Yes I agree to your point I should have checked your cafeteria review before exploring the menu mentioned in your cafeteria which is not true to what written.
Also yes I love falooda and as mentioned by you loved by most of the people but for sure the people will definetly not love the one which you serve in your cafeteria.
Adding to this point as mentioned in menu are the different rates which you provide in actual.
And your reply shows the hospitality which is given to your customer.
Definitely not recommend this cafeteria to any person who visit abu Dhabi because if you feel any discrepancy in the food this is how the cafeteria people going to react and attend the customers.
Also suggest you to please check the falooda available in other best restaurants to update your self or kindly send remove from your menu to not cheat any customer in near future, because you are in a country where the pale foods are not entertained by the food authority of UAE.

Genuinely the best francisco paratha roll in the city. Perfect for a quick bite when you’re busy. Recommend ordering two Franciscos because you’ll definitely crave more after the first!

Very bad customer service, the guy who answer the phone doesn’t know how to place order! I order and called 9: 40 the delivery guy came 11: 05! Worst service! I refuse to take the order they said it’s busy it’s not my problem anymore! You need to train your staff and let them know the menu and be nice to customers! Worst worst worst customer service ever!
