Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche

The experience was rather negative. The receptionists were unfriendly and lacked a welcoming attitude. There were recurring problems with valet parking, as well as some rooms having unpleasant odors. Furthermore, room cleaning and organization only took place upon request and often occurred late in the evening.

Very nice service, good breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves. I recommend Hotel Ramada to people who want to explore the city. Close to a bus stop, good connection to the airport.

This morning i had a double espress machiato for 32 AED, although i had 3 days ago same drink for 18 AED, the man called Mohamed Faissal, i do drink this one every where for same price, 32 is tooooo much

We came as a family with 3 people with children.
But for us reception gave us smoke room, it was very small and smell very very bad.
I needed came back to reception and ask normal room.
It is the first time when to me when I came with family without asking they give very very bad smoking room, and I need ask again give me normal room. On reception even they don't ask about smoking.

But I can't tell you how sad it was to see the child and give him a smoking room without asking.
I had to come back and ask the reception to be given a normal room.

Very nice rooms, good locations close to abu dabhi mall. The attention in the restaurant was very nice, specifically in the morning. Good restaurant and food. The only thing is they don't offer eggs omelet until 7 am. Small gym

Good -Quit room - Nice facilities including Jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool -Providing free hospitality in the room, such as fruits, beauty, and health equipment - The reception staff behaved elegantly, especially Mr. Vishal, who helped me park my car for free. - Nice sea view. -Great location 1km far from Abu Dhabi Cornish.
Bad - Car parking is not free car pick up only thru car valet services  - There is crowding at the reception when entering the hotel at peak times - There are some stains on the rooms floor - Small swimming pool.

A solid four, from the top of the building there is a beautiful view of the city and the sea

You have to pay 20 AED extra for parking every day. So if you get the rate of 200 a night then you have to add another 20 AED to that.

Another issue it will take time to get your car parked or to get it back in the morning. If you have a meeting then it's better to leave 20 - 30 minutes early.

The cleaning service of the room offered by the mate Fogat Kumar form Nepal is a top level. Overall service is also at a good level so the quality of the food.

The rooms were very dirty and depressing. There were stains and dust everywhere. The food was plain and inappropriate for breakfast.

I booked a sweet with kitchen but cooker is not working
I called room service and reception more than 6 times to solve the problem but the staff are careless
I suggest to change the room but the reply that it is fully booked
And they didn't know how to change the cooker

I had a bad experience from one of the staff Charin if I recall. She was very rude to me when I requested her something related to food. Since I’m a frontline worker I clearly know how to deal with customers. But she made my day horrible. I was totally disappointed with her behaviour.

Worst experience with Wi-Fi I stayed two times in this hotel and didn't get a good wifi network here complained with reception and their team came changed router but the speed is same.

Probably the worst massage I have ever had in my life. You can find better than this guys! Me and my friends both agree to this. Sorry but never again.

I made a celebration on January 2020 (new baby Food invitation open buffet) in the banquet hall, organizing and food quality was very good. But the bad thing is that when requested them to take the excess food as take away their supervisor pretended that their health policy doesn't allow it for safety reasons, and by chance some of my friends saw their staff is packing the food and distribute it other staff. I was very disappointed for this corruption and lies. Take care please.

I like to inform you that i was staying in your hotel around one month,
I observe there regarding housekeeping staff due to covid situation they make properly sanitizer regarding cleaning very nice behaviour with the guest respectful helpful your housekeeping staff specially I mention the name Mr's jyoti helping me with nice behaviour and respect Lee nature I am very satisfied with her services and I am very happy to stay there again.

Nice rooms with good prices. The rooms are not sound proof so sleeping at night may be an issue if you have noisy neighbors. Bathroom towels had stains on them and even though I ordered a non smoking room, the room smelt like cigarettes. The management is very unorganized in information and below my expectations. I will probably not be staying here again, as I would rather pay a little more and receive much better service in other hotels.

Bad customer service, they are treating customer based on their physical appearance specifically the ballet runner and in charge in the parking.

I had an awesome experience.first time in an Abu Dhabi Spa.it was so worth it. We had to book last minute for a couples massage and the lady at the Reception was so nice about it. We had 2 wonderful therapist who took their time and massaged every knot out of our bodies. Her name was Linda if I recall and she was with her other colleague. We had to document every part of the spa treatment and they both understood us and let us be taking pics and videos. We had an awesome time. Definitely worth another trip and experience?

I thought it is 4 stars hotel! One star is too much for this place, I really can't describe how horrible my experience is you need to call the reception more than 2 time so they bring what you ask, the parking part is very bad it takes up to 15 minutes if not more to receive your car and will it is not clean i saw insects in my room more than once! The staff is very rude as well, and of course it is pricey. Would never reccomend!

This is my third quarantine stay in abudhabi and this time iam very happy about my stay at ramada corniche,
everything is fine here from house keeping, front office, restaurant etc.

Facilities in the hotel
and the behaviour of the employes are very nice. Especially the house keeping team and the catering team, they are doing fantastic. And my special thanks to Mr Bishal chai, he done good job and he is very friendly and help ful.

The service is good compare to other hotels ive been, food was excellent and also the house keeping is very supportive, they are very accomodating specially the room boy Dipendra.hoping to stay again here.

That was a really great experience stain with ramada corniche.very comfortable room's and beautiful view. 5 muinites walking distance to city, beach, 10 muinites away from bus station.very friendly staff. Specially the (sri lankan) guy sajith who is working in housekeeping department.smiley face.he was a great help. Very polite. & professional Great job brother keep it up. Overall value for money. I stayed here for four weeks for work. Fantastic location just a short walk from the Corniche. The sunsets are spectacular from either your room or the rooftop pool. Access is ordinary at he moment with lots of roadworks taking place around it.

Nice room and good place mid of the city you can travel easily to Abu Dhabi mall and Abu Dhabi port as well near to lot of food court and basis shop is there

This is the first and the last. The reception officer is so unwelcoming. He wanted my guests to leave which came from far places just for my birthday. I asked for 30mins but he said he will charge us more. So disappointed.

Relativ zentral an der Corniche gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Service und großzügigen Zimmern. Freundliches Personal. Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

Far from cornice beach.

Reception area can be crowded.

Valet parking consumed a lots of time.

Only have 3 small elevator, a lot of guest are waiting.

Need to stand and fall in line to check in or check out.

Need to deposit 100 aed.

Small swimming pool. And open late in the morning 9 am. The sun is hot during this time specially on summer.

This is a great place to stay in the centre of Abu Dhabi, if you don't want to spend too much for the housing but need a 4 service.

Worst hotel experience ever. I ask no smoking room then give me smoking room. And room key not working, waste my time go down to change it. It’s a disable room! All lobby only 1 staff. Only one, even no security. In room very dark, cuz the lights not working. Worst experience ever.

The hotel itself is not so bad, but the location is not the best. The area isn't very nice and very populated.

Reception too crowded very slow service, parking problem and my friend cars was damaged upon receiving from concerge. Mostly staff are friendly. Worth to stay anyway coz next to my office.
