Great Service by Sherif. Very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed when trying to choose the mattress. Sherif explained the different makes and what made each mattress unique. Cheenee was very helpful. I loved their mattresses although I didn't end up buying from them. However I would highly recommend them for their selection of customization options (type of wood, bed legs, upholstery for the beds).
