wife and I were staying at the beach rotana hotel and we decided to walk in for coffee and desserts. The view is wonderful. We enjoyed the desserts and of course the coffee. Good experience and friendly staff, many thanks to our waiter I think his name is Nilar or Rinal.

Today I was visit in pregos restaurant services was outstanding food was excellent service done by Shankar we will surely tell ours friends to visit this places

Food is good, price is a bit on the high side.
Service is good. Location is very nice and convenient, free valet service from the hotel when using the restaurant.

The food taste great but the service is very slow, they don't even have wet wipes or towels. Other than that, the food is spot on.

All staffs are very kind and they taking good care of the costumers.and nice fods they have especially the salmon️

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is delicious. Our favourite restaurant.

We must have gone on a bad night as service was awful. 20 min wait for drinks, bread served still no drinks! Starters took 45
Mins to clear. Sadly we had to complain and to be fair after that we got good service.
The food however overall was great.

We had a wonderful experience at Prego's Restaurant. Shakail, our server, is very attentive. He has made our experience a very joyful occasion. He organised a parting gift for my daughter. We have many fond memories here. Service is fabulous

The bread served is phenomenal the inside is so soft and the outside is so crunchy. I ordered carbonara and fettuccine alla Bolognese. Both were outstanding and cooked to perfection. I also ordered wine and Negroni and sparkling water.the service was top notch and the ambiance was very pleasant. Highly recommended and will definitely go again.

If you want to taste the real Italian food with this wonderful view of Abu Dhabi this is your place. Let Giuseppe, the Speciality Outlet Manager, guide you in a gastronomic tour. Now I really miss a bit less my hometown in the South of Italy, in front of the Amalfi Coast. Arrivederci!

Gaotic restaurant. When I come to an Italian restaurant, I expect at least a good espresso. They don't even have small cups.

Friendly atmosphere, excellent food and attentive service. Perfect for couples or family with kids.
My family and I go to Pregos for apertivo (the spritz is a must) and with the kids on the weekends. All the dishes with fish are delicious and fresh. The lasagna is great, it reminds me the one that we usually have in Italy. Pizza is thin and crunchy Roman style. The tiramisù is a must.
Service is attentive and friendly and they will try to accommodate all your reasonable requests. The manager is always there and welcome you with warm greeting and let’s you feel you are at home. He is very attentive, present and friendly.
The location is amazing, perfect the outdoor patio, you really enjoy the time there.

At first! They gave us a gift. That's nice homemade bread with cheese, two sauces. I loved it! And pasta and pizza was great. Worth to pay. Though it's a little bit expensive. And outside terrace has nice view:)

We have very much enjoyed our meal at Prego restaurant. The food has improved a lot because of the the motivational aspect of the new manager. It has consistently served Italian coucines over the years and my two favorite dishes are Scallop and Osuboco. The place overlooking Marya Island and this time of the year the weather is perfect for dining in the garden. The staff are friendly and social.

Real good authentic freshly prepared pasta. Lovely seeting outside. Yummy bread served. Waitrons were attentive and efficient.

Used to be my favorite restaurant but it changed. Last week we got cold margarita, today the waiter didn’t change my knife and fork (obviously seeing it was in sauce and cheese from another plate). When we come with male friends the service is friendly, when only girls it’s like in cheap cafe.

Tuna Insulata didnt have avo as specified. Had to go find in another restaurant. Wine took forever to get organised. Lasagna was average and and finally trying to get waiters attention was very difficult

One of the best restaurants in the Capital where you get authentic Italian food. A new management sparked a positive mood to the menues and social interaction. The scenary to the Marya Island is breathtaking and the weather in this time of year is perfect.

Good authentic Italian restaurant. Great taste. A great addition to the menu can be a small explanation of the dish as not all people are aware of Italian dish names. Although ingredients are written but still I believe explanation could have been better
