The food taste is the same i use to visit ritaj daily in 2011 and went to my homecountry i came back after many years and the first thing i did was eat biryani from ritaj.

Had dinner here their 65 biryani is the best in town and also i tried their talahuwa ghost its a 5/5 and the kheer was amazing.

The test is good but there is a very uncomfortable atmosphere for family dining. Also I explained the unhygienic behaviour of the staff. No space for vehicle parking.

Even though the food is tasty ; the service and atmosphere across the restaurant is below average

Service is worst. Food that good. Only bones available in Special mutton biryani. No separate parking. And dine in atmosphere is very poor.

It's better to get delivery instead of dine in. Not kids friendly and no wheel chair assist.

Mostly their dishes are good.

But sometimes disappointing.

They should regularly check the quality of mutton they use in their biriyani.

Li didnt had ne choice other than ritaj if i was looking for hyderabadi food. Franckly speaking they should have done improvements in taste, ambience. Could b possible they are takimf things for granted as they dont have ne competition.

They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good. Awesome experience keep it continue.

Normally i don’t review restaurant but i have to review this one so that my brothers and sisters can enjoy this amazing delicious food
they were a little busy when i visit the restaurant no wonder why they were busy their food is just super delicious i’ve tried mutton biryani, chicken 65 rumali set and dabal ka meetha and kaddu ki kheer all the items were delicious biryani is a must try i was full till the mouth but my heart was telling me to eat more and more really enjoyed the food everyone should visit and try this place maybe i wrote a little too much i am just super happy i found a gem ritaj gonna stay in my heart for long long long time i am gonna enjoy my time with ritaj.

Been a customer for so long i always call for home delivery the person who attends the calls is so attentive.and delivery is quick normal days fridays they ask for 1 hour time as there will be a lot of order.the food always makes my mood good if your having a bad day have biryani at Ritaj a biryani a day keeps problems away. Keep it Continue guys

Mutton biryani, chicken 65 and chicken Biryani specialist, typical Hyderabadi taste, full of spices, a really mouthwatering and delicious Biryanis

Took mutton biryani 2 times.found hair inside the biryani both times. Had to throw away the parcel. Also the last time they put old rice which wasn't fresh. Waste of money. I m never gonna eat from Ritaj again. Bad experience and no cleanliness.

Apart from the Biryani which is usually reviewed by most of them, you should try the Romali Roti with Talawa gosh! Chicken65 here is also another special delicacy!

Expensive as per the quality of the food i ordered hakf Tandori and a roti both were cold and hard. Biryani is too spicy and oily

Good food with decent quantity for 2 people in 1 dish, but very very spice. They need to reduce the spice level.
Good collection of hyderabad biryani, and other main course.

The best destination for Hyderabadi Biriyani in Musaffah. The food is excellent with authentic Hyderabadi touch.
But the ambience and service are poor and not suitable for family.

People rushing to this place for name, very conjusted place with poor quality food and ill-mannered staff.

Food is very good. Delivery time more than 2 hr. I make mutton biriyaani at 1: 15 and they delivered veg biriyaani at 2: 45.i given call and inform restaurant, they delivered mutton biriyaani after complaining at 3: 45.

One of the best hyderabadi biriyanis available in musaafah. But it's too much on weekends. Due to over crowding the customers are not welcomed by the service team

I have been here twice and had Chicken Biriyani and Mutton Biriyani.
I have never ever had a better Mutton Biriyani in my life. It was out of the world.
But I have never got the same taste from the city branch.

An advise would be to go there around 12pm to get hot good food.

Not Delivering 1 Chicken 65 special, even i told them to add 10 aed as a delivery charge but that guy is saying No.it's not good behavior as i am your regular customer.

This restaurant people is not having good attitude. They do t know there menu price. If you call them they will tell you some different price & while a ordering price will increase. They can't even deliver 1 biryani in there near by location. Worst experience.

Tried ordering 3 pcs mutton biryani from shabiya branch but they are telling it will take almost 2.5 hrs for delivery. I call them around 1: 15 then they will deliver it 4 to 4: 30
Now a days they don’t bother about customer coz there name is famous, everyone blindly says let’s order from ritaj.
So they just started ignoring customers. I will never ever go wd ur restaurant.
Pathetic customer service and delivery.

Buy mutton biriyani but couldn't eat because bit is more salty and after informing them no response was there

Good restaurant but attitude of workers very rude, workers also has problem of language where they speak only certain one of the India language so you ask chicken byriani and you will get meat.

Whenever I had order food from Ritaj (thrice) I was not happy from the call to the delivery process. The operator was rude not polite as we all expect, then their deliveries were late, and I had to call them twice and thrice for the delivery.
But that’s all ok if the food is good and enjoyable, the problem is they never listen to your instruction on phone for your food preference, the food was oily and full of masala, more than the biryani it was like masala rice and the mutton was half cooked.
I had stopped ordering from them, and I shifted to another hyderabadi restaurant.

Ordered mutton briyani yesterday, the taste was good as expected form Hyderabadi rest, but they have reduced the quantity compared to before.

Briyani palace is another choice for hyderabadi food lovers, even the quantity is there for 2 person.

Fist & list time I Bay beryani really it's too spicy and not taste be careful after health issues I don't like it

Food is awesome.but attitude of the employees very bad.they need to to something.they treat like beggers.

Whenever we ordered Biryani they are sending only bones, without masala, Not cooked properly, raw meat. We called back many times but no action.
There are many other hyderabadi restaurants to try. Avoid them.

Shabiya branch Ritaj is very worst.they are more taking time to deliver.we ordered the family pack Everytime we are telling for sending 2 raita but they never send 2.it's very worst.that musaffah branch is 1000 times better than this in taste and everything.they are providing always hot foods.but here a chill biryani

Very bad service at the restaurant, waiters not at all interested to serve.
Mutton biryani is worst, meat is half cooked and with full of bones.

If you want to eat briyani, please don't buy from ritaj mussfah shabiya. They are very big cheaters. Today i order mutton special briyani (27 AED) i received very big package, i opened and found package full of rice and some waste mutton parts (skin, fat, improperly boiled mutton pieces, etc), honestly not even a single good piece of mutton in that parcel, it happened second time with me, that's why i am posting it today. Please don't buy briyani from this restaurant, especially on Fridays lunch.

A good Hyderabadi briyani in the Abu dhabi region. Price are reasonable and taste also good. If you wanna taste hyderabadi briyani this is the best place.

The food provided by the restaurant was awesome. But the attitude of the supplier (the supplier who had Supplied food for us) is very bad.

I have a request to the management of Ritaj Restaurant, please teach some good manners to the employees. (I had taken my dinner on 12 march 2020 @ 10.30 pm)

Food quality is good.but the behavior of supply guy who packs the food is not good.dirty behavior.

One of the best Biryani i have had in Abu DHabi. Their taste is awesome and affordable too. The delivery service is also good and the restaurant is ok. They got partition if you come with family so you will feel comfortable

Der yummy biryani helps to gain lot of weight and dont try to search meat in a mutton biryani, overall der menu is a addiction

I'm not giving this star for the food. The Ritaj Biriyani is as good as everyone knows.
But the service is poor, they don't act professional and even the cashier, they have 'just eat and go' attitude.
Also here they reduced the quantity of Biriyani rice and charge for extra rice.
Was not satisfied with their service.

Indian Hyderabadi biryani is famous dish of this restaurant. And you hardly find a place to sit usually, because of the crowd.
Serving needs improvement, otherwise taste is good especially for spicy food lovers.
