Amazing result, I have consulted many doctors before for my neck pain without any benefit, but Dr Farrukh treated my neck pain with zero pain now, amazing!
It is so unfortunate lots of patients are ending up doing spinal surgery without consulting doctors like Dr Farrukh

Hospital employees have an issue with communication with patients

Best hospital in Abu dhabi for sure… The staff is helpful, professional and extremely nice. My procedure went smooth, including sedating pre and post informations given by the healthcare staff.

I went to this hospital today and was suffering from a terrible pain in my knee, I did not take any appointment as the doctor was fully booked, despite that one of the staff named Rolando Celis helped me a lot and managed to arrange an appointment with the doctor, Rolando was very friendly and professional, he cared about the patients and do everything he could to help and put a smile on their faces. Thanks a million Rolando, keep doing good deeds

Very slow n lazy staffs. I went to consult a broken finger and they asked me to see three different doctors, third doctor told me it needs a stitch, waited for long time to see each doctors ; and it took very long time to do their tasks. Very disappointed with the service.

Great experience, right from physician to pharmacy, I really appreciate the care provided.

Been to the hospital multiple times, specially to the physiotherapy department where everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, the reception team, the physiotherapists and their assistants.

I recently had a great experience at Reem Hospital especially the Rehabilitation department and wanted to share my positive review. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive to my needs. The facility was clean and well-maintained.

Overall, I was very impressed with the level of care and attention I received at Reem Hospital. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported during a difficult time. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality medical care.

My mom had back surgery last week and is obviously a fall risk, she had to sleep at the hospital for two nights. On the second night, she needed a nurse to help her to the bathroom, she buzzed the buzzer, she yelled for them, she called out, she even started hitting at the table, and noone came. She waited for over 15 minutes before a nurse came in. Luckily she didn't get dizzy and fall. Moreover the next day after surgery, the physiotherapist should have visited her to explain how she should sit, walk etc (as the nurse didnt explain or know). He never came that day or the day after. All in all, she had a really bad experience.

The hospital is really clean and organized.
If you are going for Rehabilitation, look for Dr. Farrukh Hamid and for Physiotherapy, ask for Dr. Ahmed Neroth.
Dr. Ahmed Neroth worked really hard to fix my lower back. It's been only 4 sessions with him, but I can already feel the difference.

I’m very thankful of my physiotherapist, Mr. Haytham Al Sheikh.
He is such a dedicated person with a great experience
My shoulder got improved dramatically since we started the therapy in a very short time
He gave me hope that my shoulder will be healed again

I have to thank also Mr. Mohammed Matar, the physiotherapists, who alternatively handled my case, with a friendly spirit and innovative therapy techniques in addition to his personal useful advices regarding the physical exercises either at hospital’s gym or those I have to do home

I have to admit that i can’t wait till my next physiotherapy session

Good hospital, though not good with appoitnment, there is no organization with with timing's, you could wait for more than an hour to see a doctor even though you already have an appointment!

I had been visiting Dental Clinic at Reem Hospital for the past couple of months.
I love the doctors there, especially Dr. Abdullah. Professional and Empathetic, we need more doctors like him in UAE.

Excellent medical competency led to a very successful surgery today. The staff was extremely friendly and empathetic. The facility is very modern and super clean. Certainly a great recommendation from my side! Thank you Reem Hospital staff!

The worst when it comes to respecting appointments, I had to wait 10 minutes and sometimes up to 35 minutes even though I never go without an appointment.some doctors are extremely rood.
Staff is totally disorganized
Physiotherapy treats 3 to 4 patients at the same time so you should expect a long periods of waiting inside the rooms.
IT WAS A MISTAKE DOING A SURGERY HERE.
TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND.

Reem hospital is good place better than the big hospital, taking care of people with warm heart. Can discuss with Doctor and easy to have appointment. May from imaging department is very helpful with smile.

Reem Hospital staff and crew, from its security guard to its reception personnel and nurses are very warm and accommodating. They have a pleasant personality and have that eagerness to assist and provide exemplar service. Highly recommended. Altho its new, they seem to be doing a great job overall, keep it up!

My family and I started to visit Rerm Hospital, a shortly after it opened in Al Reem Island, mainly for PCR tests. At all times, their staff was highly professional and friendly. From the guard at the entrance to the cashier and the nurses doing the tests.
Due to being a small size hospital, it is easy to find our way around it. I would definitely seek other medical services available at their location over other similar medical centers in the island.

The best hospital I've ever been to, great doctors and staff. Now my whole family go there to recieve the highest quality of care. I highly recommend Dr. Maha for rehab and Dr. Abed for family medicine.

Visited dr. Iyad in ophtha clinic and have a great experience and optometrist were both professional. The receptionist and nurses were so kind and accomodate us well until we left the clinic.

Excellent fast and efficient service, very good patient care and friendly staff. Location is convinient and facilities are very good.

Very new place and gives a fresh breath to the healthcare system. Even the pharmacy that just barely started is getting all the necessary medicine for the patients and the staff are well behaved.

I visited the hospital twice. The first time, was a famous doctor. He requested extra lab tests no need for them. When I requested the Reports Department to send me lab results via email, they lost my authorization form and I had to fill it again and send via email. However, they never sent my lab results and asked me to take another appointment with the doctor to see then. I had to go to the hospital to receive them by hand. Then, I visited another doctor where he promised me to send me lab results. Same I sent an email to the Report Department with no response and the doctor never answered my phone call and WhatsApp message. So, I have to go again just to get my lab results!

The worst ever service. I had my daughter vaccinated from this hospital and it has been 7 days but there is no record showing in Al-Hosn App. I called DOH and was informed that Reem Hospital is not updating the record in the system.
I have called Reem Hospital for 3 times and all I get is that it will be done shortly. I am have to postpone my travel plan and my daughter had to do the PCR test for school. DON'T Go there for vaccination.

My experiences with this hospital have all been fantastic, excellent service, fast and efficient care with attention to patient needs. Great staff and a wonderful experience.

This hospital gives you the worst service ever, they are not professional.
They changed appointments without getting back to me.

Very bad service! Not a lot staff! Was Waiting with 39.2 temperature for doctor 1h15 mins and around 1h 30 mins to get the medicine from pharmacy!

Ms. Sara helped me for my vaccine appointment, she was too kind & helpful also.

I wish I could give zero star to the Pharmacy; the worst ever service by pharmacist. I was the only customer when I walked in the pharmacy and was happy. The girl took about 35 minutes to find 2 tablets. Her English language is below the standards of pharmacist. Total disaster and waste of time in pharmacy. Extremely unprofessional.

A great hospital with really friendly and helpful staff who are always welcoming with smiles. It's a very clean hospital. I regularly attend Reem hospital for my PCR tests and the service is extremely fast and efficient. I am in and out in 10 minutes and my results update in 8 hours.

Worst experience ever as I book my appointment with them to take Pfizer vaccination they gave me the booster dose (first dose) and refused to give me second dose of Pfizer saying that it’s not allowed by Seha anymore, I went to Seha center for vaccination and I took the second dose also my friend took the first and the second dose in Cleveland.
So every where in Abu Dhabi is giving the first and second dose of Pfizer vaccine except reem hospital.
I really feel that it’s my bad luck I choose reem hospital for vaccination
Thanks god I went to Mina center and I took the second dose of Pfizer. (3rd and forth)

تجربة سيئة للغاية. سجلت لاخد تطعيم فايزر وبعد اخد الجرعة الاولى. وتحديد موعد الجرعة الثانية. رفضت مستشفى الريم بحجة ان صحة قررت عدم اعطاء جرعة ثانية من التطعيم وارسلت تعميم بذلك
على الرغم من ان جميع اماكن التطعيم في ابو ظبي التابعة لصحة تعطي التطعيم كامل جرعة اولى (ثالثة) وثانية (رابعة)
والحمد لله ذهبت الى مركز تطعيم تابع لصحة واخذت الجرعة الثانية (الرابعة) من فايزر
مع العلم كليفلاند ايضا تعطي التطعيم كاملا
بالاضافة الى ان مستشفى الريم لا تعطي شهادة بذلك

قمت بعمل نفس الفحوصات مرتين لان قسم التقارير ارسل تقرير ناقص بعد معاناة. والطبيب الثاني لم يعرف اني عملت الفحوصات قبل ٣ اسابيع!
قمت بزيارة طبيب وكان تعامله غير لائق بمستوى طبيب ولا يحترم المرضى.
لا أنوي الرجوع لهذا المستشفى نهائيا
