RAK Insurance

I avail rak insurance for my car last year 2023 month of May from policy bazaar because they said that it has 1 month free membership in any branch of gymnation. I went to gymnation and they request verification mail from RAK insurance side, I call rak insurance and told me that they cancel gymnation 2 months back. You guys should check that you have active customer existing before you cancel in gymnation. Now i cannot use that 1 month membership.

Worst service don’t take any insurance from Rak. I have car insurance from rak, they will take more than15 day to repair my car only pumper changing one day work after that you call and follow up they will angry with you. So Iam not recommend Rak insurance.

I recomend you the new swiss and mashrum and all new samdwitch. Braekfast also. But old sandwitch is not that good

I purchased health insurance policy from them through Noble insurance broker for me, my colleague and our families and during the policy period my wife got pregnant and insurance policy expired on 11 march 2019 and since 9th of march I'm struggling to renew the policy to keep my family covered but unfortunately they refuse to renew the policy because of the pregnancy case and asked me to but a new policy instead of renewal of the existing one to add a loading of 7000 dirhams to my wife premium.

Shame on you and not ethical RAK Insurance

I am very upset with RAK as they didnt inform me warlier about the 30 grace period after the insurance expired.i had to travel in emergency and after i returned i went to pay and they informed me that they no longer work with that insurance company and ask me to purchase a 6000 Dirham plan.i would suggest rak for any one
